そして、連結部421及び回転軸取付部422は、一対の固定部43を結んだ領域を上方に投影した空間S内に配置されている。具体的に空間Sは、図5に示すように、一対の固定部43の座金432の内側端部同士及び外側端部同士を結んだ領域を上方に投影した空間である(図5中、斜線領域参照)。この空間S内であれば連結部421及び回転軸取付部422の少なくとも一部が配置されていればよいが、連結部421及び回転軸取付部422の全域が空間S内に配置されていることが好ましい。さらに、図5に示すように、一対の固定部43の中心同士を結んだ仮想平面L5に対して、交差するように回転軸取付部422及び連結部421が空間S内で配置されていることが好ましい。
そして、前端部が外側、後端部が内側に配置されたベース部41、中央部が内側に突出した側壁部42という構成であるために支持部材4を、車両内のホイールハウスWの前端部に沿うように、当該ホイールハウスWの周辺に配置することが可能となっている。具体的に説明すると、図2に示すようにホイールハウスWの少なくとも一部は、サスペンションが収容されるように内側に突出したサスペンション収容部w1となっている。なお、ホイールハウスWは、サスペンション収容部w1の他に、燃料パイプを収容する燃料パイプ収容部などを備えていてもよい。
サスペンション収容部w1は、ホイールハウスWの他の部分から最も突出した部分である。この最も突出した部分の左右方向の内側で、サスペンション収容部w1と、後側の固定部43とが対向配置されている。また、サスペンション収容部w1の前方段差部w2の前方領域に、前側の固定部43が配置されている。これにより、前方段差部w2の壁面の延長線L3に沿って支持部材4が配置されることになる。このようにホイールハウスWに沿うように支持部材4を配置することができれば、ホイールハウスWによって内側に狭まった部分を有効に活用して支持部材4を設置することができる。また、万が一、支持部材4が外側に変形しようとしたとしてもホイールハウスWによって支持部材4を外側から支持することができるので、支持部材4の倒れを抑制できる。
また、連結部421が前方段差部w2に対向配置されているので、連結部421を前方段差部w2に寄せることができ、設置スペースの効率化を図ることができる。
また、組み付け部材6が側壁部42の上端部に配置されているので、側壁部42の下端部から段差となっている上端部に組み付け部材6が配置され、大型化を抑制することができる。
また、回転軸取付部42が連結部422とともに空間S内に配置されているので、回転軸取付部42に作用する力も支持部材4に対して略垂直に作用させることができ、支持部材4の取付強度をより安定化することができる。
また、ホイールハウスWにおける最も内側に突出した部分であるサスペンション収容部w1の前方段差部w2の前方領域に、前側の固定部43が配置されているので、設置スペースの効率化を図ることができる。
また、連結部422が前方段差部w2に対向するように配置されているので、連結部422を前方段差部w2に寄せることができ、設置スペースの効率化を図ることができる。
図6A及び図6Bに示す支持部材4Aは、フロアFの床面上に設置されるベース部41aと、ベース部41aから上方に延在する側壁部42aと、ベース部41aをフロアFの床面に固定する一対の固定部43aとを備えている。
固定部43aは、ボルト431と、座金432とを備えていて、座金432及び固定孔411内にボルト431が挿入した状態でフロアFのネジ穴(図示省略)に螺合することで、固定部43aがベース部41をフロアFに固定している。このように一対の固定孔411を介して固定部43aがフロアFに取り付けられるので、ベース部41aに取り付けられた一対の固定部43aも直線L1上に配置されることになる。
また、側壁部42aの上端部には、組み付け部材6を介してシートフレーム2の回転軸21が取り付けられる回転軸孔422aが形成されている。
また、ベース部41aの前端部及び後端部には、側壁部42aに連続するリブ412aが形成されている。このリブ412aにより支持部材4A全体の剛性が高められている。
また、左右のいずれか一方に側壁部42aが突出されることで、連結部421aが空間S1内に配置されているので、側壁部42aの突出した部分によって支持部材4Aの剛性を高めることができる。
また、連結部421aが車両の内側に向けて突出するように側壁部42aが形成されているので、車幅方向の省スペース化を図ることができる。
図8Aは第二の変形例である支持部材4Bの概略構成を示す上面図であり、図8Bは支持部材4Bの概略構成を示す斜視図である。
支持部材4Bは、フロアFの床面上に設置されるベース部41aと、ベース部41aから上方に延在する側壁部42bと、ベース部41bをフロアFの床面に固定する一対の固定部43aとを備えている。
また、ベース部41aの前端部及び後端部には、側壁部42bに連続するリブ412bが形成されている。このリブ412bにより支持部材4B全体の剛性が高められている。
このように、連結部421bが車両の外側に向けて突出するように側壁部42bが形成されているので、連結部材5を幅広く支持することができ、より安定させることができる。
図9Aは第三の変形例である支持部材4Cの概略構成を示す上面図であり、図9Bは支持部材4Cの概略構成を示す斜視図である。
