本发明所提供的电子券的获取和使用的方法及***, 具有 NFC功能的 移动终端从商家的 NFC设备上获取电子券后, 将所述移动终端的唯一标识 返回给 NFC设备;服务器根据预设的策略判断 NFC设备发送来的电子券和 移动终端的唯一标识是否需要进行绑定, 如果需要, 则将绑定信息保存到 服务器中; 使用所述电子券时, 具有 NFC 功能的移动终端与服务器建立 NFC连接, 经过验证后服务器向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应。 通过本 发明能够有效的利用 NFC技术, 使得电子券的获取和使用不再需要用户的 大量参与, 自动完成相关操作。 因此具有很高的商业应用价值。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是:具有 NFC功能的移动终端从商家的 NFC设备上 获取电子券后, 将所述移动终端的唯一标识返回给 NFC设备; 服务器根据 预设的策略判断 NFC设备发送来的电子券和移动终端的唯一标识是否需要 进行绑定, 如果需要, 则将绑定信息保存到服务器中; 使用所述电子券时, 具有 NFC功能的移动终端与服务器建立 NFC连接,经过验证后服务器向所 述移动终端返回确认使用响应。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 图 1为本发明一种电子券的获取和使用的方法流程示意图, 如图 1所 示, 所述方法具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 101 ,具有 NFC功能的移动终端从商家的 NFC设备上获取电子券 后, 将所述移动终端的唯一标识返回给 NFC设备;
具体的,所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端从商家的 NFC设备上获取电子 券, 包括: 具有 NFC功能的移动终端进入 NFC设备的通讯范围内以后建立 NFC连接,所述移动终端通过主动请求或者直接被动接收的方式从 NFC设 备获取电子券。
步驟 102, 服务器根据预设的策略判断 NFC设备发送来的电子券和移 动终端的唯一标识是否需要进行绑定, 如果需要, 则将绑定信息保存到服 务器中; 具体的, 所述 NFC设备发送来的电子券和移动终端的唯一标识, 具体 为: NFC设备通过无线或有线连接方式, 发送给服务器的电子券, 以及移 动终端的手机号码、 或国际移动用户识别码(IMSI )。
进一步的, 所述保存到服务器之后, 当所述电子券需要进行支付时, 所述方法还包括: 服务器根据所述移动终端的唯一标识关联到移动终端, 并通过移动终端的账户进行支付。
步驟 103 , 使用所述电子券时, 具有 NFC功能的移动终端与服务器建 立 NFC连接, 经过验证后服务器向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应。
具体的,所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端与服务器建立 NFC连接,具体 为: 所述移动终端进入商家的 NFC设备的通讯范围内以后建立 NFC连接, 并通过所述 NFC设备连接服务器。 所述经过验证后服务器向所述移动终端 返回确认使用响应, 具体为: 移动终端将电子券和自身的唯一标识发送给 服务器, 如果不需要验证绑定信息, 则向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应, 如果需要验证绑定信息, 则将移动终端发送的信息和服务器保存的绑定信 息进行对比, 如果一致, 则向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应。
进一步, 在返回确认使用响应后, 即步驟 103之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述服务器修改自身保存的记录, 具体为: 删除所述绑定信息, 或者将所 述绑定的电子券和移动终端的唯一标识, 标识为已使用。 进一步的, 如果 所述电子券不限制使用者的身份, 服务器可以不修改自身保存的记录, 以 便共享了所述电子券的其他用户使用。
进一步的, 在使用所述电子券之前, 即在步驟 103之前, 所述方法还 包括: 已获取了电子券的移动终端将电子券和自身的唯一标识进行绑定, 通过 NFC连接发送给其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其他具有 NFC功能 的移动终端使用所述电子券时发送所述绑定信息进行验证。
图 2为本发明实施例的电子券获取方法流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 所 述方法包括:
步驟 201 , 将具有 NFC功能的移动终端靠近指定的 NFC通讯位置, 获 取电子券;
具体的, 所述 NFC通讯位置为商家设定的远端 NFC设备。
步驟 202, 移动终端与存有电子券数据的远端 NFC设备建立二者之间 的 NFC P2P连接;
步驟 203 , 移动终端接收远端 NFC设备通过 NFC P2P连接发送来的电 子券数据, 同时将本机号码发送给远端 NFC设备;
步驟 204, 远端 NFC设备通过 NFC P2P连接, 接收移动终端发来的用 户手机号码;
