背景技术
目前绝大多数的耳塞式耳机都属动圈耳机,原理是处于永磁场中的线圈与振膜相连,线圈在信号电流驱动下带动振膜发声。一般动圈式耳塞型耳机内的振膜都较为薄(例如,PET/PEN/PEI振膜厚度约为6.0–9.0μm),使用者在配戴时,容易因振膜受气压的冲力冲击造成变形或永久的破损。
发明内容

一同参阅图2,导音装置20与音腔70对应的一个侧壁上开设有一个出气孔22,该出气孔22贯穿该侧壁。当导音装置20处于伸出位置时(如图1所示),该侧壁的外壁面与壳体10的内壁面紧贴,该出气孔22被堵死;当导音装置20处于伸出位置时,该侧壁的外壁面与壳体10的内壁面之间形成一个间隔80(如图2所示),该出气孔22导通,而将音腔70与该间隔80导通。壳体10的侧壁上开设有出气孔14,该出气孔14将间隔80与外界导通,进而将音腔70与外界导通。如此,出气孔22、间隔80以及出气孔14便构成一个常闭的泄压通道(如图2中箭头所示),该泄压通道在导音装置20处于伸出位置时导通,在导音装置20处于缩进位置时关闭。
使用过程中,当使用者拿着耳机1的壳体10将耳塞60塞入耳道时,由于摩擦力的作用,耳道内壁面将对耳塞60产生一个与塞入方向相反的作用力,该作用力被耳塞60传递给耳嘴50,耳嘴50再将该作用力传递给导音装置20,导音装置20进一步将该作用力传递给弹性元件40。当该作用力大于弹性元件40的弹性力时,弹性元件40将被压缩,使得导音装置20向壳体10内缩进,上述泄压通道导通,从而将音腔70与外界导通,使得音腔70中的气压不会由于耳道中的空气的进入而急剧上升,可以避免音腔70内的气压瞬间升高对喇叭30的振膜31造成危害。而当使用者塞好耳机1放手之后,被压缩的弹性元件40复位,驱动壳体10朝远离用户的方向移动,导音装置20恢复到伸出位置,而将上述泄压通道关闭,使得音腔70重新封闭,以保证耳机1具备良好的音质。可以理解地,上述泄压通道的数量可以是多个。
再一同参阅3至图5,壳体10在一些实施例中可包括第一壳体12以及第二壳体13,第一壳体12与第二壳体13共轴地拼接在一起。
第一壳体12在一些实施例中可界定出一个圆柱状的容置空间120,该容置空间120构成上述容置空间11的一部分,并与容置空间11共轴。第一壳体12可包括一个开口端121,并以该开口端121拼接于第二壳体13上。开口端121的端面上设置有一个可插接于第二壳体13中的环形插接部122,该插接部122与容置空间120共轴,且外径小于开口端121的外径。插接部122上还沿轴向形成有若干个限位槽123,这些限位槽123间隔地分布于插接部122的周向上,可分别与第二壳体13内的若干限位筋133相配合,以防止第一壳体12与第二壳体13拼接后,两者相对绕轴线X转动。第一壳体12在一些实施例中还可包括导线套124,导线套124设置于第一壳体12的侧部,其轴线与轴线X相垂直或相交。导线套124具有一个纵向的导线孔125,该导线孔125与壳体10的该容置空间120相连通,以便导线(未图示)能够经由该导线孔125伸入到容置空间11中与喇叭30相连接。
一同参阅图6,第二壳体13在一些实施例中可界定出一个圆柱状的容置空间130,该容置空间130构成上述容置空间11的另一部分,并与容置空间11共轴;容置空间130的侧壁面上设置有若干个沿轴向延伸的限位筋133,这些限位筋133间隔地分布于容置空间130的侧壁面的周向上。第二壳体13包括一个开口端131以及与开口端131相对的封闭端132。开口端131套接于第一壳体12的插接部122上,且该若干限位筋133分别卡设于第一壳体12的插接部122上的若干限位槽123上。
封闭端132在一些实施例中大致呈圆锥形板状(如图1及图2所示),封闭端132中部开设有一个通孔134,用于供导音装置20可移动地穿置于其中。封闭端132还开设有出气孔14,该出气孔14用于将容置空间130与外界连通。出气孔14在一些实施例中可与通孔134相邻,并通孔134相连通;当导音装置20与封闭端132的内壁面紧贴时,出气孔14能够被导音装置20的密封垫24封堵。
再如图5所示,导音装置20在一些实施例中可包括可轴向移动地穿设于第二壳体13的通孔134中的导音构件23以及套接固定于导音构件23***的密封垫24。导音构件23在一些实施例中可采用金属材料制成,并大致呈漏斗状,其包括可轴向移动地穿设于第二壳体13的通孔134中的筒体230以及共轴地设置于筒体230一端部的罩体232,筒体230界定出导音装置20的导音孔21(如图1所示)。罩体232大致呈圆锥形板状,并与喇叭30一道界定出上述音腔70。密封垫24也大致呈圆锥形板状,其中部形成有穿孔240,以供导音构件23的筒体230穿置于其中,密封垫24的内壁面紧密地贴设于罩体232的外壁面上,并能够随着导音构件23移动。密封垫24一个方面可以提高导音孔21以及出气孔14的密封效果,另一方面可以起到导音装置20移动时的缓冲作用。
罩体232的侧壁上还形成有穿孔233,相应地,密封垫24的侧壁上对应位置上形成有穿孔242,穿孔242与穿孔213相连通,而形成导音装置20的出气孔22(如图1所示)。罩体232的开口端缘还形成有向远离轴线的方向扩展的环缘234,环缘234上还形成有若干沿径向延伸的缺口235,这些缺口235分别与第二壳体13内壁面的限位筋133相配合,使得罩体232能够以限位筋133为轨道,在第二壳体13内来回移动。
