Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an odor extractor, especially those undesirable odors.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present, the elimination of bad odors has been a difficult challenge to achieve, especially when thinking about a simple and economical way to eliminate them. Because of this, a number of technologies have been developed that extract, filter, clean, eliminate or purify bad odors in enclosed areas. For example there are filters that are placed on walls, ceilings, etc. What they do is the extraction of bad odors from the closed area.
Patent document CO 5221132 describes an undesirable local odor extractor in toilets operated by suction through a motor-fan comprising: an extraction grid with joints to drive the stale air, hoses for conducting the sucked stale air, an electrically operated centrifugal motor-fan unit for suctioning undesirable odors from the toilet, a gasket that runs along the entire oval contour of the lid on its lower face, and an extraction box or cabinet that houses the motor-fan and the connections that lead the stale air inside it to take it accordingly to the toilet siphon, the sink or an existing ventilation pipe and / or intended for that purpose. The extraction grid is located at the back of the toilet bowl under the lid of the toilet with its suction openings directed to the odor generating space. The gasket that runs along the oval contour of the hollow lid, adheres to the underside of said lid so that during the use of the toilet It forms a hermetic seal to concentrate and extract the odors and the stale air contained in the toilet bowl without leakage.
Figure 6 is a perspective view of one of the modalities of the extractor in question. The odor extractor, of the present invention, consists of a filter unit, which in turn comprises a fan (1) with inverted blades or propellers, an activated carbon filter (2) and a flavoring filter (3) , configured as a "sandwich", placed inside a container (4), in such a way that a flow line is formed through which the bad odors pass to be processed.
The container (4) is opened on one of its sides and must be configured in such a way that it allows the exchange of the filters in a simple and fast way. The container is closed by a lid (5) which in turn is provided with a perforation (6) where a hose (7) is connected. The cover must be placed on the side where the fan is (1) because the fan removes the bad odors and the hose (7) is where the odors pass.
The other end of the hose (7) is placed in the area where odors are generated. One of the modalities of the present extractor is that it comprises an odor collection device, which can be a simple perforated hose or a perforated piece with the shape of the area where the odors are to be extracted, as in this case a seat of a sanitary perforated rate (8), which provides a perforation (9) for the other end of the odor conduction hose (7) to be connected.
