技术领域
本发明涉及一种天花板及其安装结构。
背景技术
天花板在装修行业非常常见,现主要是采用铝质天花板,其包括板体及侧栏,侧栏相对于板体向上一体弯折成型,在侧栏与龙骨之间设有相对应的卡位(一般为相对应的凹位及凸位),在安装时,天花板的侧栏发生轻微变形而与龙骨卡紧,现有的天花板及其安装结构存在如下缺陷:
1、现有的天花板是依靠其弹性变形而产生的弹力实现与龙骨的卡紧,在多次变形或经过较长时间之后,其弹力会变小,进而影响到天花板与龙骨之间的卡紧力,容易导致天花板脱落;
2、由于天花板是通过弹性变形实现与龙骨的卡紧,在安装时,需要对天花板施加一定的力,才能将天花板装入,安装不方便,维修也相对困难;
3、在安装天花板时需要对天花板施加一个向上的推力使天花板变形,影响到天花板安装的平整度,降低了天花板的安装质量;
4、天花板的侧栏必须位于其板体的周边,在安装时,天花板需要通过其边缘部分与龙骨卡紧而实现固定,对龙骨与天花板之间的相对位置要求严格,影响到天花板的更新换代,使得现有的天花板大多为长方形结构,结构过于简单,美观性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种天花板及其安装结构,本发明可以降低安装及维修的难度,提高安装质量。
其技术方案如下。
一种天花板安装结构,包括多个铁质天花板及龙骨,各铁质天花板包括板体及多个边栏,多个边栏分别位于板体的周边,在龙骨上还设有磁性件,磁性件与铁质天花板的边栏相吸附而将铁质天花板与龙骨连接。
所述边栏至少包括侧折片及顶折片,板体向上侧弯折而形成所述侧折片,侧折片向内弯折而形成所述顶折片,顶折片直接或间接与所述磁性件吸附。
所述侧折片、顶折片及所述板体一体成型。
所述龙骨的两侧均设有安装位,所述磁性件设于安装位内,所述边栏还包括有上折片,上折片由所述顶折片的内侧边缘向上弯折而成,所述磁性件与上折片相吸附。
所述边栏还包括有上折片及外折片,上折片由所述顶折片的内侧边缘向上弯折而成,外折片由上折片的上边缘向外侧弯折而成;所述磁性件设于所述龙骨的上方,所述磁性件与外折片相吸附。
所述磁性件至少部分露出于所述龙骨的下表面,所述顶折片位于所述龙骨的下方并与所述磁性件相吸附。
在所述龙骨上设有安装孔,所述磁性件的下侧设有凸台,该凸台穿过安装孔后露出,所述顶折片与该凸台的下表面相吸附。
所述龙骨包括有水平顶片及位于水平顶片两侧的竖直侧片,水平顶片及两个竖直侧片连接结构的断面呈“门”形;所述侧折片包括两个相对的定位侧片及两个相对的固定侧片,在定位侧片的两端设有定位槽,靠近固定侧片的所述顶折片与所述磁性件相吸附,相邻两个所述铁质天花板的固定侧片相互贴近,所述龙骨的两个竖直侧边分别卡入相邻两个所述铁质天花板的定位侧片的定位槽内。
靠近所述固定侧片的所述顶折片位于同一平面。
每个龙骨与两个吊挂件连接,各吊挂件包括上挂钩及连接臂,上挂钩与连接臂一体成型,连接臂与所述龙骨连接。
下面对本发明的优点或原理进行说明:
1、在龙骨上设有磁性件,铁质天花板通过磁性件与龙骨连接,在安装时,不需要通过天花板的弹性变形将天花板固定,提高了天花板的安装质量,在安装时也不需要刻意的将天花板向上推而使其变形,安装及维修更为方便;
2、由于天花板通过磁性件与龙骨连接,在整体结构上,对于天花板与龙骨之间的结构要求相对宽松,可以更方便对天花板进行更新,以提高天花板的美观性;
3、铁质天花板包括有侧折片及顶折片,在对多个铁质天花板进行拼接安装时,可以将相邻两个铁质天花板的侧折片靠紧而实现各铁质天花板的准确定位,避免相邻两个铁质天花板之间出现缝隙;并且,将顶折片作成水平状,可以使其与龙骨贴紧,提高铁质天花板的稳定性;
4、在铁质天花板相对的两个侧折片上设有定位槽,在安装时,龙骨的两个竖直侧边可以分别卡入相邻两个铁质天花板的定位槽内,从而实现相邻两个铁质天花板的定位,避免相邻两个铁质天花板的距离发生移动而产生缝隙。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
实施例一如图1至图9所示,一种天花板安装结构,包括多个铁质天花板3及龙骨1,各铁质天花板3包括板体5及多个边栏6,多个边栏6分别位于板体5的周边,在龙骨1上还设有磁性件2,磁性件2与铁质天花板3的边栏6相吸附而将铁质天花板3与龙骨1连接。
其中,所述边栏6至少包括侧折片7及顶折片8,板体5向上侧弯折而形成侧折片7,侧折片7向内弯折而形成顶折片8,顶折片8直接或间接与磁性件2吸附。侧折片7、顶折片8及板体5一体成型。
所述龙骨1包括有水平顶片14及位于水平顶片14两侧的竖直侧片15,水平顶片14及两个竖直侧片15连接结构的断面呈“门”形;所述侧折片7包括两个相对的定位侧片17及两个相对的固定侧片16,在定位侧片17的两端设有定位槽18,靠近固定侧片16的顶折片8与磁性件2相吸附,相邻两个铁质天花板3的固定侧片16相互贴近,龙骨1的两个竖直侧边分别卡入相邻两个铁质天花板3的定位侧片17的定位槽18内。靠近固定侧片16的顶折片8位于同一平面。磁性件2部分露出于龙骨1的下表面,顶折片8位于龙骨1的下方,在龙骨1上设有安装孔12,磁性件2的下侧设有凸台13,该凸台13穿过安装孔12后露出,顶折片8与该凸台13的下表面相吸附。

4、在铁质天花板3相对的两个侧折片7上设有定位槽18,在安装时,龙骨1的两个竖直侧边可以分别卡入相邻两个铁质天花板3的定位槽18内,从而实现相邻两个铁质天花板3的定位,避免相邻两个铁质天花板3的距离发生移动而产生缝隙。
实施例二如图10至图17所示,本实施例中,龙骨1的两侧均设有安装位11(即安装槽),磁性件2设于安装位11内,所述边栏6还包括有上折片9,上折片9由顶折片8的内侧边缘向上弯折而成,磁性件2与上折片9相吸附。本实施例的原理与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例三如图18至图25所示,本实施例中,所述边栏6还包括有上折片9及外折片10,上折片9由顶折片8的内侧边缘向上弯折而成,外折片10由上折片9的上边缘向外侧弯折而成;磁性件2设于龙骨1的上方,磁性件2与外折片10相吸附。本实施例的原理与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。

  1. 一种天花板安装结构,包括多个铁质天花板及龙骨,各铁质天花板包括板体及多个边栏,多个边栏分别位于板体的周边,其特征在于,在龙骨上还设有磁性件,磁性件与铁质天花板的边栏相吸附而将铁质天花板与龙骨连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述天花板安装结构,其特征在于,所述边栏至少包括侧折片及顶折片,板体向上侧弯折而形成所述侧折片,侧折片向内弯折而形成所述顶折片,顶折片直接或间接与所述磁性件吸附。
  3. 如权利要求2所述天花板,其特征在于,所述侧折片、顶折片及所述板体一体成型。
