为了解决上述问题,现有技术采用的方案是省去胶框12,通过设置在显示装置四个角落的支撑件来取代现有的框胶12,以达到简化组装和运输的流程,因此降低了成本。但对于现有技术省去胶框12的方案,通常导致在显示装置10进行显示时,光源15发出的光从显示面板14和光学膜片16之间泄露,从而出现显示面板14漏光的问题。进一步的,由于省去了胶框12,使得显示面板14的边缘的柔性电路板容易被支撑件或者前框11刮伤。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示装置,能够防止显示面板漏光和保护柔性电路板不被刮伤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括:前框;背板,与前框组合以形成一容置空间;显示面板,设置在容置空间内并位于背板的上方;柔性电路板,与显示面板接合且电性连接;胶带,胶带包括第一部分和第二部分,胶带的第一部分与柔性电路板对应设置于显示面板上,胶带的第二部分设置在显示面板的边缘和前框的侧壁之间;其中,胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中,柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上;第一胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,第一胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲;第二胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,第二胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲;胶带的第一部分预先进行备胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括:前框;背板,与前框组合以形成一容置空间;显示面板,设置在容置空间内并位于背板的上方;柔性电路板,与显示面板接合且电性连接;胶带,胶带包括第一部分和第二部分,胶带的第一部分与柔性电路板对应设置于显示面板上,胶带的第二部分设置在显示面板的边缘和前框的侧壁之间。
其中,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上,胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,并且胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展。
其中,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上,胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,并且胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上,胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,并且胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展。
其中,柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上,胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,并且胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,其中:柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上;第一胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,第一胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展;第二胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,第二胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展。
其中,胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上;第一胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,第一胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲;第二胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,第二胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上;第一胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,第一胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲;第二胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,第二胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展。
其中,胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:柔性电路板的第一部分设置在显示面板的第一表面上;第一胶带的第一部分设置在柔性电路板的第一部分上,第一胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展;第二胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的第二表面上,第二胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,胶带的第一部分预先进行备胶。
其中,胶带为条状结构。
其中,胶带为面状结构,显示面板包括显示区域和非显示区域,胶带中对应显示面板的显示区域的部分镂空设置,胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板的非显示区域上,胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁伸展或者自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过设置一胶带,并且胶带包括第一部分和第二部分,其中,胶带的第一部分与柔性电路板对应设置于显示面板上,胶带的第二部分设置在显示面板的边缘和前框的侧壁之间,因此,设置在显示面板上的胶带的第一部分能够防止光线从显示面板泄露,设置在显示面板的边缘和前框的侧壁之间的胶带的第二部分能够保护柔性电路板不被刮伤。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2和图3,图2是本发明第一实施的显示装置的结构示意图,图3是图2所示的显示装置沿AA'虚线的剖视图。如图2和图3所示,本实施例的显示装置20包括前框21、背板22、显示面板23、柔性电路板24以及胶带25。
其中,背板22与前框21组合以形成一容置空间。显示面板23设置在容置空间内并位于背板22的上方。其中,为了方便组装和运输,本实施例的显示装置20省去了胶框的结构,并且通过设置在显示装置20的四个角落的支撑件26支撑显示面板23。柔性电路板24用于承载驱动元件,其与显示面板23接合且电性连接。胶带25包括两部分,其中,胶带25的具体结构请参见图4。图4是图3所示的显示装置的局部放大图。如图4所示,胶带25包括第一部分251和第二部分252,第一部分251与柔性电路板24对应设置于显示面板23上,第二部分252设置在显示面板23的边缘和前框21的侧壁之间。
