Description

本发明涉及一种LED灯条,具体地说,是涉及一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条。
背景技术
随着LED技术的飞速发展,LED产品的款式越来越多,LED灯、LED灯条、LED灯箱等产品层出不穷。总体而言,多个LED灯组合形成LED灯条,而多个LED灯条组合则构成LED灯箱。随着组合方式的不断变化,遇到的问题也越来越多,在利用LED灯条构成LED灯箱的过程中,需要将LED灯条固定在灯箱内部,当LED灯条的尺寸与灯箱尺寸出现偏差时,将会造成LED灯条无法安装的问题,给LED行业的发展带来了很多麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,解决LED灯条与灯箱尺寸出现偏差时无法安装的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,包括LED灯板,还包括用于安装所述LED灯板的散热型材,和安装于该散热型材的端头上的伸缩底座;所述散热型材包括至少一根型材本体;当散热型材包括两根以上的型材本体时,相邻的两根型材本体的接头端通过一紧固结构拼接固定;所述紧固结构包括两端分别与相邻的两根型材本体的外侧壁紧贴的平面连接板,以及用于将该平面连接板和相邻的两根型材本体的接头端进行固定连接的紧固螺钉;所述紧固螺钉包括穿过所述平面连接板和型材本体外侧壁的矩形螺栓,和与该矩形螺栓配套的蝶形螺母;所述型材本体为中空的长方体结构,所述LED灯板安装于所述型材本体的外侧壁上。

本发明中,对伸缩底座提供了两种结构,具体如下:
结构一:所述伸缩底座由L型固定支架构成,并通过另一紧固螺钉与型材本体的非接头端固定连接。所述L型固定支架的长边上开设有一个固定孔和一个滑槽,且该固定孔和滑槽并列于同一直线上,另外,在L型固定支架的短边上也开设有固定孔;所述紧固螺钉穿过所述固定孔或滑槽将所述L型固定支架与型材本体的非接头端固定连接。而通过L型固定支架短边上的固定孔,则可以直接实现L型固定支架与灯箱的固定连接。
在这种结构下,散热型材的两个端头均通过L型固定支架与灯箱进行固定安装,并通过改变以下连接部位来实现LED灯条与灯箱的尺寸匹配:伸缩底座与散热型材连接时,紧固螺钉在固定孔或滑槽中的位置。

在本发明中,无论采用何种伸缩底座结构,所述LED灯板的结构均为下列结构:所述LED灯板由铝基PCB板和均匀分布于该铝基PCB板上的光学透镜组成,所述铝基PCB板上安装有LED灯和与LED灯连通的控制电路;所述光学透镜与所述LED灯一一对应,并安装在所述LED灯上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明以散热型材和伸缩底座为基础,同时提供了两种LED灯条的安装结构,并通过改变安装部位的尺寸来调节LED灯条的整体长度,使其与灯箱尺寸相互匹配,从而有效地解决了LED灯条与灯箱尺寸出现偏差时无法安装LED灯条的问题。
(2)本发明将散热型材设置成长方体结构,并使用平面连接板作为相邻型材本体之间的连接件,从而使得平面连接板与散热型材之间形成了面与面的贴合,不仅贴合更紧密、紧固更加方便,而且由于面贴合相比点、线贴合范围更广,也使得紧固效果更佳。
(3)本发明采用矩形螺栓和蝶形螺母来进行连接部位的紧固,相比其他螺钉而言,紧固更加方便、省力,而且紧固效果更好。
(4)在本发明的第二种伸缩底座结构中,由于散热型材的两端上转接盖的存在,使得可以通过分离转接盖和伸缩底座的连接、转接盖和固定底座的连接,来达到无需拆卸伸缩底座、固定底座即可更换或维护LED灯条的目的。
(5)本发明在平面连接板上设置有加强筋,在伸缩底座和固定底座的外壁上设计有面朝不同方向的固定面和延伸面,如此不仅强化了连接部位的强度,同时也为伸缩底座和固定底座安装在灯箱上提供了方便,一举两得。

实施例1
为了解决LED灯条在长期工作下的散热问题,本发明中,将安装灯条的载体即型材本体设计成中空的长方体结构,但并非完全规则的长方体,考虑到灯条的长度变化,本发明中可以通过将多根型材本体进行拼接来适应灯条的长度,并将拼接后的载体命名为散热型材。型材本体的具体结构如图3所示,散热型材拼接的具体结构如图5所示。
