If microorganisms adhere to the surface of the containers, the chemicals or specimens may be seriously affected. There is. Therefore, medical containers are generally used after sterilization.
- high-pressure steam sterilization is widely employed in which a medical container to be sterilized is exposed to a high-temperature, high-pressure steam atmosphere for a certain period of time (121 ° C., 20 minutes, etc.).
- a container holding tray capable of holding a plurality of medical containers in an aligned state for sterilizing or transporting a large number of medical containers at one time is used. .
- a tray for medical containers in which a plurality of depressions along the head or bottom of the medical container are formed on the floor of the tray (see Patent Document 1).
- the document also states that a vacuum groove may be formed in the tray floor so as to cross the floor and come into contact with each of the plurality of depressions.
- the tray By placing a medical container (hereinafter, simply referred to as “container”) in accordance with the depression of the floor, the tray can be easily placed in an appropriate position and orientation (upward or downward). -There is an advantage that it can be aligned quickly. However, it has the following problems to be solved.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a method in which a nest plate is separately installed on the tray, and containers are inserted and held one by one in the sleeve of the nest plate. According to this method, although it is possible to stably hold individual containers, a separate member such as a nest-like plate is required, the tray structure is complicated, and the operation for holding the containers is complicated. - the container holding tray according to the present invention is intended for holding a bottomed cylindrical medical container.
- the “medical container” includes, in addition to a so-called container (vial, etc.), a device (syringe barrel ⁇ syringe barrel>, etc.) into which a chemical solution or sample may be injected.
- Cylinder means a shape in which an internal space from one end to the other end is formed.
- a cylindrical shape For example, a cylindrical shape; a rectangular tube shape such as a square tube shape; and other shapes (substantially cylindrical shape or the like) similar to these shapes can be given.
- the “cylindrical shape” has not only a shape having a constant outer diameter and inner diameter from one end to the other end, such as a cylindrical shape and a rectangular tube shape, but also a portion having a different outer diameter and inner diameter. Different diameter cylindrical shapes are also included.

- Bottom means a shape having a bottom portion that closes one end of a cylindrical structure, such as a vial.
- the "bottom part” here does not need to be a completely closed shape, and does not need to be located below the container when in use.
- a syringe barrel has one end (front end) of a cylindrical structure closed and has a “bottom” on the tip side, and a through hole is formed in the “bottom” and is completely closed. It is not.
- Such a shape is also included in the “bottom”.
- Container holding tray is a tray for holding a plurality of bottomed cylindrical medical containers side by side. If such a tray is used, a plurality of medical containers can be sterilized with high-pressure steam at a time and transported as they are.
- the container holding tray according to the present invention holds a bottomed cylindrical medical container with its opening directed upward or downward.
- the bottomed cylindrical medical container 50 has its opening 52 on the lower side (that is, the bottom face 2 side). It is preferable to hold it in the state of being directed. According to such a holding form, even when water droplets adhere to the outer surface of the medical container 50 during high-pressure steam sterilization, the water drops flow down to the bottom surface portions 2 and 102 of the tray along the outer surface of the medical container 50. To do. Accordingly, water droplets do not flow directly from the opening 52 of the medical container 50 into the medical container 50.
- the container holding tray according to the present invention has bottom surface portions 2 and 102 and container holding convex portions 4 and 104 as essential components like the container holding tray 1 shown in FIG. 1 or the container holding tray 101 shown in FIG. - each of the container holding convex portions 4 and 104 is tapered at the lower end side and thin at the upper end side, like the container holding tray 1 shown in FIG. 1 or the container holding tray 101 shown in FIG. It is formed into a shape.
- the interval between the three to four container holding convex parts 4 constituting the container accommodating part 6 is the opening of the tray (the upper end of the tray). Wide on the side, narrow on the bottom (tray lower end) side of the tray.
- the space (container holding space) inside the container accommodating portion 6 has a large opening area on the tray opening (tray upper end) side and a narrow opening area on the tray bottom surface (tray lower end) side. . Therefore, when the medical container 50 is accommodated in the container accommodating portion as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 11, the medical container 50 is contacted and held at a midpoint in the height direction of the container accommodating portion, and the medical container 50 is opened. The end 54 is kept out of contact with the bottom surface portion 2,102 of the tray.
- the specific shape of the container holding convex portion is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include a truncated cone shape; a truncated pyramid shape such as a quadrangular pyramid shape; a cylindrical shape with a different diameter; and other shapes similar to these shapes (such as a substantially truncated cone shape).

- the opening end of the container and the bottom surface portion of the tray are kept in a non-contact state, and a gap is formed between the opening end of the container and the bottom surface portion of the tray. It is not necessary to form a groove for the purpose of ventilation. However, by providing this groove, when high-pressure steam is introduced, high-pressure steam flows through the groove, so that the high-pressure steam can be easily introduced into the container. Therefore, high-pressure steam sterilization can be reliably performed to the inside of the container.
- a plurality of ventilation grooves are formed so as to pass between columns or rows of the plurality of container holding convex portions.