具体而言,显示面板23包括相对设置的第一表面231和第二表面232。柔性电路板24包括第一部分241和第二部分242。其中柔性电路板24的第一部分241设置在显示面板23的第一表面231上,柔性电路板24的第二部分242自显示面板23的边缘向下弯曲。胶带25的第一部分251则对应设置在显示面板23的第二表面232上,并且胶带25的第二部分252自显示面板23的边缘向前框21的侧壁伸展,以使得胶带25的第二部分252的端部和柔性电路板24的第二部分242完全贴合,因此可以密封容置空间,以防止光线泄露。进一步的,胶带25设置在显示面板23的第二表面232上,也可以防止显示面板23的非显示区域漏光。
其中,胶带25的第一部分251预先进行备胶,以和显示面板23粘贴。
本实施例中,柔性电路板24的第一部分241也可以设置在显示面板23的第二表面232上,胶带25的第一部分251则对应设置在显示面板23的第一表面231上。柔性电路板24和胶带25的具体设置位置,在此不作限制。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明第二实施例的显示装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,本实施例的显示装置40依然包括前框41、背板42、显示面板43、柔性电路板44以及胶带45。并且本发明的柔性电路板44的第一部分441依然设置在显示面板43的第一表面431上,柔性电路板44的第二部分442自显示面板43的边缘向下弯曲。胶带45的第一部分451依然设置在显示面板43的第二表面432上,因此,可以防止显示面板43的非显示区域漏光。
其中,本实施例的显示装置40与第一实施例的显示装置20的不同之处在于:本实施例的胶带45的第二部分452自显示面板43的边缘向下弯曲,以位于柔性电路板44的第二部分442和42背板之间。
本实施例中,胶带45的第二部分452的长度比第一实施例的胶带25的第二部分252的长度长。并且胶带45的第二部分452向下弯曲的长度D1大于或等于显示面板43的第二表面432到背板42的端部421的距离D2。由此使得胶带45的第二部分452可以隔离背板42和柔性电路板44,进而防止背板42的端部421的菱角刮伤柔性电路板44。
因此,本实施例的显示装置40既可以防止显示面板43的非显示区域漏光,也可以防止背板42刮伤柔性电路板44。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明第三实施例的显示装置的结构示意图。如图6所示,本实施例的显示装置50依然包括前框51、背板52、显示面板53、柔性电路板54以及胶带55。并且柔性电路板54的第一部分541依然设置在显示面板53的第一表面531上。
其中,本实施例中的显示装置50与第一实施例的显示装置20的不同之处在于:本实施例的胶带55的第一部分551设置在柔性电路板54的第一部分541上,并且胶带55的第二部分552自显示面板53的边缘向前框51的侧壁伸展,以使得胶带55的第二部分552的端部和前框51的侧壁完全贴合,由此可以密封容置空间,以防止光线泄露。
同理,本实施例的胶带55的第一部分551设置在柔性电路板54的第一部分541上,也可以防止显示面板53的非显示区域漏光。
请参阅图7,图7是本发明第四实施例的显示装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,本实施例的显示装置60依然包括前框61、背板62、显示面板63、柔性电路板64以及胶带65。并且柔性电路板64的第一部分641依然设置在显示面板63的第一表面631上,柔性电路板64的第二部分642自显示面板63的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,本实施例中的显示装置60与第二实施例的显示装置40的不同之处在于:本实施例的胶带65的第一部分651设置在柔性电路板64的第一部分641上,并且胶带65的第二部分652自显示面板63的边缘沿着前框61向下弯曲,以位于前框61和柔性电路板64的第二部分642之间。因此可以防止前框61刮伤柔性电路板64。
因此,本实施例的显示装置60既可以防止显示面板63的非显示区域漏光,也可以防止前框61刮伤柔性电路板64。
请参阅图8,图8是本发明第五实施例的显示装置的结构示意图。如图8所示,本实施例的显示装置70包括前框71、显示面板73、柔性电路板74以及胶带75。其中,柔性电路板74的第一部分741设置在显示面板73的第一表面731上,柔性电路板74的第二部分742自显示面板73的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,本实施例的显示装置70与第一实施例的显示装置20不同之处在于:本实施例的显示装置70的胶带75包括第一胶带76和第二胶带77。其中,第一胶带76的第一部分761设置在柔性电路板74的第一部分741上,并且第一胶带76的第二部分762自显示面板73的边缘向前框71的侧壁伸展;第二胶带77的第一部分771设置在显示面板73的第二表面732上,并且第二胶带77的第二部分772自显示面板73的边缘向前框71的侧壁伸展。使得第一胶带76的第二部分762与前框71的侧壁完全贴合,第二胶带77的第二部分772与柔性电路板74的第二部分742完全贴合。
相比于第一实施例的显示装置20,本实施例的显示装置70的第一胶带76和第二胶带77的设置更能防止显示面板73的非显示区域漏光。
请参阅图9,图9是本发明第六实施例的显示装置的结构示意图。如图9所示,本实施例的显示装置80依然包括前框81、背板82、显示面板83、柔性电路板84以及胶带85。其中,柔性电路板84的第一部分841设置在显示面板83的第一表面831上,柔性电路板84的第二部分842自显示面板83的边缘向下弯曲。
其中,本实施例的显示装置80与第五实施例的显示装置70不同之处在于:本实施例的显示装置80的第一胶带86的第一部分861设置在柔性电路板84的第一部分841上,并且第一胶带86的第二部分862自显示面板83的边缘向下弯曲,以位于前框81和柔性电路板84的第二部分842之间,使得能够防止前框81刮伤柔性电路板84。第二胶带87的第一部分871设置在显示面板83的第二表面832上,并且第二胶带87的第二部分872自显示面板83的边缘向下弯曲,以位于柔性电路板84的第二部分842和背板82之间。
同理,本实施例的第二胶带87的第二部分872的长度设置与第二实施例的胶带45的第二部分452的长度设计相同,使得能够防止背板82的端部821的菱角刮伤柔性电路板84。
相比于第五实施例的显示装置70,本实施例的显示装置80的第一胶带86和第二胶带87的设置既能防止显示面板83的非显示区域漏光,又能防止前框81刮伤柔性电路板84,还能防止背板82的端部821的菱角刮伤柔性电路板84。
在其他优选实施例中,本实施例的第一胶带86的设置还可以与第五实施例的第一胶带76相同。或者本实施例的第二胶带87的设置与第五实施例的第二胶带77相同。具体胶带85的设置,在此不作限制。
承上所述,本发明实施例通过在显示面板上设置胶带结构,以防止显示面板的非显示区域漏光,并进一步防止前框和/或背板刮伤柔性电路板。具体的第一到第六实施例中的胶带的结构请参阅图10到图12所示。
如图10所示,本实施例的胶带90为条状结构,其适用于以上所述的任一实施例的显示装置中。
另外,本发明的胶带还可以为面状结构,具体如图11所示,胶带100在对应显示面板的显示区域101的部分漏空设置,并且胶带100的第一部分102设置在显示面板的非显示区域上,胶带100的第二部分103自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁延伸。本实施例的胶带100适用于以上所述第一实施例、第三实施例以及第五实施例的显示装置中。
