在线签约数据配置方法、 装置及***
技术领域 本发明涉及通信技术, 尤其涉及一种在线签约数据配置方法、 装置及 ***。 背景技术
作为移动通信的一项基本要求, 用户设备 ( User Experience, UE )在接 入移动网络进行移动通信之前, 必须先到运营商处进行开户, 以获得一个合 法有效的 SIM( Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)卡111 (^( Universal Integrated Circuit Card, 通用电路域卡) , 之后才能开展移动通信业务, 例如 语音通话, 移动上网等; 这一基本要求适用于传统的 2G/3G的电路域业务, 例如语音,也适用于 2G/3G的数据域业务, 例如 GPRS ( General Packet Radio Service , 通用分组无线服务) 上网等, 也适用于 4G 的 LTE ( Long Term Evolution, 长期演进) 网络的语音和数据业务。
在现有技术中,对于釆用客户识别模块( Subscriber Identity Module, SIM ) 卡的 UE,通过将 SIM*** UE,便可实现该 UE与出售该 SIM卡的网络运营 商的签约数据配置, 通过更换 SIM卡, 便可实现网络运营商的更换。 而对于物联网 ( Machine To Machine, M2M ) ***中的 UE , 由于釆用的 是嵌入式通用电路域卡( embed Universal Integrated Circuit Card, eUICC ) , 一 旦设备制造完成后, 就很难再更换已经嵌入于其内的 eUICC了, 所以签约数 据的配置或更新需要动态在线完成, 因此要求网络侧也同步完成在线签约数 据配置流程。 而现有技术, 网络侧不支持在线的签约数据配置, 从而无法满 足 M2M***中, 用户或应用商对于更换网络运营商的需求。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种在线签约数据配置方法, 用以解决现有技术中 釆用 eUICC的 UE在不同运营商网络之间切换的问题。
一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种在线签约数据配置方法, 包括: SMF ( Subscription Management Function, 签约数据配置功能模块 ) 获取 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息;
所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息 生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业务签约数 据; 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE 分配的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriberldentification Number, 国际移 动用户标识码) ;
所述 SMF根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据, 对 HSS ( Home Subscriber Service, 归属地签约用户服务器)和 SPR ( Subscription Profile Repository, 签约存储器) 进行签约数据的配置。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种在线签约数据配置方法, 包括: HSS向 SMF发送第一配置签约信息请求, 所述第一配置签约信息请 求包括 UE的 IMEI ( International Mobile Equipment Identity, 国际移动终 端设备标识) ;
所述 HSS接收并存储所述 SMF发送的用户签约数据, 所述用户签约 数据是由所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的 信息生成并发送的,所述用户签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国 际移动用户识别码 IMSI。
又一方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种在线签约数据配置方法, 包括: MME ( Mobility Management Entity, 移动性管理网元) 向 SMF发送 第一配置签约信息请求, 所述第一配置签约信息请求包括 UE的 IMEI; 所述 M M E接收所述 S M F发送的第一配置签约信息回复消息,所述第 一配置签约信息回复消息是所述 SMF获取所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息,根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业 务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业 务签约数据, 并根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据, 完成对 归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR的签约数据的配置后发送 的。
又一方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种在线签约数据配置方法, 包括: 应用服务器 AF获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的 业务的信息;

第一接收模块, 用于接收并存储所述 SMF发送的用户签约数据, 所 述用户签约数据是由所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支 持的业务的信息生成并发送的, 所述用户签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI。

