Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a battery mounting cavity 114 is disposed at one end of the front end portion 11 close to the rear end portion 12, a battery 1141 is disposed in the battery mounting cavity 114, and the battery mounting cavity is used for supplying power to the first driving member 214, the second driving member 223, the micro-fan 33 and the ultraviolet lamp post 41.
In this embodiment, the useless box 32 of collection and filtration 321 all utilize transparent material to make, and set up ultraviolet lamp pole 41 in the top of the useless box 32 of collection, can disinfect to the discarded object of scraping that has the germ through the ultraviolet ray, can further avoid cross infection, and the ultraviolet ray can also disinfect to first scraper 215 and second scraper 224, when having avoided scraping different focus positions of patient, need incessantly change the trouble of blade, very big saving strikes off the time, improve and strikes off efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the lesion curettage device further comprises a sterilizing means 50, an activating means 60 and a medicine application means 70; the sterilizing device 50, the activating device 60 and the applicator device 70 are all disposed inside the rear end portion 12; referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, one end of the rear end portion 12 close to the front end portion 11 is provided with a clamping member 121, one end of the front end portion 11 close to the rear end portion 12 is provided with a clamping groove 115, and the clamping member 121 can be matched with the clamping groove 115 to enable the rear end portion 12 to be stably connected with the front end portion 11.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the sterilizing device 50 includes a medical alcohol storage bottle 51, a micro pump 52, a third pipe 53, a fourth pipe 54 and an alcohol spray head 55; one end of a third pipeline 53 is connected with the medical alcohol storage bottle 51 through a connector and extends into the bottom of the medical alcohol storage bottle 51, and the other end of the third pipeline 53 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the micro pump 52; one end of the fourth pipeline 54 is connected with the liquid outlet end of the micro pump 52, and the other end of the fourth pipeline 54 is a closed end; the alcohol spray nozzle 55 is communicated with the fourth pipeline 54; the bottom of the rear end portion 12 is provided with a plurality of seventh through holes 122, and one end of the alcohol spray nozzle 55 far away from the fourth pipeline 54 passes through the seventh through holes 122 and is located outside the rear end portion 12.
In the embodiment, by arranging the disinfecting device 50, after the focus part of the patient is scraped, the micro pump 52 is used for spraying alcohol to disinfect the focus part, so that the later treatment of the patient is facilitated, and the additional disinfecting step is saved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the activation device 60 is disposed on the side of the sterilizing device 50 away from the front end portion 11, and the activation device 60 includes an ultrasonic generator 61, an ultrasonic transducer 62, a storage case 63, and an activation massage pad 64; the storage box 63 is arranged along the width direction of the housing 10, the ultrasonic transducer 62 is stored in the storage box 63, and the ultrasonic generator 61 is arranged above the storage box 63 and electrically connected with the ultrasonic transducer 62; the activating massage pad 64 has one end connected to the ultrasonic transducer 62 and the other end located on the lower surface of the rear end portion 12 for activating massage of cells in the lesion site.
In the present embodiment, ultrasonic activation of the lesion site after sterilization by the activation device 60 can promote blood flow at the lesion site and accelerate cell renewal, and can improve recovery efficiency of the lesion site of the patient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the applicator 70 is provided on the side of the activation device 60 away from the leading end portion 11, and the applicator 70 includes an ointment housing box 71 and an applicator roller 72; the medicine applying roller 72 is arranged at the bottom of the ointment accommodating box 71 and is rotationally connected with the ointment accommodating box 71; the bottom of the rear end part 12 is provided with an eighth through hole 123, and when the ointment accommodating box 71 is accommodated in the rear end part 12, the medicine applying roller 72 passes through the eighth through hole 123 and contacts with the skin; the top of the rear end portion 12 is provided with a ninth through hole 124, the ninth through hole 124 is opposite to the eighth through hole 123, and the ninth through hole 124 is used for detaching and replacing the ointment containing box 71.
In this embodiment, the applicator 70 is provided like a pen point of a ball-point pen, that is, during the rotation of the applicator roller 72 relative to the ointment containing box 71, the surface of the applicator roller can take out the ointment inside the ointment containing box 71 and apply the ointment to the affected part of the patient, so that the application can be uniform and consistent, and the unnecessary waste of ointment can be avoided.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the side wall of the rear end portion 12 near the end of the front end portion 11 is provided with a terminal 125, the side of the battery 1141 near the rear end portion 12 is provided with a wiring jack 1142, and the terminal 125 and the wiring jack 1142 are matched in position, so that after the rear end portion 12 is connected with the front end portion 11, the disinfection device 50 and the activation device 60 disposed in the rear end portion 12 can be connected with the battery 1141 and used normally.
A first power switch 17 and a second power switch 18 are provided on a side wall of the front end portion 11, the first power switch 17 controls on/off of each electric appliance inside the front end portion 11, and the second power switch 18 controls on/off of each electric appliance inside the rear end portion 12.

