显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置,更具体地说,涉及一种平面显示装置。
背景技术

图1为本发明一些实施例中的显示装置1的立体结构示意图,图2为显示装置1的A-A向剖面结构示意图,图3为图2所示显示装置1的分解结构示意图。该显示装置1的显示面板10暴露于显示装置1的前表面,且通过粘接件粘接到后盖20上,从而不提供前盖,可以节省制造成本、减轻重量,并可以进一步的轻薄化。

后盖20在一些实施例中可采用塑胶或金属等材料制成,其包括底壁21、上端侧壁22以及下端侧壁23。底壁21在一些实施例中可呈矩形板状,上端侧壁22及下端侧壁23在一些实施例中可均呈弧形板状,并分别结合于底壁21的上侧和下侧,界定出一个容置空间26。
后盖20的上端部在一些实施例中还可包括上端结合部24以及上端支撑部25。上端结合部24从上端侧壁22的顶缘内侧向下伸出,用以与显示面板10的上端部相结合,上端结合部24包括与显示面板10的背面相对的结合面241。上端支撑部25从上端结合部24的末端水平延伸至底壁21上,以为上端结合部24提供支撑。

在一些实施例中,显示面板10为液晶面板,相应地,驱动装置60为背光模组。驱动装置60安装在显示面板10的后侧,为显示面板10提供背光,以使显示面板10显示图像。驱动装置60在一些实施例中可包括底盖61、光源62、导光板63和光学片64。光源62可以配置有荧光灯或发光二极管,导光板63呈平板状,以向显示面板10传播从光源62入射的光。光学片64设置在导光板63上,以提高沿从导光板63到显示面板10的方向传播的光的亮度特性。可以理解地,当显示面板10为等离子体面板时,驱动装置60可为包括用于驱动等离子体面板的各种印刷电路板组件。
底盖61在一些实施例中可包括第一结合部610、第二结合部612、第三结合部614以及第四结合部616。第一结合部610和第二结合部612连接成L形,且设置于驱动装置60的下端部,其中,第一结合部610与后盖20的下端支撑部228相平行,用于与下端支撑部228相结合;第二结合部612与第一结合部610相连,且与下端导承框50相平行,用于与下端导承框50相结合。第三结合部614和第四结合部616连接成L形,且设置于驱动装置60的上端部,其中,第三结合部614与后盖20的上端支撑部25相平行,用于与上端支撑部25相结合;第四结合部616与第三结合部614相连,且与上端导承框40相平行,用于与上端导承框40相连接。
粘接件70可与粘接件30是同样的材料,其在一些实施例中可包括表面71以及与表面71相对的表面72,表面71粘接于显示面板10的背面12,表面72粘接于下端导承框50上,从而将显示面板10的下端部粘接于下端导承框50上。
粘接件90可与粘接件30是同样的材料,其在一些实施例中可包括表面91以及与表面91相对的表面92,表面91粘接于下饰面结构80的背面,表面92粘接于后盖20下端部的下端结合部27上,从而将下饰面结构80与后盖20的下端部相结合,并令下饰面结构80覆盖并支承显示面板10暴露在外部的下端。
图4示出了本发明另一些实施例中的显示装置1a,其结构与显示装置1的结构类似,两者的主要区别在于,显示装置1a的上端侧壁22和下端侧壁23分别进一步朝远离底壁22的方向延伸出有一个上端保护部220和一个下端保护部230。上端保护部220与上端结合部24相垂直,用于引导并保护显示面板10的上侧。下端保护部230与下端结合部27相垂直,用于引导并保护下饰面结构80的下侧。在一些实施例中,上端保护部220可通过粘接件与显示面板10的上侧相粘接,下端保护部230可通过粘接件与下饰面结构80的下侧相粘接。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干个改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括后盖、显示面板、驱动装置、第一粘接件、第二粘接件、上端导承框以及下端导承框,所述驱动装置设置于所述后盖中与所述显示面板电性连接,以驱动所述显示面板;其特征在于,所述后盖包括底壁、设置于所述底壁上侧的上端侧壁、从所述上端侧壁向下伸出的上端结合部、为所述上端结合部提供支撑的上端支撑部、设置于所述底壁下侧的下端侧壁、从所述下端侧壁向上伸出的下端结合部以及为所述下端结合部提供支撑的下端支撑部;所述驱动装置的上端部与所述上端支撑部相结合,所述驱动装置的下端部与所述下端支撑部相结合;所述第一粘接件将所述显示面板的上端部与所述上端结合部相粘接,所述上端导承框设置于所述显示面板与所述驱动装置的上端部之间;所述第二粘接件将所述显示面板的下端部与所述下端导承框相粘接,所述下端导承框与所述驱动装置的下端部相结合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端导承框一侧与所述第一粘接件粘接,与该一侧相对的另一侧与所述驱动装置的上端部相结合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端导承框呈I形,并纵向设置于所述驱动装置的上端部与所述显示面板的上端部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述下端导承框呈I形,并纵向设置于所述驱动装置的下端部与所述显示面板的下端部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上端支撑部连接于所述上端结合部与所述底壁之间,所述下端支撑部连接于所述下端结合部与所述底壁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括下饰面结构以及第三粘接件,所述第三粘接件将所述下饰面结构粘接于所述后盖的下端结合部上,令所述下饰面结构覆盖并支承所述显示面板的下端部。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括底盖,所述底盖包括设置于所述驱动装置的下端部的第一结合部以及第二结合部,所述第一结合部以及所述第二结合部,其中,所述第一结合部与所述后盖的所述下端支撑部相平行,并与所述下端支撑部相结合;所述第二结合部与所述下端导承框相平行,并与所述下端导承框相结合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述底盖包括设置于所述驱动装置上端部的第三结合部以及第四结合部,其中,所述第三结合部与后盖的所述上端支撑部相平行,并与所述上端支撑部相结合;所述第四结合部与所述上端导承框相平行,并与所述上端导承框相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述底盖包括设置于所述驱动装置上端部的第三结合部以及第四结合部,其中,所述第三结合部与后盖的所述上端支撑部相平行,并与所述上端支撑部相结合;所述第四结合部与所述上端导承框相平行,并与所述上端导承框相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述后盖的上端侧壁和下端侧壁分别朝远离所述底壁的方向延伸出有上端保护部和下端保护部。