UE的网络***, 当 UE上没有配置任何运营商的签约数据、 初次连接到 第二运营商的网络, 或 UE上已配置有第一运营商的签约数据, 而由 UE 或服务供应商发起需要连接到第二运营商的网络时, 都可以通过本发明提 供的在线签约数据配置方法来进行第二运营商的签约数据的重新配置。
本发明实施例中, 当 UE配置了签约数据时, 第一运营商指用户设备 当前配置的签约数据所归属的运营商, 第二运营商指用户设备需要配置的 签约数据所归属的运营商; 当 UE没有配置签约数据时, 第二运营商指用 户设备需要配置的签约数据所归属的运营商。
本发明实施例中实现了 SMF对 HSS和 SPR进行在线签约数据配置。 本发明实施例中不限制在进行在线签约数据配置过程中所涉及的各网元 是否在同一个运营商的网络。 例如, 可以在 UE配置了第一运营商签约数 据的情况下, 连接到第一运营商的网络对第二运营商的网络的网络侧设备 进行签约数据配置; 也可以在 UE配置了第一运营商签约数据的情况下, 连接到第二运营商的网络对第二运营商的网络的网络侧设备进行签约数 据配置; 也可以在 UE没有配置签约数据的情况下, 连接到第二运营商的 网络对第二运营商的网络的网络侧设备进行签约数据配置。

通过步骤 101到步骤 103 , 能够实现在 UE没有配置任何运营商的签 约数据时、 或已配置第一运营商的签约数据、 但需再次配置第二运营商的 签约数据时, 对网络侧进行在线签约数据配置, 进而能够满足釆用 eUICC 的用户更换运营商的需求。

其中, 所述 UE的设备能力信息可以包括: UE支持的连接形式, 即 UE支持电路域连接和 /或数据域连接, 以及 UE支持的加密安全算法; 所 述 UE支持的业务的信息可以包括: 业务标识 (用于标识 UE支持的业务 类型) 和接入点 (Access Point Name, APN )信息; 所述用户签约数据可 以包括: UE的 IMSI, 上述 UE支持的连接形式, 鉴权认证向量, 计费相 关参数及区域漫游限制; 所述用户业务签约数据可以包括: UE的 IMSI, UE承载服务质量 (Quality of Service, QoS)参数, 以及计费策略。
所述 SMF根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据, 对 HSS 和 SPR进行签约数据的配置可以包括:

通过步骤 201和步骤 202, 可实现在线对网络侧进行签约数据配置, 对于 UE釆用 eUICC的网络***,可以满足初次连接或更换运营商的需求。
SMF接收到第一配置签约信息请求后,会从第一配置签约信息请求中 获取 UE的 IMEI,然后会将 UE的 IMEI封装在鉴权认证请求中发送给 AF, 以使 AF对 UE进行认证、 并在认证通过后通过鉴权认证回复消息返回所 述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。 然后, SMF根据所 述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成所述用户签约数 据。
进一步地, 所述 HSS向 SMF发送第一配置签约信息请求之前可以包 括: 所述 HSS接收由所述 UE通过 MME转发的所述第一配置签约信 息请求。
所述 HSS还可以接收所述 SMF发送的所述 UE所需的第一签约数据, 并向所述 UE发送第一配置签约信息回复消息, 所述第一配置签约信息回 复消息包括所述第一签约数据, 所述第一签约数据是所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成的。 通过向 UE发送第一签约数据, 可以实现在 线对 UE进行签约数据配置, 对于 UE釆用 eUICC的网络***, 可以满足 初次连接或更换运营商的网络的需求。

