上述背景技术的不足之处:一是空气炸锅固定体和空气炸锅移动体之间没有电源切断装置,当空气炸锅移动体与空气炸锅固定体分离后,其空气炸锅固定体仍处于工作状态,不仅能耗损失大,而且安全性差;二是由于空气炸锅固定体中的电加热盘与风扇之间设有一反射扣盘,电加热盘位于反射扣盘内,因此风扇产生的气流无法直接作用在电加热盘上,只有通过扣盘四周作用在空气炸锅固定体锅的内壁,由锅内壁反推到被烹饪的食物上,不仅使热能效率降低,而且既造成空气炸锅锅体内壁过热,又造成反射扣盘及电加热盘温度过高所导致的电加热盘使用寿合缩短,以致过热烧毁。更重要的是:在烹饪肉类食物时,由于电加热盘及反射扣盘温度过高导致肉类食物淋出的油脂被气化后在与电加热盘及反射扣盘相触时瞬间变成黑色油烟排到锅外,不仅污染环境,而且不利于操作者的身体健康;三是由于电加热盘与空气炸锅固定体内壁之间为非弹性固定连接,电加热盘通电后,在高温条件下其电加热盘与空气炸锅固定体内壁之间固定连接,不仅易导致锅体内壁的损坏,而且易导致电加热盘的损坏;四是由于位于空气炸锅固定体上端面的气窗的环形导流间断槽为二圈,导致负压吸气不足,既无法在空气炸锅内形成动态气压平衡,也导致空气炸锅内热气流由空气炸锅排烟口流失,不仅造成热能损失,而且延长食物的烹饪时间,影响效果;五是空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部为凸起的风叶状结构,该风叶状结构导致空气炸锅内热气流形成中心集中热旋风,该热旋风在上升的过程中不仅破坏了空气炸锅内气流的动态平衡,而且集中上升的热气流携带油脂在与过热电加热盘和过热反射扣盘接触的瞬时即产生油烟,且由空气炸锅的排烟口排到空气炸锅外;六是大风叶和小风叶上 'D' 形孔四个方向的传动孔直接导致了风叶平面强度的降低,易发生风叶平面微变形,造成风叶转动不平稳、噪音增大及与壳体刮擦现象的出现。
技术问题
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种利用高速热空气循环技术,既能完成对食物烹饪,又无油烟排出的一种无烟空气炸锅。
技术解决方案
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。1 、空气炸锅固定体前部用于安装定时器的凸台部的下端面一侧设有顶动式电源开关的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于:由于空气炸锅移动体与盛物网篮呈锁定开启配合的手柄的上端面一侧设有顶动凸台,该顶动凸台与空气炸锅固定体中凸台部的下端面一侧的顶动式电源开关呈顶动开、关配合,当空气炸锅移动体与空气炸锅固定体合为一体时,空气炸锅移动体上的顶动凸台将空气炸锅固定体上的顶动式电源开关顶动闭合,此时空气炸锅工作,烹饪食物;当空气炸锅移动体与空气炸锅固定体分开时,空气炸锅移动体上的顶动凸台与空气炸锅固定体上的顶动式电源开关分离,顶动式电源开关断开,此时空气炸锅不工作,确保使用者的安全。2 、空气炸锅固定体中热风风叶下方为平面螺旋式电加热管的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于:一是由于下压风扇直接作用在平面螺旋式电加热管,平面螺旋式电加热管通电所产生的热量均被下压风扇吹向被烹饪的食物,不仅热利用率得到了充分的利用,而且避免了空气炸锅壁过热现象的出现,同时由于平面螺旋式电加热管始终处于额定的加热范围内,从而避免了平面螺旋式电加热管过热而导致的使用寿命缩短、易损坏的弊端;二是由于本申请取掉了位于下压风扇与平面螺旋式电加热管间的反射盘,不仅避免平面螺旋式电加热管过热现象的产生,而且由于下压风扇所产生的下压风力在 20 毫米的范围内大于空气炸锅内的热空气,因此既避免了肉类油脂热空气对下压风扇扇叶的污染,又避免了肉类油脂热空气遇平面螺旋式电加热管过热烟化的弊端,从而实现了无烟化热空气烹饪食物的目的,既保护了环境,又有利于操作者的身体健康。3 、平面螺旋式电加热管的电源接头通过连接件与空气炸锅固定体内壁连接,平面螺旋式电加热管管身通过拉簧与空气炸锅固定体内壁弹性连接的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样做的目的在于:由于平面螺旋式电加热管的电源接头通过连接件与空气炸锅固定体内壁连接,而平面螺旋式电加热管管身通过拉簧与空气炸锅固定体内壁呈弹性连接,因此当平面螺旋式电加热管通电发热后,其平面螺旋式电加热管热胀所产生的变化被拉簧所吸收,既确保了平面螺旋式电加热管在热胀或冷缩中始终保持动态平衡,又避免了背景技术对空气炸锅内壁的损坏,同时又避免了对平面螺旋式电加热管的损坏。