Abstract

一种超长物件汽车运输装置,包括旋转架(11)、引导杆(5)、滑架(13)和拖拉油缸(12)组成的举升装置,举升装置可改变超长物件(6)轴线的垂直方向。举升架(4)安装在滑架(13)上,超长物件(6)安装在举升架(4)的连接法兰(14)上,平衡块(3)安装在连接法兰(14)的超长物件(6)非安装侧,拖拉油缸(12)一头铰接在举升架(4)的底端,另一头铰接在旋转架(11)的横梁上。旋转装置(9)通过铰接装有旋转油缸(10),旋转油缸(10)的另一端与半挂车(2)铰接;旋转装置(9)通过连接板与旋转架(11)固定连接,并可带动旋转架(11)在水平方向旋转。该装置通过将超长物件(6)尾部抬高,旋转油缸(10)施力沿半挂车(2)中心左右偏摆一定角度,使运输装置以运输重心不失稳的方式调整超长物件(6)载运姿态,并通过挂车后轮液压转向,最大程度上提高超长物件(6)运输的避障能力。

一种超长物件汽车运输装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输装置, 特别是涉及一种超长物件汽车运输装置。
背景技术
在运输以风力发电机叶片为代表的超长物件时, 现有技术采用的是将前、 后支架固定 在叶片支撑位置, 并将前、 后支架固定在挂车板上运输, 车板长、 轮轴距大, 叶片伸出车 板较长。 采用这种固定方式的车辆在遇到狭窄道路、 高山峭壁、 建筑群、 电线杆、 古树等 阻碍时, 因转弯半径不足, 使车辆无法转弯, 从而给运输带来极大的困难, 大大增加运输 成本和道路改造费用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能在复杂地区确保运输重心不失稳, 方便、 安 全、 快速运输超长物件的超长物件汽车运输装置。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供的超长物件汽车运输装置, 能安装在半挂车上的 旋转装置上设有旋转架, 旋转装置带动旋转架左右旋转, 举升架上设有连接法兰, 超长物 件的一端安装在所述的连接法兰上, 所述的举升架与所述的旋转架之间连接有举升装置。
所述的举升装置是指: 引导杆的一端与所述的举升架的上部铰接, 所述的引导杆的另 一端与所述的旋转架铰接, 滑架的一端滑动嵌入所述的旋转架内并可自由伸缩, 所述的滑 架的另一端与所述的举升架的底部铰接连接, 拖拉油缸的两端分别与所述的滑架和所述的 旋转架相连接带动所述的滑架在所述的旋转架内自由伸缩。
所述举升装置的举升角度为 0〜45度。
所述的旋转装置由旋转部件和旋转油缸组成, 所述的旋转架安装在所述的旋转部件 上, 所述的旋转油缸的一端与所述的旋转架相铰接, 另一端与所述的旋转部件相铰接。
所述的连接法兰的远离超长物件安装的另一侧设置有平衡块, 平衡块调整超长物件的 运载重心位于旋转装置的旋转轴线附近。
本发明的技术效果在于: 采用上述技术方案的超长物件汽车运输装置, 当拖拉油缸收 缩或拖拉油缸伸长时, 举升架绕铰轴转动, 超长物件就会被举升, 举升重心 S会按照举升 重心轨迹运动, 在举升装置的举升角度在 0〜45度范围内, 举升重心轨迹处于旋转装置的 旋转轴线附近, 同时举升架向旋转轴线中心收缩; 然后由旋转装置在旋转油缸的控制 下, 超长物件沿半挂车中心按一定角度进行左右偏转。 本发明通过将超长物件尾部抬高, 并沿半挂车中心左右偏摆一定角度, 使运载重心轨迹始终围绕在旋转轴线附近, 以确保运 输重心不失稳的方式调整超长物件载运姿态来避让阻碍物。
本发明的运输装置在复杂地区运输超长物件时 (如大型超长风电叶片), 该装置可在 运输途中根据地形举升和旋转物件, 并使超长物件的重心轨迹始终围绕旋转轴线附近, 以确保运输重心不失稳, 并通过车板挂车后轮液压转向, 及适度缩短挂车车板轮轴距, 减 小道路转弯半径, 最大程度上提高避障能力。

下面结合附图对本发明专利作进一步说明。
参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3和图 4, 牵引车 1连接有半挂车 2, 在半挂车 2上安装有旋转装 置 9, 旋转装置 9由旋转部件 15和旋转油缸 10组成, 旋转架 11安装在旋转部件 15上, 旋转油缸 10的一端与旋转架 11相铰接, 另一端与旋转部件 15相铰接, 举升架 4上设有 连接法兰 14, 超长物件 6的一端安装在连接法兰 14上, 连接法兰 14的远离超长物件安装 的另一侧设置有平衡块 3, 引导杆 5的一端与举升架 4的上部铰接, 引导杆 5的另一端与 旋转架 11铰接, 滑架 13与旋转架 11之间为嵌入式的滑动连接, 并可在旋转架 11的滑槽 内自由滑动。 拖拉油缸 12与旋转架 11的侧梁并行安装, 即在拖拉油缸 12的活塞侧端部 与举升架 4的底部铰接连接, 缸体侧端部与旋转架 11进行铰接连接, 以此通过实现拉伸 拖拉油缸 12来带动滑架 13在旋转架 11的滑槽内自由伸缩运动。举升架 4的举升角度为 0〜 45度。
参照图 3和图 4, 运输装置中旋转装置 9包括旋转油缸 10和旋转部件 15, 旋转油缸 10的活塞一端与旋转架 11相铰接, 缸体一端与旋转部件 15相铰接。 旋转部件 15由旋转 轴承组成, 其下侧固定连接在半挂车 2上, 上侧与连接板与旋转架 11 固定连接在一起, 并通过旋转油缸 10的拖拉作用实现旋转轴承的旋转。 该旋转轴承带动旋转架 11转动。
在连接法兰 14的超长物件非装配侧还可设置有平衡块 3,当超长物件 6被举升时可将 其重心调节到举升重心 S处。
如图 3所示, 收缩拖拉油缸 12后, 就会带动滑架 13在旋转架 11内的滑槽内进行收 缩运动, 这样与滑架 13铰接连接的举升架 4向牵引车 1一侧进行倾斜, 由此超长物件 6 即可被举升至需要的角度。 另外, 通过将旋转油缸 10 的活塞杆进行拉和伸, 从而控制旋转轴承按一定的角度进 行旋转运动, 而通过旋转轴承的旋转, 即可实现运输装置的整体根据实际需要按照一定角 度进行旋转。
位于连接法兰 14非安装侧的平衡块 3可将超长物件重心 G调整到举升重心 S位置, 举升重心 S位于旋转装置 9的旋转轴线 7附近。 当超长物件 6被举升时, 举升重心 S会按 照举升重心轨迹 8的运动, 在超长物件 6的举升角度在 0〜45度范围内, 举升重心轨迹 8 大致处于旋转轴线 7 附近, 并同时保持在旋转装置 9的范围内。 在举升超长物件 6的同 时, 举升架 4向旋转轴线 7中心收缩, 缩短举升架 4的旋转半径。 在举升重心 S始终保持 在旋转装置 9基座范围内的条件下, 由旋转装置 9、 旋转油缸 10控制超长物件 6沿半挂车 中心左右偏转, 确保运输的稳定性和通过性。
本发明不仅仅局限于上述实施方式, 其中实施例中的旋转装置 9中的旋转部件 15可 以为轴承、 回转油缸、 齿轮轴套等, 也可以是可旋转的铰接结构。 总之, 其他实施方式中 只要与本发明实施方式实质相同均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