从图3中可以看出,型材本体整体呈长方体结构,内部空心,在底面的四个角上,分别向每一个侧面方向具有一个外凸结构。在同一个侧面上,两个相对的外凸结构与中间的平面形成内凹形状。当LED灯板的长度大于单根型材本 体的长度,需要使用多根型材本体拼接时,通过平面连接板、矩形螺栓、蝶形螺母紧固相邻的型材本体,即构成了如图5所示的散热型材。在安装时,先将如图6所示的L型固定支架按照图2所示的方式固定在散热型材外侧壁上的内凹部位,利用两侧的外凸结构对L型固定支架形成限位,加强紧固、定位效果。然后将LED灯板也固定在散热型材的外侧壁上,如图1所示。
本发明中,LED灯板如图4所示,由铝基PCB板和均匀分布于该铝基PCB板上的光学透镜组成,所述铝基PCB板上安装有LED灯和与LED灯连通的控制电路;所述光学透镜与所述LED灯一一对应,并安装在所述LED灯上。
需要注意的是,在散热型材的四个侧面上,两个相对侧面上分别安装L型固定支架,另外两个相对侧面上则安装LED灯板,而平面连接板则安装在散热型材上L型固定支架所在的外侧面上。
灯条组装完毕后,只需要将散热型材两端头的L型固定支架的短边固定在灯箱上,即可完成安装,十分简单。
如果需要调节灯条的长度,可以改变L型固定支架上矩形螺栓的位置,将矩形螺栓从其长边上的固定孔变换到滑槽中,或者从滑槽变换到固定孔中,或者改变矩形螺栓在滑槽中的位置,使得散热型材与L型固定支架连接后的总长度发生变化,进而达到调节灯条整体长度的目的。
由于本实施例中,LED灯板、散热型材和L型固定支架连成一个整体,因此,当需要更换或维修LED灯板时,需要将L型固定支架连同散热型材一起拆卸下来。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1采用同样的散热型材、LED灯板,而实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,实施例2以实施例1中的散热型材为基础,在其两端分别增设了一个转接盖,并在转接盖外部设置有与实施例1中L型固定支架的功能相同但结构不同的伸缩底座,其中,散热型材、转接盖与伸缩底座的组装示意图如图7所示。当然,散热型材两端可以同时安装伸缩底座,也可以一端安装伸缩底座,另一端安装不具有调节长度功能的固定底座。本实施例中,在散热型 材的一个端头安装伸缩底座,而另一端则安装固定底座,如此安装的目的在于在实现长度调节的同时节约成本。在散热型材的两个端头均安装伸缩底座,与只在一端安装伸缩底座相比,具有更大的长度调节空间。
伸缩底座的具体结构如图9所示,其以两端面完全开口的底座端盖为主体,在其内部位安装一个伸缩套管,伸缩套管的一端设置弹簧,另一端与转接盖相配套拼接,弹簧通过一个挡片限制在伸缩套管内,且挡片与底座端盖的末端端面固定。在弹簧的作用下,伸缩套管可以在底座端盖内实现一定程度上的位移,改变伸缩套管与底座端盖的总长度,进而达到调节灯条安装总长度的目的,使其能够与灯箱尺寸匹配。伸缩底座与转接盖的安装剖面示意图如图11所示。
固定底座如图10所示,其以一个端面完全开口的底座主体为基础,自身长度固定,不能改变,仅仅起到安装基体的作用。为了确保安装基体的稳定性和可靠性,本实施例中,在底座端盖的外侧壁上设置有固定面,固定面上开设连接腰孔,同时在与固定面垂直的底座端盖的末端端面上设置延伸面,延伸面上开设连接孔,通过连接腰孔和连接孔,可以实现底座主体与灯箱之间的固定连接,而固定面、延伸面与底座主体为一体结构,它们的存在,不仅为安装固定提供了便利,同时也加强了固定底座的受力面。固定底座与转接盖的安装剖面示意图如图12所示。
本实施例设置转接盖的目的在于为安装、更换、维修LED灯板提供方便,达到不拆卸伸缩底座只取下散热型材的目的,因此,本实施例中,将转接盖设计成两部分:转接上盖和转接下盖。转接盖与散热型材的装配示意图如图8所示,转接上盖的一个底面与底座端盖或底座主体匹配连接,另一个底面则与转接下盖的一个底面卡接,而转接下盖的另一个底面则与散热型材的端头匹配连接。当需要更换或维修LED灯板时,可直接取下散热型材,固定在散热型材上的LED灯板便随之取下。更换LED灯板后,需要安装时,再将散热型材安装到两个底座上即可,十分方便。
