分组数据网网关( P-GW, PDN Gateway )位于用户平面, 主要功能包 括 IP地址分配、 会话管理、 PCRF选择、 路由选择和数据转发、 QoS控制、 计费、 策略和计费执行等。
而对于 MTC业务的 Group特性,要求网络能对终端组的 S-GW选择进 行控制,即:根据签约的组信息,网络应能提供一种使终端组选择相同 S-GW 的机制。 然而, 在现有技术中, 还未有网络能对终端组的 S-GW选择进行 控制的技术方案。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端组的服务网关 S-GW 选择方法及***, 用于解决在 MTC业务中, 无法有效地对终端组的 S-GW 选择进行控制的技术问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种终端组的服务网关 S-GW选择方法, 如图 2所示, 该 方法包括:
步驟 1、将终端组标识作为终端的签约数据存储在用户归属服务器 HSS 中;
步驟 2、 移动性管理实体 MME在接收到终端发送的附着请求后, 向 HSS请求签约数据;
步驟 3、 HSS收到 MME的签约数据请求后, 判断当前终端是否为组代 表终端, 所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定, 或由机器类型通信 MTC用 户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定;
步驟 4、 若当前终端为组代表终端, 则 MME通过服务网关选择功能为 该终端选择 S-GW, 并将所选择的 S-GW作为该终端所在终端组的组代表 S-GW通知给 HSS; 步驟 5、 若当前终端为非组代表终端, 则 HSS向 MME提供该终端所 在终端组的组代表 S-GW标识;
步驟 6、 MME向所述组代表 S-GW请求为当前终端建立默认承载。 进一步地, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情况下, 所述判 断当前终端是否为组代表终端的方法为:
HSS根据当前终端的终端标识在本地存储的信息中查找该终端的签约 信息, 所述签约信息中包含该终端所属终端组的标识;
HSS根据查询获得的签约信息通过以下方法中的一种或多种的组合来 判断当前终端是否为组代表终端:
将终端组中第一个附着的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中性能最优的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中能力最强的终端作为组代表终端。
进一步地, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情况下, 当所述 HSS 判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将该终端的标识作为签约数据在本地 存储, 并通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据; MME在 收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该终端选择服务 S-GW, 将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW,并将该组代表 S-GW的标识作为终端的签约数 据在本地进行存储;然后向 HSS发送终端组管理消息通知 HSS所选择的组 代表 S-GW0
进一步地,在所述组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组 指定的情况下, 将终端组标识和指定的组代表终端标识一同作为终端的签 约数据存储在 HSS中, 所述判断当前终端是否为组代表终端的方法为:
HSS根据当前终端的终端标识在本地存储的信息中查找该终端的签约 信息, 所述签约信息中包含该终端所属终端组的标识及该终端所属终端组 中的组代表终端标识; HSS根据查询获得的签约信息判断当前终端是否为组代表终端。
进一步地,在所述组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组 指定的情况下, 当所述 HSS判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 通过更新位置 确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据; MME在收到 HSS发送的位置确 认消息后, 为该终端选择服务 S-GW, 并将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 且将该组代表 S-GW标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然 后向 HSS发送终端组管理消息通知 HSS所选择的组代表 S-GW。
进一步地, 当所述 HSS判定当前终端为非组代表终端时, HSS通过更 新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据,所述更新位置确认消息中 同时携带终端组管理消息以指示 MME相应的组代表 S-GW。
本发明还提供一种终端组的服务网关 S-GW选择***, 如图 3所示, 该*** 300包括:
存储模块 301 , 位于 HSS中, 在组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情 况下, 该模块用于将终端组标识作为签约数据进行存储; 在组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下该模块用于将终端组标 识和组代表终端标识作为签约数据进行存储;
请求模块 302, 位于 MME中, 用于在接收到终端发送的附着请求后, 向所述存储模块请求签约数据;
判断模块 303 , 位于 HSS, 用于在 HSS收到 MME的签约数据请求后, 判断当前终端是否为组代表终端;
第一响应模块 304, 位于 HSS, 用于在判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将终端的签约数据提供给 MME;
服务网关选择功能模块 305, 位于 MME, 用于根据第一响应模块提供 的签约数据为该终端选择 S-GW,并将所选择的 S-GW作为该终端所在终端 组的组代表 S-GW通知给 HSS; 组代表服务网关信息模块 306,位于 HSS,用于接收服务网关选择功能 模块的通知消息, 保存组代表 S-GW标识;
第二响应模块 307,位于 HSS,用于在判定当前终端为非组代表终端时, 从所述组代表服务网关信息模块获取组代表 S-GW标识, 并向承载建立请 求模块提供该终端所在终端组的组代表 S-GW标识;
承载建立请求模块 308 , 位于 MME, 用于向所述组代表 S-GW请求为 当前终端建立默认承载。