喇叭30在一些实施例中大致呈圆柱状,并共轴地安装于导音装置20的罩体232的开口端,并能够随着导音装置20移动,喇叭30的振膜31位于喇叭30与罩体232相对侧。弹性元件40在一些实施例中为柱状弹簧,其一端抵接于第一壳体12的插接部122的端面上,另一端抵接在导音构件23的开口端。可以理解地,弹性元件40并不局限于为柱状弹簧,其他适合的弹性元件也可以适用。耳嘴50呈筒状,并套接在导音构件23的筒体230的罩体232所在端相对的另一端上,耳嘴50具有一个轴向的出音孔51,该出音孔51与导音构件23相连通。耳嘴50的外侧壁面在周向上形成有环形凹槽52,用于与耳塞60相卡合。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干个改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机,包括壳体、设置于所述壳体中的喇叭、与所述喇叭相对应的音腔以及耳嘴,所述耳嘴中形成有出音孔,所述出音孔与所述音腔相连通;其特征在于,该耳机还包括一个常闭的泄压通道,该泄压通道用于将所述音腔与外界相连通,并能够在使用者将所述耳嘴塞入耳道的过程中导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机包括导音装置以及弹性元件;所述导音装置穿设于所述壳体的侧壁上,并可在所述壳体的侧壁上沿纵向在一个伸出位置与一个缩进位置之间来回地移动;当所述导音装置处于伸出位置时,所述泄压通道关闭;当所述导音装置处于缩进位置时,所述泄压通道导通;所述弹性元件设置于所述导音装置与所述壳体之间,用以将所述导音装置保持在所述伸出位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述喇叭设置于所述导音装置位于所述壳体内部的端部上,并与该端部一道界定出所述音腔;所述耳嘴设置于所述导音装置位于所述壳体外部的另一端部上,所述导音装置中形成有导音孔,所述导音孔将所述出音孔与所述音腔相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述导音装置与所述音腔对应的一个侧壁上开设有第一出气孔,该第一出气孔贯穿所述导音装置的该侧壁;当所述导音装置处于伸出位置时,所述导音装置的该侧壁的外壁面与所述壳体的内壁面紧贴,所述第一出气孔被堵死;当所述导音装置处于伸出位置时,所述导音装置的该侧壁的外壁面与所述壳体的内壁面之间形成一个间隔,所述第一出气孔导通,而将所述音腔与所述间隔导通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧壁上形成有第二出气孔,所述第二出气孔将所述间隔与外界导通,进而将所述音腔与外界导通;所述第一出气孔、所述间隔以及所述第二出气孔构成所述泄压通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一壳体以及与第一壳体拼接在一起的第二壳体,所述第一壳体包括第一开口端,所述第一开口端的端面上设置有插接于所述第二壳体中的环形插接部;所述第二壳体包括套接于所述插接部上的第二开口端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述插接部上沿轴向形成有至少一个限位槽,所述至少一个限位槽间隔地分布于所述插接部的周向上;所述第二壳体的内壁面设置有至少一个沿轴向延伸的限位筋,所述至少一个限位筋间隔地分布于所述第二壳体的内壁面的周向上,并分别卡设于所述第一壳体的至少一个限位槽上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二壳体包括与所述第二开口端相对的封闭端,所述封闭端中部形成有通孔,用于供所述导音装置可纵向移动地穿置于其中;所述导音装置包括可纵向移动地穿设于所述通孔中的导音构件以及套接固定于所述导音构件***的密封垫;所述导音构件包括可轴向移动地穿设于所述通孔中的筒体以及设置于所述筒体一端部的罩体,所述筒体界定出导音装置的导音孔,所述罩体与所述喇叭一道界定出所述音腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述密封垫中部形成有第一穿孔,以供所述筒体穿置于其中;所述密封垫的内壁面紧密地贴设于所述罩体的外壁面上,并能够随着所述导音构件移动;所述罩体的侧壁上形成有第二穿孔,所述密封垫的侧壁上对应位置上形成有第三穿孔,所述第二穿孔与所述第三穿孔相连通,形成所述导音装置的所述第一出气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述罩体的开口端缘形成有朝外扩展的环缘,所述环缘上形成有至少一个沿径向延伸的缺口,所述至少一个缺口分别与所述第二壳体内壁面的至少一个限位筋相配合,使得所述罩体能够以所述至少一个限位筋为轨道,在所述第二壳体内来回移动。