本实施例的执行主体为 MME。 下面通过几个具体实施例, 对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
图 4B为本发明一实施例提供的从多个网元交互的角度描述的在线签 约数据配置的信令流程图; 请参照图 4B, 在本实施提供的方法适用于 UE 上尚未配置任何运营商的签约数据, 由 UE直接连接到第二运营商的网络 时的签约配置流程; 当然也可适用于 UE已经连接至第一运营商的网络, 需要更换至第二运营商的网络的情况; 例如, 对于 UE已经连接至第一运 营商的网络、 需要更换至第二运营商的网络情况来说, 可以通过在 UE上 输入第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID ( Public Land Mobile Network Identity, 公共陆地移动网标识) 来触发 UE进行在线签约数据配置流程, 即, 当在 UE上完成第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID输入的时候, UE便开始执行本实 施例的步骤。 本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 401、 UE向 MME发送第一配置签约信息请求; 该第一配置签约 信息请求中可包括 UE的 IMEI。
可选的, 该第一配置签约信息请求除了包括 UE的 IMEI之外, 还可 以包括 UE的设备能力信息及第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID等。如果 UE配 置了第一运营商的签约数据, 则上述第一配置签约信息请求中还可能携带 第一运营商的网络为该 UE分配的 IMSI。
步骤 402、 MME收到 UE发送第一配置签约信息请求后, 将其转发给 第二运营商的 HSS。 其中, HSS的选择可基于静态配置或根据用户位置选 择等现有技术手段, 本专利对此不作特别限制。
可选地,在 MME接收到该第一配置签约信息请求后、转发该请求前, 还可以根据其中的 IMEI对该 UE进行验证和加密安全保护。
步骤 403、 HSS接收到 MME发送的第一配置签约信息请求后, 将其 发送给第二运营商的 SMF; 其中, HSS可以与 MME和 SMF同属于第二 运营商的网络。
可选地, HSS在将该第一配置签约信息请求发送给第二运营商的 SMF 之前, 也可以先进行 UE险证及加密安全保护, 之后, 还可以为该 UE生 成临时签约数据,该临时签约数据中至少包括 UE的设备标识 IMEI。当然, HSS也可以直接将第一配置签约信息请求转发给 SMF即可。
步骤 404、 SMF根据接收到的第一配置签约信息请求中的 IMEI查找 到该 UE对应的 AF, 并向 AF发送鉴权认证请求, 该鉴权认证请求中包括 所述 UE的 IMEI。
步骤 405、 AF根据接收到的鉴权认证请求中所述 UE的 IMEI对 UE 进行鉴权认证, 并根据 UE的 IMEI获取所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息, 当 UE通过鉴权认证时, AF向 SMF发送鉴权认 证回复消息, 所述鉴权认证回复消息包括所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述

其中, 所述 UE的设备能力信息可以包括: UE支持的连接形式, 即
UE支持电路域连接和 /或数据域连接, 以及 UE支持的加密安全算法, 当 然除此之外还可以包括通用的鉴权认证向量等; 所述 UE支持的业务的信 息可以包括: 业务标识 (用于标识 UE支持的业务类型 ) 和 APN信息。
所述用户签约数据可以包括: UE的 IMSI, 上述 UE支持的连接形式, 鉴权认证向量, 计费相关参数及区域漫游限制; 所述用户业务签约数据可 以包括: UE的 IMSI, UE承载 QoS参数, 以及计费策略; 而所述第一签 约数据可以包括: UE的 IMSI, 鉴权认证向量等。
SMF将上述用户签约数据发送给 HSS; 并向 HSS发送第一配置签约 信息回复消息, 该第一配置签约信息回复消息包括上述第一签约数据。
可选的, SMF可以通过同一消息同时将上述用户签约数据和第一签约 数据发送给 HSS, 例如可以通过第一配置签约信息回复消息同时将上述用 户签约数据和第一签约数据发送给 HSS。
可选的, SMF也可以通过不同的消息分别将上述用户签约数据和第一 签约数据发送给 HSS, 例如通过第一配置签约信息回复消息将第一签约数 据发送给 HSS, 而通过另一消息将上述用户签约数据发送给 HSS。 可选的, 如果 HSS在步骤 403中已经生成了 UE临时签约数据, 该用 户签约数据可以替换已经生成的所述 UE的所述临时签约数据。
步骤 407、 SMF将上述用户业务签约数据发送给 SPR, 以使 SPR存储 该用户业务签约数据。
例如, SMF可以通过一个业务签约消息将上述用户业务签约数据发送 给 SPR, 但不限于此。
步骤 408、 HSS存储接收到的用户签约数据, 并将接收到的第一配置 签约信息回复消息转发给 MME。
步骤 409、 MME向 UE发送第一配置签约信息回复消息, 该第一配置 签约信息回复消息包括所述第一签约数据。

