技术领域
本发明涉及一种天花板及其安装结构。
背景技术
天花板在装修行业非常常见,现主要是采用铝质天花板,其包括板体及侧栏,侧栏相对于板体向上一体弯折成型,在侧栏与龙骨之间设有相对应的卡位(一般为相对应的凹位及凸位),在安装时,天花板的侧栏发生轻微变形而与龙骨卡紧,现有的天花板及其安装结构存在如下缺陷:
1、现有的天花板是依靠其弹性变形而产生的弹力实现与龙骨的卡紧,在多次变形或经过较长时间之后,其弹力会变小,进而影响到天花板与龙骨之间的卡紧力,容易导致天花板脱落;
2、由于天花板是通过弹性变形实现与龙骨的卡紧,在安装时,需要对天花板施加一定的力,才能将天花板装入,安装不方便,维修也相对困难;
3、在安装天花板时需要对天花板施加一个向上的推力使天花板变形,影响到天花板安装的平整度,降低了天花板的安装质量;
4、天花板的侧栏必须位于其板体的周边,在安装时,天花板需要通过其边缘部分与龙骨卡紧而实现固定,对龙骨与天花板之间的相对位置要求严格,影响到天花板的更新换代,使得现有的天花板大多为长方形结构,结构过于简单,美观性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种天花板及其安装结构,本发明可以降低安装及维修的难度,提高安装质量。
其技术方案如下。
一种天花板,包括板体及多个边栏,多个边栏分别位于板体的周边,至少在两个相对的边栏上设有铁件。
所述边栏至少包括侧折片及顶折片,板体向上侧弯折而形成所述侧折片,侧折片向内弯折而形成所述顶折片。
所述铁件设于所述顶折片上,且设有所述铁件的各所述顶折片位于同一平面。
在相对的两个所述侧折片上设有定位槽,且相对的两个所述侧折片上的所述定位槽的位置相对应。
所述定位槽设于所述侧折片的两个端部。
在所述顶折片上设有***槽,***槽的端部设有弹性卡片,弹性卡片与所述顶折片一体成型,所述铁件卡入***槽后被弹性卡片限位。
在所述铁件的两个相对侧设有导向槽,当铁件卡入***槽后,***槽两侧的顶折片卡在铁件两侧的导向槽内。
一种天花板安装结构,包括多个天花板及龙骨,各天花板包括板体及多个边栏,多个边栏分别位于板体的周边,至少在两个相对的边栏上设有铁件,在龙骨上设有磁性件,天花板上的铁件与龙骨上的磁性件相吸附而将天花板与龙骨连接。
所述边栏至少包括侧折片及顶折片,且板体向上侧弯折而形成所述侧折片,侧折片向内弯折而形成所述顶折片,在相对的两个所述侧折片上设有定位槽,且相对的两个所述侧折片上的所述定位槽的位置相对应;所述龙骨的断面呈“门”型,其包括水平顶边及两个竖直侧边,两个竖直侧边分别位于水平顶边的两侧;相邻两个所述天花板的固定侧片相互贴近,所述龙骨的两个竖直侧边分别卡入相邻两个所述天花板的定位侧片的定位槽内。
在所述龙骨上设有安装孔,所述磁性件上设有下凸台,该下凸台穿过所述安装孔后与所述铁件相吸附。
本发明所述天花板可为铝质天花板,也可为塑料材质或其它材质的天花板。
下面对本发明的优点或原理进行说明:
1、在天花板上设有铁件,天花板通过铁件与龙骨上的磁性件相吸附,在安装时,不需要通过天花板的弹性变形将天花板固定,提高了天花板的安装质量,在安装时也不需要刻意的将天花板向上推而使其变形,安装及维修更为方便;
2、由于天花板通过铁件与龙骨连接,在整体结构上,对于天花板与龙骨之间的结构要求相对宽松,可以更方便对天花板进行更新,以提高天花板的美观性;
3、天花板包括有侧折片及顶折片,在对多个天花板进行拼接安装时,可以将相邻两个天花板的侧折片靠紧而实现各天花板的准确定位,避免相邻两个天花板之间出现缝隙;并且,顶折片呈水平状,可以与龙骨贴紧,提高天花板的稳定性,铁件装于顶折片后,可以使天花板与龙骨更紧密的吸附;
4、在天花板相对的两个侧折片上设有定位槽,在安装时,龙骨的两个竖直侧边可以分别卡入相邻两个天花板的定位槽内,从而实现相邻两个天花板的定位,避免相邻两个天花板的距离发生移动而产生缝隙;
5、在所述龙骨上设有安装孔,所述磁性件上设有下凸台,该下凸台穿过所述安装孔后与所述铁件相接触而吸附,吸附力强,磁性件不易脱落。