步驟 205 ,电子券数据管理服务器根据预设的策略判断已发送的电子券 是否需要与手机号码绑定,如果绑定,则执行步驟 206,否则结束处理流程; 步驟 206,电子券数据管理服务器将已发放的电子券与接收到的用户手 机号码绑定并保存。
图 3为本发明实施例的电子券使用方法流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 所 述方法包括:
步驟 301,将具有 NFC功能的移动终端靠近使用电子券的指定 NFC通 讯位置;
步驟 302, 移动终端与存有电子券数据的远端 NFC设备建立二者之间 的 NFC P2P连接;
步驟 303 , 通过已建立的 NFC P2P连接, 移动终端向远端 NFC设备发 送电子券使用请求、 用户选定的电子券和手机号码;
步驟 304, 远端 NFC设备响应移动终端的请求, 向移动终端返回用户 选定的电子券, 同时接收手机号码;
步驟 305 , 电子券管理服务器判定电子券是否已经与手机号码绑定,如 果绑定, 跳至步驟 306, 否则跳至步驟 308;
步驟 306,电子券管理服务器判定电子券已绑定的手机号码与用户发来 的手机号码是否一致, 如果一致, 跳至步驟 308, 否则, 跳至步驟 307; 步驟 307,提示用户电子券已绑定的手机号码与接收到的手机号码不一 致, 提示用户输入正确的手机号码, 跳至步驟 303;
步驟 308, 提示用户电子券使用成功。
图 4为本发明实施例的电子券共享方法流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 所 述方法包括:
步驟 401 , 将具有 NFC功能的两台移动终端相互靠近;
步驟 402, 两台移动终端建立二者之间的 NFC连接;
步驟 403 , 通过已建立的 NFC连接, 存有电子券的移动终端将用户指 定的电子券与本机号码绑定, 传输给另一端的移动终端;
步驟 404, 传输完毕后, 移动终端给出提示, 提示双方用户电子券共享 成功。
图 5为本发明一种电子券的获取和使用的***结构示意图, 如图 5所 示, 所述***, 包括: 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51、 NFC设备 52和服务 器 53; 其中,
所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 ,设置为从商家的 NFC设备 52上获 取电子券后, 将所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51的唯一标识返回给 NFC 设备 52;
具体的,所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51从商家的 NFC设备 52上获 取电子券, 包括:具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51进入 NFC设备 52的通讯范 围内以后建立 NFC连接, 所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51通过主动请求 或者直接被动接收的方式从 NFC设备 52获取电子券。
所述服务器 53 , 设置为根据预设的策略判断 NFC设备 52发送来的电 子券和具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 的唯一标识是否需要进行绑定, 如果 需要, 则将绑定信息保存到服务器中, 使用所述电子券时, 具有 NFC功能 的移动终端 51与服务器 53建立 NFC连接, 经过验证后服务器 53向所述 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51返回确认使用响应。
具体的, 所述 NFC设备 52发送来的电子券和移动终端的唯一标识, 具体为: NFC设备 52通过无线或有线连接方式, 发送给服务器 53的电子 券, 以及具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51的手机号码、 IMSI。
所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51与服务器 53建立 NFC连接,具体为: 所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51进入商家的 NFC设备 52的通讯范围内以 后建立 NFC连接, 并通过所述 NFC设备 52连接服务器 53。 所述经过验证 后服务器 53向所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51返回确认使用响应, 具体 为: 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51将电子券和自身的唯一标识发送给服务 器 53 , 如果不需要险证绑定信息, 则向所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 返回确认使用响应, 如果需要验证绑定信息, 则将具有 NFC功能的移动终 端 51发送的信息和服务器 53保存的绑定信息进行对比, 如果一致, 则向 所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51返回确认使用响应。