本实施例提供的签约数据配置方法, 可在 UE没有配置任何运营商的 签约数据、 需要连接到第二运营商的网络时, 或已连接到第一运营商的网 络需要切换到第二运营商的网络时, 在线对 UE及网络侧进行在线签约数 据配置, 能够适应釆用 eUICC的 UE的需要。
图 5为本发明另一实施例提供的从多个网元交互的角度描述的签约数 据配置的信令流程图; 请参照图 5 , 本实施例应用的场景与实施例四相同, 不同的是,在本实施例中, 网络侧中的 MME与 SMF之间设置有直接通信 接口, 因此, MME可直接向 SMF发送消息或可直接接收 SMF的消息。 本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 501、 UE向 MME发送第一配置签约信息请求, 该第一配置签约 信息请求中可以包括: UE的 IMEI。
可选的, 该第一配置签约信息请求除了包括 UE的 IMEI之外, 还可 以包括 UE的设备能力信息、 业务标识及第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID等。 如果 UE上已经配置了第一运营商的签约数据, 则上述第一配置签约信息 请求中还可能携带第一运营商的网络为该 UE分配的 IMSI。
步骤 502、 MME将接收到的第一配置签约信息请求转发给第二运营 商网络的 SMF。
步骤 503、 SMF根据接收到的第一配置签约信息请求中的 IMEI查找 到该 UE对应的 AF, 并向 AF发送鉴权认证请求, 该鉴权认证请求中包括 所述 UE的 IMEI。
步骤 504、 AF根据接收到的鉴权认证请求中所述 UE的 IMEI对 UE 进行鉴权认证, 并根据 UE的 IMEI获取所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息; 当 UE通过鉴权认证时, AF向 SMF发送鉴权认 证回复消息, 所述鉴权认证回复消息包括所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
步骤 505、 SMF为该 UE分配第二运营商的网络下的 IMSI; 并根据所 述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业务签约数据,还可根据所述 UE 的设备能力信息生成 UE所需的第一签约数据;
SMF将用户签约数据发送给 HSS, 以使 HSS存储该用户签约数据。 步骤 506、 SMF将用户业务签约数据发送给 SPR, 以使 SPR存储该用 户业务签约数据。
步骤 507、 SMF向 MME发送第一配置签约信息回复消息, 该消息中 包括 UE所需的所述第一签约数据。
步骤 508、 MME将接收到的第一配置签约信息回复消息转发给 UE, 以使 UE存储所述第一签约数据。
步骤 509、 UE连接到第二运营商的网络, 具体流程与现有技术类似, 在此不再赞述。
本实施例中的 MME与 SMF之间设置有直接通信接口 ,使得交互过程 更为简单, 有利于进一步提高签约数据配置的效率。
图 6为本发明又一实施例提供的从多个网元交互的角度描述的在线签 约数据配置的信令流程图; 请参照图 6, 本实施例提供的方法适用于 UE 已经连接到第一运营商的网络, 后续, 由 UE发起将业务由第一运营商的 网络切换到第二运营商的网络; 或者也适用于服务提供商决定将某业务 (例如智能抄表业务) 由第一运营商的网络切换到第二运营商的网络, 此 时, 服务提供商可利用 UE与第一运营商的网络已建立的连接, 告知 UE 第二运营商的 SMF的标识, 并触发 UE发起在线签约数据配置流程。本实 施例的方法可以包括: 步骤 601、 UE利用第一运营商的签约数据连接到第一运营商的网络。 例如, UE基于现有技术发起到运营商 A网络的附着流程, 其具体过程可 以如下: UE向 MME发送附着请求消息,该消息中包括 UE的 IMSI; MME 基于该 UE的 IMSI发起到 HSS的位置更新流程; HSS基于 IMSI索引用 户签约数据, 完成 UE与网络侧之间的鉴权认证流程;
然后, MME创建用户上下文, 并基于用户签约数据发起缺省承载建 立流程。 其中, SGW ( Serving Gateway, 服务网关 ) /PGW ( PDN Gateway, 服务网关)上同样需要创建该用户上下文, 并为 UE分配承载资源, 另夕卜, PGW还可以为该 UE分配 IP地址。
步骤 602、 UE向第二运营商的 SMF发送第一配置签约信息请求, 该 请求中包括 UE的 IMEI。
具体地, 步骤 602的触发可以釆用如下两种方式:
当 UE直接发起运营商网络切换时, 即用户想从第一运营商的网络切 换到第二运营商的网络,可通过向 UE手动输入第二运营商的 SMF的标识, 以触发在线签约数据配置流程; 其中, 该 SMF的标识可以是第二运营商 的 SMF的 FQDN ( Fully Qualified Domain Name, 全称域名 ) 或 SMF IP 地址 (通过上述 SMF的 FQDN也可以解析出第二运营商的 SMF的 IP地 址) 。
另一种情况是, 服务提供商决定将业务从第一运营商的网络切换到第 二运营商的网络, 例如, 智能电网服务中的国家电网决定将智能抄表业务 由第一运营商的网络切换到第二运营商的网络, 此时, 服务提供商可通过 UE与第一运营商的网络已经建立的连接, 将第二运营商的 SMF标识发送 给 UE, 并触发 UE执行步骤 602; 在这里, SMF标识可以为第二运营商 的 SMF的 FQDN或 SMF的 IP地址。