4 、空气炸锅固定体上端面的负压吸气窗中的环形导流间断孔为三圈或三圈以上的设计,是本发明的技术特征之四。这样做的目的在于:由于空气炸锅烹饪食物的原理是利用高速热空气循环技术烹饪食物,这就要求在空气炸锅内要有足够的气流产生,本申请在并且在空气炸锅固定体上端面的负压吸气窗中的环形导流间断孔为三圈或三圈,并且该环形导流间断孔中心开有中心导流孔,因此当盖上导流盖板时,在负压风机的作用下,大气中的空气通过导流盖板与环形导流间断孔形成的气道,能够快速地在空气炸锅内形成高速热空气,既确保了空气炸锅锅内动态气流的相对平衡,又降低了电机的功率损耗,达到了节能的目的。5 、空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部呈弧形凸起、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形的设计,是本发明的技术特征之五。这样做的目的在于:由于空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部呈弧形凸起、锅壁的四周呈弧形,当下压风扇将热空气下压作用食物后所产生的非纯净热空气在作用到弧开凸起时,被弧形凸起导流到锅壁的四周,而锅壁的四周由于呈弧形,因此非纯净热空气由锅壁四周翻到被加热食物的上方后再次被下压风扇下压的热空气下压,从而形成热空气围绕被加热食物翻滚且不上窜的情形,不仅极大地加速了热空气的利用率,而且避免了热油脂空气的烟化,从而达到无烟烹饪肉类食物的目的。6 、空气炸锅固定体下部背面排烟口两侧下部开有两个气压平衡气窗,该气压平衡气窗与空气炸锅固定体底部开有导流孔的设计,是本发明的技术特征之六。这样做的目的在于:由于空气炸锅是利用高速的热空气烹饪食物,这就要求空气炸锅的锅壁既要保持相对热度,又要防止过热损坏锅壁及伤及人,因此能否保持空气炸锅锅壁气道气流动态回流至关重要。本申请在空气炸锅固定体背部下部设有两个气压平衡气窗,该两个气压平衡气窗与空气炸锅固定体底部开有导流孔相通且构成气窗面积,不仅能够通过大气压阻止空气炸锅固定体上部冷风风叶的下压风量,使空气炸锅壁始终保持在既热又不烫手的保温状态,而且又能在锅壁空气过热出现的瞬间实现倒吸大气、强制冷却,重现保温的目的。7 、热风风叶和冷风风叶相对面凹槽结构的设计,是本发明的技术特征之七。这样做的目的在于:该凹槽对于风扇而言既起到了加强筋的作用,使风扇的平面强度得到了进一步地提高,避免了风扇平面微变形所带来的风叶转动不平稳、噪音增大及与壳体刮擦现象的发生,又实现了热风风叶和冷风风叶之间通过轴套端面间的凸台凹凸结合的目的,确保了热风风叶和冷风风叶之间间距的相对一致性。
技术方案:一种无烟空气炸锅,包括空气炸锅固定体和空气炸锅移动体,所述空气炸锅固定体前部用于安装定时器的凸台部的下端面一侧设有顶动式电源开关,空气炸锅移动体与盛物网篮呈锁定开启配合的手柄的上端面一侧设有顶动凸台,且顶动凸台与空气炸锅固定体中凸台部的下端面一侧的顶动式电源开关呈顶动开、关配合;所述空气炸锅固定体中热风风叶下方为平面螺旋式电加热管,平面螺旋式电加热管的电源接头通过连接件与空气炸锅固定体内壁连接,平面螺旋式电加热管管身通过拉簧与空气炸锅固定体内壁弹性连接;所述空气炸锅固定体上端面的负压吸气窗中的环形导流间断孔为三圈或三圈以上,并且在环形导流间断孔中心开有中心导流孔;所述空气炸锅固定体下部背面排烟口两侧下部开有两个气压平衡气窗;所述空气炸锅固定体底部开有导流孔且导流孔与气压平衡气窗连通;所述空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部呈弧形凸起、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形。
有益效果
