Claims (13)
- 개봉이 용이하도록 봉합체의 상단에 접착 면과 접착되지 않은 파지부(Tap Line)를 형성시켜 상기 파지부를 잡고 손쉽게 용기로부터 봉합체를 떼어낼 수 있도록 된 용기의 봉합체에 있어서, 상기 봉합체는;상기 용기의 봉합체 상단부에 위치하여 열접착성이 없는 재료로 된 표면층;상기 표면층 아래에 적절한 두께를 가지고 위치된 탄성층;상기 탄성층 하단에 라미네이트 되는 플라스틱 필름층; 및상기 필름층 하단에 라미네이트된 열가소성 수지층으로 구성된 상층과;상기 상층 아래에 위치된 알루미늄 호일층으로 구성된 중간층과;상기 중간층 하단에 접착되어 열접착성 가소성 수지 또는 점착제로 된 용기와 접착이 되는 봉합 접착층으로 구성하고,상기 상층의 열가소성 수지로 구성된 상층 하단면과 중간층인 알루미늄 호일층 상단면에는 접착부 및 비접착부를 함께 형성함에 의해 파지부가 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층은 열가소성 수지 또는 폴리올레핀 발포제가 라미네이트 되어 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 용제형 이액형 폴리우레탄 혼합물의 접착제에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층을 형성하는 접착제의 고형분은 60 내지 70%이고, 점도는 2,500 내지 3,500(25℃, mPa-s)임을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 소정의 접착력을 가지도록 도포량을 4 내지 6g/㎡으로 하고, 접착 면의 넓이는 10 내지 80mm로 됨을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층인 알루미늄 호일층의 두께는 12㎛ 내지 50㎛의 범위로 됨을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체.
- 파지부(Tap Line)를 형성시키기 위한 봉합체의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 파지부는 열접착성이 없는 재료로 된 표면층에 열가소성 수지 또는 폴리올레핀 발포제를 발포하여 적절한 두께로 라미네이트하는 1단계;상기 탄성층 하단에 플라스틱 필름층과 열가소성 수지층을 순차적으로 라미네이트하여 상층을 형성하는 2단계;알루미늄 호일로 되는 중간층을 준비하는 3단계;상기 중간층 하단에 열접착성 가소성 수지 또는 점착제로 되어 용기와 접착이 되는 봉합 접착층을 라미네이트하는 4단계;상기 2단계에서 형성된 상층 하단의 열가소성 수지로 구성된 면과 상기 3단계 알루미늄 호일 하단에 봉합 접착층이 라미네이트된 중간층의 알루미늄 호일 상면에 접착된 면과 접착되지 않는 파지부(Tap Line)를 형성하는 5단계; 및상기 5단계에서 일체형으로 형성시킨 후 용기의 입구 사이즈에 맞게 절단 또는 천공하여 재단하는 제6단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 5단계의 파지부(Tap Line)를 형성하는 것은 일정한 간격으로 요홈이 형성된 롤을 이단으로 사용하여 일단에서 파지부(Tap Line)가 되는 부분에 일차로 이형 코팅(Release coating)제가 도포되도록 하고 이어서 이단에서 상기 파지부 외의 부분에 접착제가 도포되도록 하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 6단계는 그 재단방식에 따라 파지부(Tap Line)를 봉합체의 봉합지 상단 중간에 위치한 형태와 봉합지 상단 끝에 위치한 형태로 제조되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 5단계의 접착면과 접착되지 않은 면인 파지부(Tap Line)를 형성하는 접착 면의 합지 작업 시의 속도는 분당 50 내지 70m로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 이형(Release) 코팅제 작업 시 동판의 목수는 200 내지 250목(目)임을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 접착되지 않은 면인 파지부(Tap Line)의 작업 시 이형 코팅제의 도포량은 3 내지 4g/㎡을 하여 고주파 유도 가열 시 상층과 알루미늄 호일층 간의 열로 인한 접착성을 없게 함을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 필름층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상단 일면에 접착되지 않은 파지부가 제공된 봉합체의 제조방법.
