  • the leg rest 7 is displaceably mounted relative to the seat surface 30 by means of the two guide rail pairs 70, 71, wherein a constraining force is applied to the leg rest 7, which forces the leg rest 7 into the extended use position.
  • the locking member 75 holds the leg rest 7 against the urging force in the stowed position. By loosening the locking element 75, the leg rest is extended semiautomatically.
  • the legrest 7 is designed in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 without padding, so that a particularly space-saving stowage is possible.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de siège à tablette comprenant un châssis de base (2) comportant un pied de support (20) et une structure de siège (3) comportant une surface d'assise (30) et un dossier (31), selon lequel un mécanisme de pivotement (4, 104, 204) permet que la structure de siège (3) soit montée pivotant sur le châssis de base (2) autour d'un axe de pivotement (I) horizontal entre une position de travail et une position allongée, et selon lequel l'axe de pivotement (I) par rapport au châssis de base (2) est agencé de façon fixe au-dessus de la surface d'assise (30) au moins approximativement au niveau d'un centre de gravité de la structure de siège (3) et d'une personne utilisant la structure de siège (3) conformément à l'usage prévu.