本发明与背景技术相比,一是空气炸锅固定体和空气炸锅移动体之间电源切断开关设置,不仅避免了能耗损失,而且安全可靠;二是由于空气炸锅固定体中的平面螺旋式电加热盘直接由风扇下压吹风,既避免了电加热盘过热、易损,又避免了背景技术存在的烹饪肉类时,肉类食物油脂被烟化弊端,不仅避免了环境污染,而且有利于操作者的身体健康;三是平面螺旋式电加热盘与空气炸锅弹性连接,避免了平面螺旋式电加热盘热胀冷缩情况下,易导致平面螺旋式电加热盘的损坏不足;四是位于空气炸锅固定体上端面的气窗的环形导流间断槽为三圈或三圈以上的设计,满足了负压吸气,确保了加热空气在空气炸锅内动态气压平衡的形成,避免了空气炸锅内热气流由空气炸锅排烟口流失的现象,不仅提高了热能利用率,而且缩短食物的烹饪时间,确保了烹饪效果;五是空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部呈弧形凸起、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形的设计,既有效地提高了热空气的利用率,烹饪完成后形成的是冷凝水,又避免了油烟产生,实现了无烟烹饪的目的;六是解决了背景技术存在的大风叶和小风叶上四个传动孔所导致的风叶平面强度降,风叶平面易发生微变形所造成的风叶转动不平稳、噪音增大的缺陷,避免了风叶与壳体部件刮擦现象的发生。

实施例 1 :参照附图1-10。一种无烟空气炸锅,包括空气炸锅固定体1和空气炸锅移动体2,空气炸锅固定体1由上锅身111和前端开口下锅身112构成,上锅身111和前端开口下锅身112分别为内外层结构,内层与外层之间构成风道且上端风道内置有冷风风叶113,冷风风叶113由位于上端风道外的电机114驱动,风道上端开有进气口115,上锅身111风道与前端开口下锅身112风道连通,空气炸锅移动体2与前端开口下锅身112开口插接配合,且空气炸锅移动体2体身为内外层结构,内层与外层之间为构成风道且风道风口与上锅身101中风道口相对连通,下锅身112底部开有出气口117,所述空气炸锅固定体1前部用于安装定时器的凸台部3的下端面一侧设有顶动式电源开关301,空气炸锅移动体2与盛物网篮呈锁定开启配合的手柄4的上端面一侧设有顶动凸台401,且顶动凸台401与空气炸锅固定体1中凸台部3的下端面一侧的顶动式电源开关301呈顶动开、关配合;所述空气炸锅固定体1中热风风叶102下方为平面螺旋式电加热管103 ,平面螺旋式电加热管103的电源接头通过连接件与空气炸锅固定体1内壁105连接,平面螺旋式电加热管103管身通过拉簧104与空气炸锅固定体1内壁连接;所述空气炸锅固定体1上端面的负压吸气窗中的环形导流间断孔106为三圈或三圈以上,并且在环形导流间断孔106中心开有中心导流孔107,负压吸气窗上设有导流盖101;所述空气炸锅固定体1下部背面排烟口109两侧下部开有两个气压平衡气窗108;所述空气炸锅固定体1 底部开有导流孔110且导流孔110与气压平衡气窗108连通,气压平衡气窗108与空气炸锅内中流体气道201连通;所述空气炸锅移动体2中接油回流锅5的底部中部呈弧形凸起501、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形502。所述排烟口109位于平面螺旋式电加热管103管面上方,在本申请主要起大气平衡的作用。所述空气炸锅固定体1中热风风叶102扇叶下端面与平面螺旋式电加热管103管面间距离小于 10 毫米,既有利于将平面螺旋式电加热管103产生热量下压,又可以避免平面螺旋式电加热管103对热风风叶102的烘烤。所述平面螺旋式电加热管103功率大于1300W、小于1500W,有利于对食物快速烹饪。油回流锅5的底部中部凸起501高度小于20毫米,既有利于热空气的翻滚,又达到热效率的最大化利用,同时又避免了油烟的产生。
实施例2 :在实施例1的基础上,所述冷风风叶113下端置有导风板116。所述导风板116 下方为中空隔热层118。
实施例3:在实施例1的基础上,空气炸锅移动体2与盛物网篮呈锁定开启配合的手柄4的上端面一侧设有顶动凸台401,且顶动凸台401与空气炸锅固定体1中凸台部3的下端面一侧的顶动式电源开关301呈顶动开、关配合,盛物网篮底部开有进风孔502或盛物网篮侧壁开有进风槽503和底部开有进风孔502。
实施例 4 :在实施例1的基础上,所述空气炸锅固定体1中热风风叶102与冷风风叶113之间采用同轴连接且热风风叶102与冷风风叶113之间轴上套有轴套120,轴套120两端面分别与热风风叶102和冷风风叶113面凹槽凹凸匹配定位121。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的无烟空气炸锅,其特征是:所述空气炸锅固定体( 1 )中热风风叶( 102 )扇叶下端面与平面螺旋式电加热管( 103 )管面间距离小于 10 毫米。
4 、根据权利要求 1 或 3 所述的无烟空气炸锅,其特征是:所述平面螺旋式电加热管( 103 )功率大于 1300W 、小于 1500W 。
5 、根据权利要求 1 所述的无烟空气炸锅,其特征是:油回流锅( 5 )的底部中部凸起( 501 )高度小于 20 毫米。