可选地, 该第一配置签约信息请求除了包括 UE的 IMEI之外, 还可 以包括 UE的设备能力信息、 业务标识、 第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID及 第一运营商的网络为该 UE分配的 IMSI等。所述 UE的设备能力信息可以 包括 UE支持电路域连接和 /或数据域连接, UE支持的加密安全算法, 以 及通用的鉴权认证向量等。
步骤 603、 SMF接收到第一配置签约信息请求后, 基于其中的 IMEI 查找到 UE对应的 AF , 并向 AF发送鉴权认证请求, 该鉴权认证请求中包 括所述 UE的 IMEI。
上述鉴权认证请求中除包括所述 UE的 IMEI之外, 还可以包括: 业 务标识和第二运营商的网络 PLMN ID。
步骤 604、 AF根据接收到的鉴权认证请求中所述 UE的 IMEI对 UE 进行鉴权认证, 鉴权认证通过后 , 根据 UE的 IMEI从 AF中存储的 IMEI 与 UE的设备能力信息及支持的业务的信息的对应关系中, 获取与该 UE 的该 IMEI对应所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息,并 向 SMF发送鉴权认证回复消息,所述鉴权认证回复消息包括所述 UE的设 备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
步骤 605、 SMF接收 AF发送的鉴权认证回复消息, 获取到所述 UE 的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息, 并根据所述 UE的设备能 力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支 持的业务的信息生成用户业务签约数据; 为 UE分配第二运营商的网络下 的 IMSI, 并且, 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据可以包括所 述 SMF为所述 UE分配的所述 IMSI;
SMF将上述用户签约数据发送给 HSS , 以使 HSS存储用户签约数据; 在这里, SMF可以基于静态配置选择 HSS , 或者, SMF可以基于为 所述 UE重新分配的第二运营商的网络下 IMSI来选择 HSS , 又或者, SMF 可以基于 UE当前的位置信息来选择 HSS , 本专利对此不作特别限定。
具体地, 可通过***用户设备签约数据请求发送上述用户签约数据, 具体地, 用户签约数据可以包括: UE在第二运营商网络下的 IMSI、 网络 接入模式、 鉴权认证向量、 、 缺省承载 QoS参数、 计费相关参数及区域漫 游限制等。
步骤 606、 SMF将用户业务签约数据发送给 SPR, 以使 SPR存储该用 户业务签约数据;
具体地, SMF可以基于静态配置或 UE在第二运营商的网络下的 IMSI 来选择 SPR, 并可以通过***业务签约数据请求发送上述用户业务签约数 据。
其中, 所述用户业务签约数据可以包括: UE在第二运营商的网络下 的 IMSI、 UE承载 QoS参数、 计费策略, 以及用户等级等。
步骤 607、 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成 UE所需的第一签 约数据, 并将所述第一签约数据发送给所述 UE, 以使所述 UE存储所述 第一签约数据;
具体地, 可以通过***第一签约数据请求发送上述第一签约数据。 其中,所述第一签约数据可以包括: UE在第二运营商网络下的 IMSI、 鉴权认证向量, 以及禁止访问的 PLMN ID等。
进一步地, 上述步骤 605、 606和 607可以作为一个步骤, 即, 同时 进行步骤 605、 606和 607中的操作, 或者, 也可仅将步骤 606和 607调 换先后顺序。
步骤 608、 UE连接到第二运营商的网络, 具体流程与现有技术类似, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供的方法, 可以实现由 UE或服务提供商触发的, 由第一 运营商的网络到第二运营商的网络的切换, 满足了用户和服务提供商对更 换运营商的网络的需求。
图 7为本发明又一实施例提供的从多个网元交互的角度描述的在线签 约数据配置的信令流程图; 请参照图 7, 本实施例提供的方法适用于 UE 已经连接至第一运营商的网络, 后续, 由 UE发起将业务由第一运营商的 网络切换到第二运营商的网络。 本实施例提供的方法可以包括:
步骤 701、UE利用第一运营商的签约数据与第一运营商的网络建立连 接。
步骤 702、 UE与第二运营商的 AF建立连接, 然后, 向所述 AF发送 鉴权认证请求 , 该鉴权认证请求可以包括 UE的 IMEI。
具体地, UE在与第二运营商的 AF建立连接之前, 第二运营商的 AF 的发现机制, 可以基于第二运营商的 AF的 IP ( Internet Protocol, 网络互 联协议 )地址或 FQDN等现有技术中的惯用手段, 本专利不作特别限定。
步骤 703、 AF接收 UE发送的鉴权认证请求后, 根据 UE的 IMEI对 该 UE进行鉴权认证; 对于认证通过的 UE , AF为 UE指定第二运营商的 SMF, 并根据 UE的 IMEI获取所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的 业务的信息; AF向第二运营商的 SMF发送第二配置签约信息请求, 该第 二配置签约信息请求中包括: 所述 UE的设备能力信息、 所述 UE支持的 业务的信息和所述 IMEI。