进一步的, 所述服务器 53 ,还设置为在绑定信息保存到服务器 53中之 后, 当所述电子券需要进行支付时, 根据所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 的唯一标识关联到具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 , 并通过具有 NFC功能的 移动终端 51的账户进行支付。
进一步, 所述服务器 53 , 还设置为在返回确认使用响应后, 所述服务 器 53修改自身保存的记录; 其中, 所述修改自身保存的记录具体为: 删除 所述绑定信息, 或者将所述绑定的电子券和具有 NFC 功能的移动终端 51 的唯一标识, 标识为已使用。 进一步的, 如果所述电子券不限制使用者的 身份, 服务器 53可以不修改自身保存的记录, 以便共享了所述电子券的其 他用户使用。
进一步的, 所述***中还包括: 其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端 54, 所 述已获取了电子券的具有 NFC功能的移动终端 51 ,还设置为将电子券和自 身的唯一标识进行绑定,通过 NFC连接发送给其他具有 NFC功能的移动终 端 54, 其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端 54使用所述电子券时发送所述绑定 信息进行验证。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种电子券的获取和使用的方法, 包括:
具有近场通讯(NFC )功能的移动终端从商家的 NFC设备上获取电子 券后, 将所述移动终端的唯一标识返回给 NFC设备;
服务器根据预设的策略判断 NFC设备发送来的电子券和移动终端的唯 一标识是否需要进行绑定, 如果需要, 则将绑定信息保存到服务器中; 使用所述电子券时,具有 NFC功能的移动终端与服务器建立 NFC连接, 经过验证后服务器向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在使用所述电子券之前, 所述 方法还包括:
已获取了电子券的移动终端将电子券和自身的唯一标识进行绑定, 通 过 NFC连接发送给其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其他具有 NFC功能的 移动终端使用所述电子券时发送所述绑定信息进行验证。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述保存到服务器之后, 当所述电子券需要进行支付时, 所述方法还包括:
服务器根据所述移动终端的唯一标识关联到移动终端, 并通过移动终 端的账户进行支付。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 在返回确认使用响应后, 所述方法还包括:
所述服务器修改自身保存的记录, 具体为: 删除所述绑定信息, 或者 将所述绑定的电子券和移动终端的唯一标识, 标识为已使用。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 NFC设备发送来的 电子券和移动终端的唯一标识为:
NFC设备通过无线或有线连接方式, 发送给服务器的电子券, 以及移 动终端的手机号码、 或国际移动用户识别码(IMSI )。
6、 一种电子券的获取和使用的***, 包括: 具有 NFC 功能的移动终 端、 NFC设备和服务器; 其中,
所述具有 NFC功能的移动终端,设置为从商家的 NFC设备上获取电子 券后, 将所述移动终端的唯一标识返回给 NFC设备;
所述服务器, 设置为根据预设的策略判断 NFC设备发送来的电子券和 移动终端的唯一标识是否需要进行绑定, 如果需要, 则将绑定信息保存到 服务器中, 使用所述电子券时, 具有 NFC 功能的移动终端与服务器建立 NFC连接, 经过验证后服务器向所述移动终端返回确认使用响应。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的***, 其中, 所述***中还包括: 其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端,
所述已获取了电子券的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 还设置为将电子券 和自身的唯一标识进行绑定,通过 NFC连接发送给其他具有 NFC功能的移 动终端, 其他具有 NFC功能的移动终端使用所述电子券时发送所述绑定信 息进行验证。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述服务器, 还设置为在 绑定信息保存到服务器中之后, 当所述电子券需要进行支付时, 根据所述 移动终端的唯一标识关联到移动终端, 并通过移动终端的账户进行支付。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述服务器, 还设置为在 返回确认使用响应后, 所述服务器修改自身保存的记录; 其中, 所述修改 自身保存的记录具体为: 删除所述绑定信息, 或者将所述绑定的电子券和 移动终端的唯一标识, 标识为已使用。
10、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述 NFC设备发送来的 电子券和移动终端的唯一标识为:
NFC设备通过无线或有线连接方式, 发送给服务器的电子券, 以及移 动终端的手机号码、 或 IMSI。