进一步地, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情况下, 所述判 断模块根据当前终端的终端标识在本地查找该终端的签约信息, 并根据查 询获得的签约信息通过以下方法中的一种或多种的组合来判断当前终端是 否为组代表终端:
将终端组中第一个附着的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中性能最优的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中能力最强的终端作为组代表终端。
进一步地, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情况下, 当所述 判断模块判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将指示存储模块将该终端的标识 作为签约数据在本地存储;
所述第一响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向所述服务网关选择功能模 块提供该终端的签约数据;
所述服务网关选择功能模块在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该 终端选择服务 S-GW, 将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 并将该组代 表 S-GW的标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然后通过发送终端 组管理消息向所述组代表服务网关信息模块通知其所选择的组代表 S-GW。
进一步地,在所述组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组 指定的情况下, 所述判断模块根据当前终端的终端标识在本地存储的信息 中查找该终端的签约信息, 并根据签约信息中的终端组标识及组代表终端 标识信息判断当前终端是否为组代表终端。
进一步地,在所述组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组 指定的情况下, 当所述判断模块判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 所述第一 响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向所述服务网关选择功能模块提供该终端 的签约数据;
所述服务网关选择功能模块在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该 终端选择服务 S-GW, 将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 并将该组代 表 S-GW的标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然后通过发送终端 组管理消息向所述组代表服务网关信息模块通知其所选择的组代表 S-GW。
进一步地, 当所述判断模块判定当前终端为非组代表终端时, 所述第 二响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向所述承载建立请求模块提供该终端的 签约数据, 所述更新位置确认消息中同时携带终端组管理消息以指示相应 的组代表 S-GW。
通过本发明,在具有组特性的 MTC业务中,网络能够对终端组的 S-GW 选择进行控制,使得同一终端组中的终端选择相同的 S-GW,从而进一步使 运营商网络基于组对需要接收相同消息的终端的消息量进行优化。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 对于签约的终端组, 由网络为终端组指定该终 端组中的代表终端,或由 MTC用户与运营商在签约时为终端组设定一个代 端所选择的 S-GW作为组代表 S-GW, 并将组代表 S-GW信息作为签约数 据存储于 HSS, 当终端组中的非代表终端进行网络附着时, 网络为其选择 与组代表终端所选择的 S-GW相同的组代表 S-GW作为其服务 S-GW。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。 实施例一(组代表终端由网络指定) :
步驟 101、在终端入网时, 终端组用户将组内各终端签约为具有组特性 的终端, 由运营商为该终端组分配组标识(Group Identity ) , 并将分配的 终端组标识作为终端的签约数据存储在 HSS (归属用户服务器) 中。
步驟 102、 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME (移动性管理实体) , 其中包括终端标识和安全证书。
步驟 103、 MME在通过对终端标识和安全证书的鉴权后, 通过更新位 置请求消息向 HSS请求该终端的签约数据, 消息中包含终端标识, 如 IMSI (国际移动用户识别码) 。
步驟 104、 HSS在收到 MME的请求后,根据终端标识在本地存储的信 息中查找终端对应的签约信息, 其中包括终端的组标识, 并判断该终端是 否为由网络指定的组代表终端, 如终端组第一个附着的终端。 如果是, 则 继续 A步驟; 否则, 继续 B步驟。 判断终端是否为由网络指定的组代表终 端的方法可以为以下方法中的一种或多种的组合: 将终端组中第一个附着 的终端作为组代表终端; 将终端组中性能最优的终端作为组代表终端; 将 终端组中能力最强的终端作为组代表终端;
Al、 HSS将该终端标识为终端组的组代表终端, 并作为终端的签约数 据在本地进行存储。 同时, HSS通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终 端的签约数据。 具体实施可在 HSS的存储信息中增加标识以指示组代表终端, 如组代 表终端标识(GRUEI, Group Representative UE Identity ) 。
A2、 MME 在收到 HSS 的位置确认消息后, 通过服务网关选择功能 ( Serving GW Selection Function ) 为该终端选择服务 S-GW (服务网关 ) , 并将该 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 且作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存 储。
此外, MME通过 S6a参考点上的信令向 HSS发送终端组管理消息通 知 HSS上述所选择的组代表 S-GW,消息中包含组代表 S-GW标识( GRSGI, Group Representative Serving Gateway Identity ) 。 其中, 所述 S6a参考点上 的信令具体可以是流控制传输协议(SCTP, Stream Control Transmission Protocol )信令等; 所述 S6a参考点是指 HSS与 MME之间的参考点, 用于 HSS与 MME之间的信息交互。