另外,当胶带100为面状结构时,还具有如图11所示的不同的结构,具体如图12所示,本实施例的胶带110依然为面状结构,但与图11所示的面状结构的胶带100不同的是,图12所示的胶带110的第二部分113是分离的。具体而言,胶带110相邻的两条边的第二部分113是分离的,以使得第二部分113可以向下弯曲,进而保护柔性电路板。
其中,本实施例的胶带110适用于以上所述的第二实施例、第四实施例以及第六实施例的显示装置中。
综上所述,本发明的显示装置设置了胶带结构,并且胶带的第一部分设置在显示面板上,胶带的第二部分自显示面板的边缘向前框的侧壁延伸或者自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲。因此,本发明能够防止光线从显示面板泄露,进一步的,胶带自显示面板的边缘向下弯曲的设置能够保护柔性电路板。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括:
    前框;
    背板,与所述前框组合以形成一容置空间;
    显示面板,设置在所述容置空间内并位于所述背板的上方;
    柔性电路板,与所述显示面板接合且电性连接;
    胶带,所述胶带包括第一部分和第二部分,所述胶带的所述第一部分与所述柔性电路板对应设置于所述显示面板上,所述胶带的所述第二部分设置在所述显示面板的边缘和所述前框的侧壁之间;
    其中,所述胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中,
    所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上;
    所述第一胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,所述第一胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲;
    所述第二胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,所述第二胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲;
    胶带的所述第一部分预先进行备胶。
  2. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括:
    前框;
    背板,与所述前框组合以形成一容置空间;
    显示面板,设置在所述容置空间内并位于所述背板的上方;
    柔性电路板,与所述显示面板接合且电性连接;
    胶带,所述胶带包括第一部分和第二部分,所述胶带的所述第一部分与所述柔性电路板对应设置于所述显示面板上,所述胶带的所述第二部分设置在所述显示面板的边缘和所述前框的侧壁之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上,所述胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,并且所述胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上,所述胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,并且所述胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的第一表面上,所述胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,并且所述胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的第一表面上,所述胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,并且所述胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,其中:
    所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上;
    所述第一胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,所述第一胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展;
    所述第二胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,所述第二胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:
    所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上;
    所述第一胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,所述第一胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲;
    所述第二胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,所述第二胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:
    所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上;
    所述第一胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,所述第一胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲;
    所述第二胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,所述第二胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带包括第一胶带和第二胶带,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,其中:
    所述柔性电路板的第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第一表面上;
    所述第一胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述柔性电路板的第一部分上,所述第一胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展;
    所述第二胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述第二表面上,所述第二胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带的所述第一部分预先进行备胶。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带为条状结构。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶带为面状结构,所述显示面板包括显示区域和非显示区域,所述胶带中对应所述显示面板的所述显示区域的部分镂空设置,所述胶带的所述第一部分设置在所述显示面板的所述非显示区域上,所述胶带的所述第二部分自所述显示面板的所述边缘向所述前框的所述侧壁伸展或者自所述显示面板的所述边缘向下弯曲。