支持部材4Cは、フロアFの床面上に設置されるベース部41aと、ベース部41aから上方に延在する側壁部42cと、ベース部41aをフロアFの床面に固定する一対の固定部43aとを備えている。
このように、一対の固定部43aの中心を結んだ仮想平面L1上に連結部421cが配置されているので、連結部材5の重量を支持部材4Cに対して垂直に作用させることができる。したがって支持部材4Cの取付強度をより安定化することが可能となる。
また、上記実施形態では、第一取付部及び第二取付部がボルトによってフロアFに固定される場合を例示して説明したが、第一の取付部及び第二の取付部の少なくとも一方がフロアFに対して溶接によって固定されていてもよい。この場合においても、フロアFに溶接された溶接部(第一の取付部及び第二の取付部)を結んだ領域を上方に投影した空間内に連結部が配置されることが好ましい。

Claims (13)
- 車両のフロア内でシートのシートフレームを支持する左右の支持部材と、
前記左右の支持部材間に掛け渡されて、当該支持部材を連結する連結部材とを備え、
前記左右の支持部材の少なくとも一方は、
ベース部と、
前記ベース部から上方に延在し、前記シートフレーム及び前記連結部材が取り付けられた側壁部と、
前記ベース部を前記フロアに固定するための第一及び第二の取付部とを備え、
前記側壁部における前記連結部材が連結される連結部は、前記第一及び第二の取付部を結んだ領域を上方に投影した空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記側壁部に、左右の少なくとも一方に突出する突出部を設け、前記突出部の先端部に前記連結部を設けることで、当該連結部が前記空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記側壁部が前記車両の内側に向けて突出するように形成されていることで、前記連結部が前記空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記側壁部の上端部よりも下端部は、前記上端部よりも突出することで前記連結部が前記空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記側壁部には、前記シートフレームの回転軸が取り付けられる回転軸取付部が設けられていて、
前記回転軸取付部は、前記連結部とともに前記空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項4又は5記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記側壁部の上端部には、前記シートフレームの下端部が組み付けられる組み付け部材が配置され、
前記側壁部には、前記シートフレームの回転軸が取り付けられる回転軸取付部が設けられていて、
前記側壁部の前記回転軸取付部の下方は、前記回転軸取付部よりも突出することで前記連結部が前記空間内に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記連結部は、前記第一及び第二の取付部のそれぞれの中心を結んだ仮想平面上に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記第一の取付部は前記連結部の前方に配置されるとともに、前記第二の取付部は前記連結部の後方に配置されていて、
前記第一の取付部の中心は、前記連結部よりも外側に配置され、
前記第二の取付部の中心は、前記連結部よりも内側に配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項8記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記車両内のホイールハウスにおける最も内側に突出した部分の左右方向内側で、前記最も内側に突出した部分と、前記第二の取付部とが対向していることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項8又は9のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記支持部材は、前記車両内のホイールハウスに沿うように配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記車両内のホイールハウスの少なくとも一部は、サスペンションが収容されるように内側に突出したサスペンション収容部を備えており、
前記サスペンション収容部と前記第二取付部とが対向していることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項11記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記サスペンション収容部が前記車両内のホイールハウスにおける最も内側に突出した部分であり、
前記サスペンション収容部の前方段差部の前方領域に、前記第一の取付部が配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。 - 請求項12記載のシートの取付構造において、
前記連結部は、前記前方段差部に対向するように配置されていることを特徴とするシートの取付構造。