Bl、 HSS通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据, 消 息中同时携带终端组管理消息以指示 MME上述所选择的组代表 S-GW,其 中包含组代表 S-GW标识, 以及组代表终端标识。
B2、 MME通过读取更新位置确认消息接收到终端组管理消息, 并根据 消息中的组代表 S-GW标识选择服务 S-GW。
步驟 105、 MME在选择服务 S-GW后, 通过生成默认承载请求消息向 服务 S-GW,即组代表 S-GW请求为该终端建立默认承载,消息中包含 P-GW (分组数据网网关)地址。
步驟 106、组代表 S-GW在收到 MME的生成默认承载请求消息后, 在 本地的 EPS承载列表中建立一个新的条目, 并根据消息中的 P-GW地址发 送生成默认承载请求消息给 P-GW, 以请求为该终端建立默认承载, 消息中 包含 S-GW地址。
步驟 107、 P-GW在收到组代表 S-GW的生成默认承载请求消息后, 在 本地的 EPS承载列表中建立一个新的条目, 以及生成一个新的计费 ID , 并 发送生成默认承载响应消息给组代表 S-GW,消息中包含用户面的 P-GW地 址。
步驟 108、组代表 S-GW在收到 P-GW的生成默认承载响应消息后,发 送生成默认承载响应消息给 MME , 通知 MME默认承载建立完成, 消息中 包含 P-GW地址, 以及用户面的 S-GW地址。
步驟 109、 MME在确认默认承载建立完成后, 发送附着接受信令给该 终端, 在附着接受信令中包含该终端的签约特性, 以及默认承载所对应的 EPS ^I载标识。 实施例二(组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定) :
步驟 201、在终端入网时, 终端组用户将组内各终端签约为具有组特性 的终端, 由运营商为该终端组分配组标识、 由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定 组代表终端, 并将分配的终端组标识及设定的组代表终端标识作为终端的 签约数据存储在 HSS中。
具体实施可在 HSS的存储信息中增加标识以指示组代表终端, 如组代 表终端标识(GRUEI ) 。
步驟 202、 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME, 其中包括终端标识和 安全证书。
步驟 203、 MME在通过对终端标识和安全证书的鉴权后, 通过更新位 置请求消息向 HSS请求该终端的签约数据,消息中包含终端标识,如 IMSI。
步驟 204、 HSS在收到 MME的请求后,根据终端标识在本地存储的信 息中查找终端对应的签约信息, 所述签约信息中包含终端的组标识以及组 代表终端标识,并判断该终端是否为由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定的组代 表终端。 如果是, 则继续 A步驟; 否则, 继续 B步驟:
Al、 HSS通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据。 A2、 MME在收到 HSS的位置确认消息后, 通过服务网关选择功能为 该终端选择服务 S-GW, 并将该 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 且作为终端的 签约数据在本地进行存储。
此外, MME通过 S6a参考点上的信令向 HSS发送终端组管理消息通 知 HSS 上述所选择的组代表 S-GW , 消息中包含组代表 S-GW 标识 ( GRSGI ) 。 其中, 所述 S6a参考点上的信令具体可以是流控制传输协议 ( SCTP )信令等; 所述 S6a参考点是指 HSS与 MME之间的参考点, 用于 HSS与 MME之间的信息交互。
Bl、 HSS通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据, 消 息中同时携带终端组管理消息以指示 MME上述所选择的组代表 S-GW,其 中包含组代表 S-GW标识。
B2、 MME通过读取更新位置确认消息接收到终端组管理消息, 并根据 消息中的组代表 S-GW标识选择服务 S-GW。
步驟 205至步驟 209同实施例一中的步驟 105至步驟 109,此处不再赘 述。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 工业实用性
本发明在具有组特性的 MTC业务中,使网络能够对终端组的 S-GW选 择进行控制, 从而使得同一终端组中的终端选择相同的 S-GW。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端组的服务网关 S-GW选择方法, 该方法包括:
将终端组标识作为终端的签约数据存储在用户归属服务器 HSS中; 移动性管理实体 MME在接收到终端发送的附着请求后, 向 HSS请求 签约数据;
HSS收到 MME的签约数据请求后, 判断当前终端是否为组代表终端, 所述组代表终端由网络为终端组指定,或由机器类型通信 MTC用户与运营 商在签约时为终端组指定;
若当前终端为组代表终端,则 MME通过服务网关选择功能为该终端选 择 S-GW, 并将所选择的 S-GW作为该终端所在终端组的组代表 S-GW通 知给 HSS;
若当前终端为非组代表终端, 则 HSS向 MME提供该终端所在终端组 的组代表 S-GW标识;
MME向所述组代表 S-GW请求为当前终端建立默认承载。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终 端组指定的情况下, 所述判断当前终端是否为组代表终端的方法为:
HSS根据当前终端的终端标识在本地存储的信息中查找该终端的签约 信息, 所述签约信息中包含该终端所属终端组的标识;
HSS根据查询获得的签约信息通过以下方法中的一种或多种的组合来 判断当前终端是否为组代表终端:
将终端组中第一个附着的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中性能最优的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中能力最强的终端作为组代表终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终 端组指定的情况下, 当所述 HSS判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将该终端 的标识作为签约数据在本地存储,并通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该 终端的签约数据; MME在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该终端选 择服务 S-GW,将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW,并将该组代表 S-GW 的标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然后向 HSS发送终端组管理 消息通知 HSS所选择的组代表 S-GW。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由 MTC用 户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下, 将终端组标识和指定的组代 表终端标识一同作为终端的签约数据存储在 HSS中, 所述判断当前终端是 否为组代表终端的方法为:
HSS根据当前终端的终端标识在本地存储的信息中查找该终端的签约 信息, 所述签约信息中包含该终端所属终端组的标识及该终端所属终端组 中的组代表终端标识;
HSS根据查询获得的签约信息判断当前终端是否为组代表终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由 MTC用 户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下, 当所述 HSS判定当前终端为 组代表终端时, 通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数据; MME在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该终端选择服务 S-GW, 并将 所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 且将该组代表 S-GW标识作为终端 的签约数据在本地进行存储;然后向 HSS发送终端组管理消息通知 HSS所 选择的组代表 S-GW。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当所述 HSS判定当前终端为非 组代表终端时, HSS通过更新位置确认消息向 MME提供该终端的签约数 据,所述更新位置确认消息中同时携带终端组管理消息以指示 MME相应的 组代表 S-GW。
7、 一种终端组的服务网关 S-GW选择***, 该***包括: 存储模块,位于 HSS中,在组代表终端由网络为终端组指定的情况下, 该模块用于将终端组标识作为签约数据进行存储;在组代表终端由 MTC用 户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下该模块用于将终端组标识和组 代表终端标识作为签约数据进行存储;
请求模块, 位于 MME中, 用于在接收到终端发送的附着请求后, 向所 述存储模块请求签约数据;
判断模块, 位于 HSS, 用于在 HSS收到 MME的签约数据请求后, 判 断当前终端是否为组代表终端;
第一响应模块, 位于 HSS, 用于在判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将 终端的签约数据提供给 MME;
服务网关选择功能模块, 位于 MME, 用于根据第一响应模块提供的签 约数据为该终端选择 S-GW,并将所选择的 S-GW作为该终端所在终端组的 组代表 S-GW通知给 HSS;
组代表服务网关信息模块, 位于 HSS, 用于接收服务网关选择功能模 块的通知消息, 保存组代表 S-GW标识;
第二响应模块, 位于 HSS, 用于在判定当前终端为非组代表终端时, 从所述组代表服务网关信息模块获取组代表 S-GW标识, 并向承载建立请 求模块提供该终端所在终端组的组代表 S-GW标识;
承载建立请求模块, 位于 MME, 用于向所述组代表 S-GW请求为当前 终端建立默认承载。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的***, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终 端组指定的情况下, 所述判断模块根据当前终端的终端标识在本地查找该 终端的签约信息, 并根据查询获得的签约信息通过以下方法中的一种或多 种的组合来判断当前终端是否为组代表终端: 将终端组中第一个附着的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中性能最优的终端作为组代表终端;
将终端组中能力最强的终端作为组代表终端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的***, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由网络为终 端组指定的情况下, 当所述判断模块判定当前终端为组代表终端时, 将指 示存储模块将该终端的标识作为签约数据在本地存储;
所述第一响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向所述服务网关选择功能模 块提供该终端的签约数据;
所述服务网关选择功能模块在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该 终端选择服务 S-GW, 将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 并将该组代 表 S-GW的标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然后通过发送终端 组管理消息向所述组代表服务网关信息模块通知其所选择的组代表 S-GW。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的***, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由 MTC用 户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下, 所述判断模块根据当前终端 的终端标识在本地存储的信息中查找该终端的签约信息, 并根据签约信息 中的终端组标识及组代表终端标识信息判断当前终端是否为组代表终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的***, 其中, 在所述组代表终端由 MTC 用户与运营商在签约时为终端组指定的情况下, 当所述判断模块判定当前 终端为组代表终端时, 所述第一响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向所述服 务网关选择功能模块提供该终端的签约数据;
所述服务网关选择功能模块在收到 HSS发送的位置确认消息后, 为该 终端选择服务 S-GW, 将所选择的 S-GW标识为组代表 S-GW, 并将该组代 表 S-GW的标识作为终端的签约数据在本地进行存储; 然后通过发送终端 组管理消息向所述组代表服务网关信息模块通知其所选择的组代表 S-GW。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的***, 其特征在于, 当所述判断模块判定 当前终端为非组代表终端时, 所述第二响应模块通过更新位置确认消息向 所述承载建立请求模块提供该终端的签约数据, 所述更新位置确认消息中 同时携带终端组管理消息以指示相应的组代表 S-GW。
