- a fifth pipe communicating from the permeation side of the membrane unit to the inlet of the pump is provided.
- the permeation side of the membrane unit can be sucked with the pump. Then, the moving speed of the organic gas that permeates the membrane can be promoted.
- the second pipe is provided with a first condenser. According to such a configuration, liquefaction of the organic gas in the mixed gas introduced into the pressure vessel can be promoted.
- the main point of this process is to compress the mixed gas in the pressure vessel, and supply the compressed gas to the membrane unit via a valve that adjusts the pressure to reduce the pressure in the pressure vessel regardless of the allowable pressure value of the membrane unit. It is to raise. Thereby, the quantity of the organic gas condensed with a pressure vessel can be increased.
- the valves 12, 13, 14, 17, 22 are closed, the first condenser 23 is operated, the valve 15 is opened, and the pump 18 is operated. In this way, the mixed gas accumulated in the storage unit 1 is transferred to the pressure vessel 2. At that time, when cooled by the first condenser 23, liquefaction of the organic gas in the mixed gas can be promoted.
- the valve 17 is opened and air with a predetermined flow rate is supplied.
- This air is used to burn organic gas in the combustor 4. Therefore, the air flow rate is adjusted so that the organic gas supplied to the combustor 4 can be completely burned. If this predetermined flow rate is set such that the discharge pressure of the air supply unit is constant and the flow rate of air flowing through the pipe L8 is measured in advance according to the opening degree of the valve 17, an air flow meter need not be provided.
- the valve 12 is closed. And it returns to before air mixing detection process S1.
- air can be removed from the mixed gas of organic gas and air, and the amount of organic gas discharged outside the device can be reduced.

Abstract
Description
Pst=0.0003(T1)3+0.0159(T1)2+1.1844(T1)+24.316 ・・・(式1)
