본 고안은 화장료가 가압 압축되어 소성되는 소성접시의 재질이 합성수지재질로 이루어짐에 따라 금속성 재질이 갖고 있는 인체에 유해한 금속물질의 발산을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 분리수거시에 용기 몸체와 소성접시를 따로 분리하여 버리지 않고 그대로 버림으로써 분리수거작업성 향상 및 편의성을 도모할 수 있으며, 밀착부에 의해 화장료가 소성접시의 내부 바닥면에 견고하게 밀착될 수 있어 사용하는 과정에서 화장료가 소성접시로부터 분리되는 것이 방지되며, 프레스 가압 압착 소성작업시에 발생되는 에어의 배출이 구멍을 통해 용이하게 이루어짐으로써 화장료가 소성접시로부터 들뜨거나 일어나게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 화장품 소성접시를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 고안은, 수용부(11)가 형성된 몸체(10)와 상기 몸체(10)와 힌지결합되어 몸체(10)의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개(20)로 이루어진 화장품 용기의 상기 몸체(10) 수용부(11)에 수용되고 내부에 화장료가 구비되는 소성접시(30)에 있어서, 상기 소성접시(30)는, 바닥면(31)에 에어가 배출되는 구멍(32)들과; 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 밀착부(33)가 포함되고, 합성수지재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 밀착부(33)는, 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 삼각돌기들로 이루어지거나 또는 상기 밀착부(33)는, 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되고 소성접시(30)의 내측 둘레부를 따라 형성되는 원형돌기로 이루어진다.
Description
본 고안은 화장품 소성접시에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화장품이 담겨지는 소성접시에 구멍을 통공하여 프레스 가압시에 에어가 구멍을 통해 배기되도록 하여 파우더가 들뜨는 현상을 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 소성접시의 재질을 화장품 용기와 동일한 합성수지 재질로 구성함으로써 분리수거시에 화장품 용기와 소성접시를 따로 분리하지 않고 바로 버릴 수 있도록 함으로써 분리수거 작업성이 향상되도록 한 화장품 소성접시에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 화장을 하기 위해서는 사용자의 취향이나 피부의 특성에 따라 다양한 기능 및 형태를 갖는 수많은 종류의 화장품을 사용하게 되는데, 가장 보편적으로 메이크업 베이스 및 파우더, 투웨이 케익, 파우더 팩트, 스킨 커버 등이 사용된다.
이러한 화장품은 대부분 오일리한 분말원료인 제형(劑形)을 소성접시 내에 주입한 후 이를 프레스에 의해 가압 성형하여 만들어지는 것으로 대부분 고형으로 압축되어 생산된다.
특히, 상기와 같은 원료는 탈크, 이산화티탄, 마이카, 실리카, 나이론 분말, 폴리메칠매타크릴레이크, 세리사이트, 카올린, 이연화, 옥시염화비스머스 등과 같은 기재에 색상을 나타내기 위한 색소 및 상기 성분들을 결합시키는 바인더가 혼합되어 이루어지며, 상기 바인더는 실리콘계 오일류, 탄화수소계 오일류, 고급 지방산계 오일류, 고급 알콜계 오일류, 에스테르계 오일류, 글리세라이드계 오일류, 라놀린계 오일류, 동물성계 오일류, 식물성계 오일류 등이 선택적으로 사용된다.
그러나, 종래 소성접시의 재질이 알루미늄과 같은 금속재질로 이루어짐에 따라 제형을 소성접시 내부에 주입한 후에 프레스로 가압 성형함에 있어서, 알루미늄으로 이루어진 소성접시와 제형간에 에어가 차게 되어 프레스의 가압 성형이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 에어가 배출되지 않음으로써 제형이 소성접시의 바닥으로부터 밀착되지 못하고 붕 뜨게 되어 생산 도중에 화장품이 소성접시로부터 이탈되는 문제점이 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 종래 화장품의 분말원료인 제형을 담고 있는 소성접시의 재질이 알루미늄 등의 금속재질로 이루어짐으로써 사용하고 난 후의 화장품용기를 버리는 과정에서 합성수지 재질은 화장품 용기와 금속재질인 소성접시를 각각 따로 분리하여 버려야 함에 따라 분리수거의 어려움과 불편함이 야기되고 있다.
더욱이, 알루미늄 금속재질로 소성접시를 구성함으로써 인체에 유해한 금속성 물질이 화장품에 포함되기 때문에 화장을 하는 사용자의 얼굴피부에 악영향을 주는 또 다른 문제점이 야기된다.
종래 기술을 살펴보면, 등록특허 10-0741361호인 소성 타입 메이크업 화장료용 용기가 안출된 바 있으며, 이는 소성 타입의 메이크업 화장료를 담기 위한 용기에 있어서, 세라믹 또는 합성 고분자로부터 선택되는 다공성 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
이러한 종래 기술은, 다량의 펄에 의한 깨짐 현상을 용기와 내용물의 부착력을 향상시킴으로써 최소화 하였고, 적은 가루날림과 향상된 밀착력으로 제품의 품질도 증가시켜 고객의 요구에 부합되는 효과를 기대하고 있다.
그러나, 세라믹 재질 또는 합성 고분자로 소성용기(소성접시)를 구성함으로써 가격이 상승되는 문제점과 함께 역시 분리수거에 어려움이 있다.