Claims (5)

1. A focus scraper for dermatological department, which comprises a shell (10), a scraping device (20) arranged in the shell (10), a waste extracting device (30) and a sterilizing device (40);
the shell (10) comprises a front end part (11) and a rear end part (12), and the scraping device (20), the waste extracting device (30) and the sterilizing device (40) are all arranged in the front end part (11); the scraping device (20) is positioned at one end of the front end part (11) far away from the rear end part (12), and the scraping device (20) comprises a first scraping piece (21) and a second scraping piece (22); one end of the front end part (11) far away from the rear end part (12) is provided with a fillet area (13) and a chamfer area (14), the chamfer area (14) is positioned at one end of the fillet area (13) close to the rear end part (12), the highest position of the chamfer area (14) is connected with the lowest position of the fillet area (13), and the lowest position of the chamfer area (14) is connected with the bottom of the shell (10); the first scraping piece (21) is arranged in the round corner area (13), and the second scraping piece (22) is arranged in the chamfer area (14);
the first scraping piece (21) comprises a bearing seat (211) fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell (10), a first cutter shaft (212) connected with the bearing seat (211) in a rotating mode, a driven gear (213) arranged at one end of the first cutter shaft (212), a first driving piece (214) embedded in the inner wall of the shell (10) and used for driving the first cutter shaft (212) to rotate, and a plurality of first scrapers (215) arranged on the first cutter shaft (212);
the fillet area (13) is provided with a first through hole (131) penetrating through the inner wall and the outer wall of the shell (10), the first cutter shaft (212) is arranged along the width direction of the shell (10), the first scraper (215) can penetrate through the first through hole (131) and scrape the focus part, and the lowest part of the first scraper (215) is flush with the highest part of the fillet area (14);
the scraper is characterized in that the second scraping part (22) comprises two second cutter shafts (221) which are vertically arranged, a supporting part (222) which is positioned on one side, far away from each other, of the two second cutter shafts (221), a second driving part (223) arranged on the supporting part (222) and a second scraper (224) arranged on the second cutter shafts (221); the chamfer area (14) is provided with a second through hole (141) penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the shell (10), a reticular baffle piece (142) is arranged in the second through hole (141), and the second scraper (224) is abutted against the reticular baffle piece (142) and is in sliding connection with the reticular baffle piece (142); the second driving part (223) is used for driving the second cutter shaft (221) to rotate.

A dermatological lesion curette according to claim 1, wherein the waste-extracting device (30) is arranged in the middle of the front end portion (11) and on the side of the chamfered portion (14) close to the rear end portion (12); the waste extraction device (30) comprises a waste extraction box (31), a waste collection box (32), a micro fan (33) for extracting air from the waste extraction box (31), a first pipeline (34) with one end communicated with the waste extraction box (31) and a second pipeline (35) with one end communicated with the waste collection box (32);
the bottom of the shell (10) is provided with a third through hole (15) penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the shell, and the waste extracting box (31) is covered above the third through hole (15); the other end of the first pipeline (34) is connected with the air inlet end of the micro fan (33), and the other end of the second pipeline (35) is connected with the air outlet end of the micro fan (33).

The lesion curettage device for dermatological department according to claim 2, wherein the waste collection box (32) is disposed above the support member (222), the side wall of the housing (10) is provided with a fourth through hole (16) penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces thereof and communicating with the inside of the waste collection box (32), the waste collection box (32) is provided with a filtering mechanism (321), and the filtering mechanism (321) can extend into the inside of the waste collection box (32) through the fourth through hole (16); the filtering mechanism (321) is arranged along the length direction of the waste collecting box (32), and one end of the filtering mechanism (321) close to the fourth through hole (16) is a closed end, so that the filtering mechanism (321) can seal the fourth through hole (16) after extending into the waste collecting box (32); one side of the filtering mechanism (321) close to the waste extracting box (31) is provided with a fifth through hole (3211), and after the filtering mechanism (321) is completely embedded into the waste collecting box (32), the fifth through hole (3211) is aligned with one end of the second pipeline (35) communicated with the waste collecting box (32), so that air entering from the second pipeline (35) completely enters the filtering mechanism (321); the upper surface of the waste collection box (32) is provided with a sixth through hole (322) penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the waste collection box, and the sixth through hole (322) is used for discharging air in the waste collection box (32).

A dermatological lesion scraper according to claim 3, wherein the waste collecting box (32) and the filtering mechanism (321) are made of transparent material; two sides of the bottom of the front end part (11) are provided with first silica gel sealing strips (111) along the length direction of the shell (10); a second silica gel sealing strip (112) arranged along the width direction of the shell (10) is arranged on one side, close to the rear end part (12), of the third through hole (15); the two sides of the round angle area (13) and the chamfer angle area (14) are provided with baffle plates (113).

The dermatological lesion scraper of claim 4, wherein the sterilizing device (40) is a plurality of UV light pillars (41) provided at the front end portion (11), and the plurality of UV light pillars (41) are provided above the first scraper (21), the second scraper (22) and the waste collecting box (32) and are used for sterilizing the first scraper (215), the second scraper (224) and the waste collected in the waste collecting box (32);
the one end that is close to back tip (12) of preceding tip (11) is equipped with battery installation cavity (114), is equipped with battery (1141) in battery installation cavity (114) to supply power to first driving piece (214), second driving piece (223), micro-fan (33) and ultraviolet lamp pole (41).