本实施例提供的方法, 可以实现由 UE触发的, 由第一运营商的网络 到第二运营商的网络的切换, 满足了用户对更换更换运营商的网络的需 求, 且交互过程更为简单。 图 8为本发明又一实施例提供的从多个网元交互的角度描述的在线签 约数据配置的信令流程图; 请参照图 8 , 本实施例提供的方法适用于 UE 已经连接在第一运营商的网络, 后续, 由服务提供商发起由第一运营商的 网络到第二运营商的网络的切换, 尤其适用于服务提供商决定对其所属的 多个 UE同时进行切换的大规模在线签约数据配置流程。 本实施例与实施 例七的不同之处在, 本实施例是由服务提供商主动发起的切换过程。 本实 施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 801、 UE利用第一运营商的网络下的签约数据与第一运营商网络 建立连接; 可选的, UE可以为多个。
步骤 802、 AF选择第二运营商的 SMF, 并向 SMF发送第二配置签约 信息请求, 该第二配置签约信息请求中包括: 所述 UE的设备能力信息、 所述 UE支持的业务的信息和所述 IMEI;
可选的, 当 UE为多个时, 还可以包括: UE的 IMEI与所述 UE的设 备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息之间的对应关系。

步骤 806、 AF接收 SMF发送的第二配置签约信息回复消息, 并将其 转发给对应的 UE。
可选地, 所述 UE接收到该第二配置签约信息回复消息后, 可存储所 述第一签约数据, 并向 AF发送存储第一签约数据成功的指示消息, 并还 可由 AF将该存储第一签约数据成功的指示消息转发给 SMF。
之后, UE按照现有技术连接到第二运营商的网络。
本实施例提供的方法, 可以根据服务提供商的需要, 控制用于执行其 服务业务的所有或部分 UE由第一运营商的网络切换到第二运营商的网 络, 提高了服务提供商对运营商选择的灵活性, 更能满足服务提供商的实 际运营需求。

本实施例提供的在线签约数据配置***, 能够实现在 UE没有配置任 何运营商的签约信息、 需初次连接至第二运营商的网络时, 或已配置第一 运营商的签约信息、 但需连接到第二运营商的网络的情况下, 对 UE及网 络侧进行在线签约数据配置,满足了釆用 eUICC的用户或应用商更换运营 商的需求。

所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息 生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业务签约数 据; 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE 分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI;
所述 SMF根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据, 对归属 地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR进行签约数据的配置。