본 고안은 종래 화장품이 담겨지는 소성접시가 지닌 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 소성접시의 바닥면에 구멍을 통공하여 분말상의 화장원료가 주입된 후 프레스로 가압성형하는 과정에서 발생되는 에어가 구멍을 통해 쉽게 배출되도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 소성접시의 재질을 화장품용기와 동일한 합성수지 재질로 구성하여 분리수거의 어려움을 없애고 소성접시의 바닥면에 밀착부를 더 돌출 구성하여 화장품과 소성접시와의 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 화장품 소성접시를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로 본 고안인 화장품 소성접시는, 수용부가 형성된 몸체와 상기 몸체와 힌지결합되어 몸체의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개로 이루어진 화장품 용기의 상기 몸체의 수용부에 수용되고 내부에 화장료가 구비되는 소성접시에 있어서, 상기 소성접시는, 바닥면에 에어가 배출되는 구멍들과; 바닥면으로부터 돌출되는 밀착부가 포함되고, 합성수지재질로 이루어진다.
상기 밀착부는, 상기 바닥면으로부터 돌출되는 삼각돌기들로 이루어진다.
상기 밀착부는, 상기 바닥면으로부터 돌출되고 소성접시의 내측 둘레부를 따라 형성되는 원형돌기로 이루어진다.

이하, 본 고안의 구성 및 작용을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 좀 더 구체적으로 설명한다. 본 고안을 설명함에 있어서, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 고안자가 그 자신의 고안을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 고안의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
도시된 바와 같이 본 고안인 화장품 소성접시는, 수용부(11)가 형성된 몸체(10)와 상기 몸체(10)와 힌지결합되어 몸체(10)의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개(20)로 이루어진 화장품 용기의 상기 몸체(10) 수용부(11)에 수용되고 내부에 화장료가 구비되는 소성접시(30)에 관한 것이다.
상기 소성접시(30)는 화장품의 원료의 분말원료가 주입된 후 프레스 가압에 의해 주입된 분말원료가 압착되어 소성되어 수용된다.
이와 같이 분말원료를 프레스로 가압하여 압착하는 과정에서 에어가 자연스럽게 발생되는 바, 종래의 경우에는 발생되는 에어의 배출이 전혀 이루어지지 않음으로써 에어가 그대로 잔류하게 되어 화장료가 들뜨거나 일어나게 되는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 고안은 소성접시(30)에 구멍(32)들이 더 통공되어 있기 때문에 발생되는 에어가 구멍(32)들을 통해 배출된다.
즉, 상기 소성접시(30)는, 바닥면(31)에 에어가 배출되는 구멍(32)들과, 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 밀착부(33)가 포함되어 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 소성접시(30)는 상기 몸체(10) 및 덮개(20)의 재질과 동일한 합성수지재질로 이루어진다.
바람직하게는, 상기 소성접시(30)를 구성하는 합성수지에 은나노물질을 더 포함하여도 무방하다.
이와 같이 소성접시(30)의 바닥면(31)에 구멍(32)들이 통공되어 있음에 따라 화장원료를 프레스로 가압 압착하는 소성과정에서 발생되는 에어가 상기 구멍(32)들을 통해 쉽고 용이하게 배출될 수 있어 에어의 잔류에 따른 문제점이 해결된다.
이 때, 상기 구멍(32)의 내경은 상기 소성접시(30)의 내부에서 소성되는 화장원료는 빠져나가지 않고 발생된 에어만이 배출되도록 함이 바람직하다.
본 고안인 화장품 소성접시(30)의 상기 밀착부(33)는, 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 삼각돌기들로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 밀착부(33)는, 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되고 소성접시(30)의 내측 둘레부를 따라 형성되는 원형돌기로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 밀착부(33)에 의해 소성접시(30)의 내부에서 가압 압착되어 소성되는 화장원료가 상기 밀착부(33)에 의해 밀착지지됨에 따라 화장료가 소성접시(30)로부터 분리되는 것이 방지된다.
또한 본 고안은 바닥 배출구로 수분이나 기포가 배출되므로 생산의 수월함과 생산량이 30% 이상 증가해 원가의 절감이 많이 된다
이와 같이 본 고안은 다양하게 변형실시가 가능한 것으로 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 들어 설명하였으나, 본 고안은 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 상기 실시예들을 기존의 공지기술과 단순히 조합적용한 실시예와 함께 본 고안의 청구범위와 상세한 설명에서 본 고안이 속하는 기술분야의 당업자가 변형하여 이용할 수 있는 기술은 본 고안의 기술범위에 당연히 포함된다고 보아야 할 것이다.
Claims (3)
- 수용부(11)가 형성된 몸체(10)와 상기 몸체(10)와 힌지결합되어 몸체(10)의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개(20)로 이루어진 화장품 용기의 상기 몸체(10) 수용부(11)에 수용되고 내부에 화장료가 구비되는 소성접시(30)에 있어서,상기 소성접시(30)는,바닥면(31)에 에어가 배출되는 구멍(32)들과;바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 밀착부(33)가 포함되고,합성수지재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 소성접시.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 밀착부(33)는,상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되는 삼각돌기들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 소성접시.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 밀착부(33)는,상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 돌출되고 소성접시(30)의 내측 둘레부를 따라 형성되는 원형돌기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 소성접시.