本发明提供的两种安装结构,均可以有效地解决LED灯条与灯箱尺寸出现偏差时无法顺利安装的问题,为LED灯条的施工提供了极大的便利,具有很高 的实用价值。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本发明保护范围的限制,但凡采用本发明的设计原理,以及在此基础上进行非创造性劳动而作出的变化,均应属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,包括LED灯板,其特征在于,还包括用于安装所述LED灯板的散热型材,和安装于该散热型材的端头上的伸缩底座;所述散热型材包括至少一根型材本体;
    当散热型材包括两根以上的型材本体时,相邻的两根型材本体的接头端通过一紧固结构拼接固定;
    所述紧固结构包括两端分别与相邻的两根型材本体的外侧壁紧贴的平面连接板,以及用于将该平面连接板和相邻的两根型材本体的接头端进行固定连接的紧固螺钉;
    所述紧固螺钉包括穿过所述平面连接板和型材本体外侧壁的矩形螺栓,和与该矩形螺栓配套的蝶形螺母;
    所述型材本体为中空的长方体结构,所述LED灯板安装于所述型材本体的外侧壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述平面连接板上开设有至少两个通孔,且在相邻两个通孔之间的连线上还开设有加强筋;所述紧固螺钉穿过所述通孔将平面连接板与型材本体固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述伸缩底座由L型固定支架构成,并通过另一紧固螺钉与型材本体的非接头端固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述L型固定支架的长边上开设有一个固定孔和一个滑槽,且该固定孔和滑槽并列于同一直线上,同时,在所述L型固定支架的短边上也开设有固定孔;所述紧固螺钉穿过所述固定孔或滑槽将所述L型固定支架与型材本体的非接头端固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述散热型材的两端头分别安装有转接盖,该转接盖包括直接安装在散热型材端头上的转接头下盖,和与该转接头下盖配套的转接头上盖。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述伸缩底座包括两端面完全开口的底座端盖、嵌入该底座端盖内且一端与所述转接头上盖配套的伸缩套管、置于该伸缩套管另一端内部的弹簧,以及与所述底座端盖和伸缩套管配合、用于对该弹簧进行限位的挡片;所述底座端盖的外侧壁上设置有向底座端盖两外侧延伸的固定面,该固定面上开设有连接腰孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,在所述底座端盖的末端端面上还设置有一个与所述固定面垂直的延伸面,在该延伸面上开设有连接孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述底座端盖、固定面和伸缩面为一体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述散热型材的一端头通过转接盖连接所述伸缩底座,而另一端头则通过转接盖连接一个固定底座;该固定底座包括一端与转接头上盖配套的底座主体、设置在该底座主体两外侧的固定面、设置在该底座主体的末端端面上与该固定面垂直的延伸面组成,且在所述固定面上也设置有连接腰孔,在延伸面上也设置有连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩式可拆卸LED灯板的双面发光灯条,其特征在于,所述LED灯板由铝基PCB板和均匀分布于该铝基PCB板上的光学透镜组成,所述铝基PCB板上安装有LED灯和与LED灯连通的控制电路;所述光学透镜与所述LED灯一一对应,并安装在所述LED灯上。
