Abstract

본 발명은 발효식품 포장용기 밀폐뚜껑에 관한 것으로서, 내용물의 누출은 방지하는 가운데 식품에서 발생된 가스의 배출이 가능하도록 하여 보관 과정에서 식품 발효에 따른 용기팽창 등의 악영향 발생을 방지하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 내부에 식품이 보관되어지게 되는 용기 본체(20)의 내용물 유출 방지를 위해 용기 본체 상부에 결합 구성되는 식품 포장용기 밀폐뚜껑(10)에 있어서, 상기 밀폐뚜껑(10)에는 내부에서 발생되는 가스의 외부 배출을 위한 다수의 통기공(11)이 형성되고; 상기 통기공(11)을 통해 내용물의 유출을 차단하기 위해 밀폐뚜껑(10)에는 폴리우레탄 필름(12)이 접착 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