如图1至图8所示,一种天花板安装结构,包括多个天花板及龙骨10,各天花板包括板体1及多个边栏2,多个边栏2分别位于板体1的周边,至少在两个相对的边栏2上设有铁件3,在龙骨10上设有磁性件11,天花板上的铁件3与龙骨10上的磁性件11相吸附而将天花板与龙骨10连接。
所述边栏2至少包括侧折片4及顶折片5,且板体1向上侧弯折而形成所述侧折片4,侧折片4向内弯折而形成所述顶折片5,在相对的两个所述侧折片4上设有定位槽6,且相对的两个所述侧折片4上的所述定位槽6的位置相对应;所述龙骨10的断面呈“门”型,其包括水平顶边14及两个竖直侧边13,两个竖直侧边13分别位于水平顶边14的两侧;相邻两个所述天花板的固定侧片相互贴近,所述龙骨10的两个竖直侧边13分别卡入相邻两个所述天花板的定位侧片的定位槽6内。
所述铁件3设于所述顶折片5上,且设有所述铁件3的各所述顶折片5位于同一平面。在所述顶折片5上设有***槽7,***槽7的端部设有弹性卡片8,弹性卡片8与所述顶折片5一体成型,所述铁件3卡入***槽7后被弹性卡片8限位。在所述铁件3的两个相对侧设有导向槽9,当铁件3卡入***槽7后,***槽7两侧的顶折片5卡在铁件3两侧的导向槽9内。
本实施例具有如下优点:
1、在天花板上设有铁件3,天花板通过铁件3与龙骨10上的磁性件11相吸附,在安装时,不需要通过天花板的弹性变形将天花板固定,提高了天花板的安装质量,在安装时也不需要刻意的将天花板向上推而使其变形,安装及维修更为方便;
2、由于天花板通过铁件3与龙骨10连接,在整体结构上,对于天花板与龙骨10之间的结构要求相对宽松,可以更方便对天花板进行更新,以提高天花板的美观性;

4、在天花板相对的两个侧折片4上设有定位槽6,在安装时,龙骨10的两个竖直侧边13可以分别卡入相邻两个天花板的定位槽6内,从而实现相邻两个天花板的定位,避免相邻两个天花板的距离发生移动而产生缝隙;
5、在所述龙骨10上设有安装孔15,所述磁性件11上设有下凸台12,该下凸台12穿过所述安装孔15后与所述铁件3相接触而吸附,吸附力强,磁性件11不易脱落。

  5. 如权利要求4所述天花板,其特征在于,所述定位槽设于所述侧折片的两个端部。
  6. 如权利要求2至4中任一项所述天花板,其特征在于,在所述顶折片上设有***槽,***槽的端部设有弹性卡片,弹性卡片与所述顶折片一体成型,所述铁件卡入***槽后被弹性卡片限位。
  7. 如权利要求6所述天花板,其特征在于,在所述铁件的两个相对侧设有导向槽,当铁件卡入***槽后,***槽两侧的顶折片卡在铁件两侧的导向槽内。
  8. 一种天花板安装结构,包括多个天花板及龙骨,各天花板包括板体及多个边栏,多个边栏分别位于板体的周边,其特征在于,至少在两个相对的边栏上设有铁件,在龙骨上设有磁性件,天花板上的铁件与龙骨上的磁性件相吸附而将天花板与龙骨连接。