所述 HSS接收并存储所述 SMF发送的用户签约数据, 所述用户签约 数据是由所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的 信息生成并发送的,所述用户签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国 际移动用户识别码 IMSI。

移动性管理网元 MME向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送第一配置签 约信息请求, 所述第一配置签约信息请求包括用户设备 UE的国际移动终 端设备标识 IMEI;
所述 M M E接收所述 S M F发送的第一配置签约信息回复消息,所述第 一配置签约信息回复消息是所述 SMF获取所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息,根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业 务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业 务签约数据, 并根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据, 完成对 归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR的签约数据的配置后发送 的。

13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一配置 签约信息回复消息包括所述 UE所需的第一签约数据, 所述第一签约数据 是由所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成的; 所述方法还包括:
所述 MME将所述第一配置签约信息回复消息转发给所述 UE , 以使 所述 UE存储所述第一签约数据。
14、 一种在线签约数据配置方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
应用服务器 AF获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的 业务的信息;
所述 AF向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送所述 UE的设备能力信息 和所述 UE支持的业务的信息, 以使所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信 息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的 业务的信息生成用户业务签约数据, 根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业 务签约数据, 对归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR进行签约 数据的配置, 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据包括所述 SMF 为所述 UE分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器 AF 获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息包括: 所述 AF接收所述 SMF发送的鉴权认证请求,所述鉴权认证请求包括 所述 UE的国际移动终端设备标识 IMEI;
所述 AF根据所述鉴权认证请求中所述 UE的 IMEI, 获取所述 UE的 设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息;
所述 AF向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送所述 UE的设备能力信息 和所述 UE支持的业务的信息包括:
所述 AF向所述 SMF发送鉴权认证回复消息,所述鉴权认证回复消息 包括所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AF向签约数据 配置功能设备 SMF发送所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的 信息包括:
所述 AF向所述 SMF发送第二配置签约信息请求,所述第二配置签约 信息请求包括: 所述 UE的设备能力信息、 所述 UE支持的业务的信息和 所述 UE的 IMEI。
17、根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AF向所述 SMF 发送第二配置签约信息请求后, 还包括:
所述 AF接收所述 SMF发送的第二配置签约信息回复消息,所述第二 配置签约信息回复消息包括所述 UE所需的第一签约数据; 所述第一签约 数据是所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成的;
所述 AF将所述第一签约数据发送给所述 UE。
18、 根据权利要求 14-17任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用 服务器 AF获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信 息包括:
所述 AF接收切换运营商指令;
所述 AF根据所述切换运营商指令, 获取所述 UE的设备能力信息和 所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
19、 一种签约数据配置功能设备 SMF, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一获取模块, 用于获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支 持的业务的信息;
签约数据生成模块, 用于根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支 持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成 用户业务签约数据; 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI;
签约数据配置模块, 用于根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约 数据, 对归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR进行签约数据的 配置。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的 SMF, 其特征在于, 所述签约数据配置 模块包括:
第一配置单元, 用于将所述用户签约数据发送给所述 HSS , 以使所述 HSS存储所述用户签约数据;
第二配置单元, 用于将所述用户业务签约数据发送给所述 SPR, 以使 所述 SPR存储所述用户业务签约数据。
21、 根据权利要求 19所述的 SMF, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取模块 包括:
第一请求获取单元, 用于获取第一配置签约信息请求, 所述第一配置 签约信息请求包括所述 UE的国际移动终端设备标识 IMEI;
鉴权发送单元, 用于向应用服务器 AF发送鉴权认证请求, 所述鉴权 认证请求包括所述 UE的 IMEI;
鉴权回复接收单元, 用于接收所述 AF返回的鉴权认证回复消息, 所 述鉴权认证回复消息包括所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务 的信息。
22、 根据权利要求 19所述的 SMF, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取模块 包括:
第二配置签约信息接收单元, 用于接收应用服务器 AF发送的第二配 置签约信息请求, 所述第二配置签约信息请求包括: 所述 UE的设备能力 信息、 所述 UE支持的业务的信息和所述 UE的国际移动终端设备标识 IMEL
23、 根据权利要求 19至 22任一所述的 SMF, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一签约数据生成模块, 用于根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成所述 UE所需的第一签约数据, 将所述第一签约数据发送给所述 UE, 以使所述 UE存储所述第一签约数据。
24、 一种归属地签约用户服务器 HSS , 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送模块, 用于向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送第一配置签 约信息请求, 所述第一配置签约信息请求包括用户设备 UE的国际移动终 端设备标识 IMEI;
第一接收模块, 用于接收并存储所述 SMF发送的用户签约数据, 所 述用户签约数据是由所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支 持的业务的信息生成并发送的, 所述用户签约数据包括所述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的 HSS , 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一请求接收模块, 用于接收由所述 UE通过移动性管理网元 MME 转发的所述第一配置签约信息请求。
26、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的 HSS , 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一签约数据转发模块,用于接收所述 SMF发送的所述 UE所需的第 一签约数据,并向所述 UE发送第一配置签约信息回复消息, 以使所述 UE 保存所述第一签约数据, 所述第一配置签约信息回复消息包括所述第一签 约数据,所述第一签约数据是所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力信息生成 的。
27、 一种移动性管理网元 MME, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二发送模块, 用于向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送第一配置签 约信息请求, 所述第一配置签约信息请求包括用户设备 UE的国际移动终 端设备标识 IMEI;
第二接收模块, 用于接收所述 SMF发送的第一配置签约信息回复消 息,所述第一配置签约信息回复消息是所述 SMF获取所述 UE的设备能力 信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息, 根据所述 UE的设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信 息生成用户业务签约数据, 并根据所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约 数据, 完成对归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR的签约数据 的配置后发送的。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二请求接收模块, 用于接收所述 UE发送的所述第一配置签约信息 请求。
29、 一种应用服务器 AF, 其特征在于, 包括:
第三获取模块, 用于获取用户设备 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支 持的业务的信息;
第三发送模块,用于向签约数据配置功能设备 SMF发送所述 UE的设 备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息, 以使所述 SMF根据所述 UE的 设备能力信息及所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户签约数据, 根据所述 UE支持的业务的信息生成用户业务签约数据, 根据所述用户签约数据和 所述用户业务签约数据,对归属地签约用户服务器 HSS和签约存储器 SPR 进行签约数据的配置, 所述用户签约数据和所述用户业务签约数据包括所 述 SMF为所述 UE分配的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的 AF, 其特征在于, 所述第三获取模块包 括:
鉴权接收单元, 用于接收所述 SMF发送的鉴权认证请求, 所述鉴权 认证请求包括所述 UE的国际移动终端设备标识 IMEI;
匹配获取单元, 用于根据所述鉴权认证请求中所述 UE的 IMEI, 获取 所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息;
所述第三发送模块包括:
鉴权回复单元, 用于向所述 SMF发送鉴权认证回复消息, 所述鉴权 认证回复消息包括所述 UE的设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
31、 根据权利要求 29所述的 AF, 其特征在于, 所述第三发送模块包 括:
第二配置签约信息发送单元, 用于向所述 SMF发送第二配置签约信 息请求, 所述第二配置签约信息请求包括: 所述 UE的设备能力信息、 所 述 UE支持的业务的信息和所述 UE的 IMEI。
32、 根据权利要求 31所述的 AF, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二配置签约信息回复接收模块, 用于接收所述 SMF发送的第二配 置签约信息回复消息, 所述第二配置签约信息回复消息包括所述 UE所需 的第一签约数据;所述第一签约数据是所述 SMF根据所述 UE的设备能力 信息生成的;
第一签约数据发送模块, 用于将所述第一签约数据发送给所述 UE。
33、 根据权利要求 29-32任一所述的 AF, 其特征在于, 所述第三获 取模块包括:
指令接收单元, 用于接收切换运营商指令;
第三匹配获取单元, 用于根据所述切换运营商指令, 获取所述 UE的 设备能力信息和所述 UE支持的业务的信息。
34、一种在线签约数据配置***,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求 19-23 任一所述的签约数据配置功能设备 SMF、如权利要求 29-33任一所述的应 用服务器 AF, 以及用户设备 UE。
