单向回流余便清消结构 技术领域 本发明涉及粪便的贮便装置领域, 特别地, 涉及一种单向回流余便清消结构。 背景技术 中国在先专利申请, 申请号: 00113266.0, 公开日: 2001年 10月 10日, 公开了一种封闭式取便方法及与之配套的集贮设施与取运装置, 在实现和促进 清洁环保取便, 贮便无害化, 安全贮便方面表现出显著实质进步。 这种解决方案的不足在于, 无论背景技术给出的属于正压取便或双压取 便, 还或是负压取便, 其取便管中的余便清消都将取便管取便与取便后的管内 余便清消功能装置结合在一体, 依靠返送载运槽体中的空气压迫管内余便返回 集贮体的方法实现取便管内余便清消。 这种技术方案虽然能够实现取便管内余便清消, 实现环保清洁取便, 但对于要求 同一套取便装置在保障实现取便管内的余便清消同时, 还能够支持取便***实施强制 卸便, 则给载运槽体装置的取便管端口结构设计带来困难, 因为在余便清消时该端口 部必须是开通的, 使槽体内压力空气能进入取便管内, 压迫管中余便返回集贮体; 而 在强制卸便时, 又要求取便管必须是关断的, 或者说, 至少取便管进入载运槽体的端 口部必须关闭, 以保障强制卸便的压力空气不经过取便管外泄; 简单解决办法是在取 便管的适当部位加设阀门, 通过操作该阀门的通断, 以适应余便清消或强制卸便两种 不同工态, 但这又会增添取便操作过程的繁琐。 发明内容 本发明目的在于提供一种单向回流余便清消结构, 以解决背景技术存在的管积余 便清消装置导致的结构复杂与操作繁琐的技术问题。 为实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种单向回流余便清消结构, 单向回流余便清消结构包括可操作通断的输气管道、 可操作通断的输便管道及可操作 通断的分支管道, 其中, 分支管道的两端分别连接输气管道及输便管道。 进一步地, 输气管道中设置有输气阀及输便管道中设置有输便阀。 进一步地, 分支管道中设置有支管阀。 进一步地, 输气管道上安装有第一三通接头, 且第一三通接头位于输气管道的进 气口端与输气阀之间, 分支管道的第一端通过第一三通接头与输气管道连接。 进一步地, 输便管道上安装有第二三通接头, 且第二三通接头位于输便管道的出 便口端与输便阀之间, 分支管道的第二端通过第二三通接头与输便管道连接。 进一步地, 输气管道的两端分别贯通地连接一气压发生装置及贮便装置, 输便管 道的两端分别贯通地连接贮便装置及一运载容器。 进一步地, 单向回流余便清消结构固定安装于贮便装置的顶部。 进一步地, 贮便装置包括进气结构及出便结构, 输气管道连接进气结构, 输便管 道连接出便结构。 进一步地, 气压发生装置包括进气软管, 输气管道的进气口端设置有受气管道接 口, 气压发生装置通过进气软管连接受气管道接口。 进一步地, 运载容器包括取便软管, 输便管道的出便口端设置有输便管道接口, 运载容器通过取便软管连接输便管道接口。 本发明具有以下有益效果: 本发明的单向回流余便清消结构在取便装置完成对贮 便装置贮便的出便后, 支持实现对取便软管内余便的清消, 采用本单向回流余便清消 结构实施取便软管内的管积余便清消不仅卫生环保, 且操作简单、 方便、 效率高。 除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外, 本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。 下面将参照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。 附图说明 构成本申请的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1 是本发明优选实施例的单向回流余便清消结构应用于贮便装置的结构示意 图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 参见图 1, 本发明的单向回流余便清消结构直接固定安装于封闭的贮便装置 2的 顶部。 该单向回流余便清消结构包括可操作通断的输气管道 11、 可操作通断的输便管 道 12及可操作通断的分支管道 13, 该分支管道 13的两端分别连接输气管道 11及输 便管道 12 实施取便操作时, 上述输气管道 11的进气口端贯通地连接一气压发生装置(图未 示)。 输气管道 11的出气口端与上述贮便装置 2的进气结构 21连接。 输气管道 11中 还设置有可操作的输气阀 112, 通过操作该输气阀 112 以达到控制压力空气进入贮便 装置 2内的目的。 优选地, 输气管道 11 的进气口端设置有一受气管道接口 111, 输气管道 11通过 该受气管道接口 11与气压发生装置所设的进气软管连接 (图未示), 该进气软管的两 端分别贯通地连接输气管道 11及上述的气压发生装置。 优选地, 输气管道 11上安装有第一三通接头 113, 且该第一三通接头 113位于输 气管道 11的进气口端与上述输气阀 112之间。该第一三通接头 113的第一及第二接口 与输气管道 11贯通, 第一三通接头 113的第三接口贯通地连接于上述分支管道 13的 1而。 实施取便操作时, 上述输便管道 12的进便口端与上述贮便装置 2的出便结构 22 连接, 输便管道 12的出便口端与一运载容器(图未示)贯通地连接。 类似地, 输便管 道 12中也设置有可操作的输便阀 122, 通过操作该输便阀 122以实现对输便管道 12 的通断控制。 优选地, 输便管道 12的出便口端设置有输便管道接口 121, 输便管道 12通过该 输便管道接口 121与上述运载容器所设的取便软管 (图未示) 连接, 该取便软管的两 端分别贯通地连接输便管道 12及上述的运载容器。 类似地, 输便管道 12上也安装有第二三通接头 123, 且该第二三通接头 123位于 输便管道 12的出便口端与上述输便阀 122之间。该第二三通接头 123的第一及第二接 口与出便结构 12贯通, 第二三通接头 123的第三接口贯通地连接于上述分支管道 13 的第二端。 分支管道 13中设置有支管阀 131。 通过操作该支管阀 131 以实现对分支管道 13 通断的控制。 本发明的单向回流余便清消结构采用本实施方式实现取便的操作原理大致如下: 在进行取便前, 先使得输便阀 122, 输气阀 112处于开通状态, 分支管道 13的支管阀 131处于关断状态。 接着, 启动气压发生装置, 使有持续的压力空气通过进气结构 21 输送至贮便装置 2内, 贮便装置 2内的气压增加, 受增加的气压作用, 贮便装置 2内 的粪便经出便结构 22、 输便管道 12、 取便软管被送入运载容器, 从而完成取便任务。 完成取便任务后, 通过将进气软管从输气管道 11上脱离、将取便软管从输便管道 12上脱离, 才能将气压发生装置及运载容器分别从单向回流余便清消结构上脱离。 在 将取便软管脱离单向回流余便清消结构之前, 由于取便软管中潴积有余便, 若不对该 潴积余便实施清消, 则在取便软管脱离单向回流余便清消结构后, 潴积余便会在自身 重力作用下向外滴流, 对取便区域造成污损, 所以需要对取便软管内的潴积余便进行 清消处理。 本发明的单向回流余便清消结构采用本实施方式实现余便清消的操作原理大致如 下: 在完成取便任务后, 使得输便阀 122, 输气阀 112处于关断状态, 分支管道 13的 支管阀 131处于开通状态。 从气压发生装置输送出的压力空气流经输气管道 11、 通过 第一三通接头 113流经分支管道 13、 再通过第二三通接头 123流经输便管道 12及取 便软管,输便管道 12的部分及取便软管内的余便在压力空气的作用下被送入运载容器 内, 从而实现对余便的清消。 由以上可知, 本发明的单向回流余便清消结构无论在取便过程还是在对管积余便 的清消过程,其输气管道 11中的气流方向与输便管道 12中的粪流方向均未发生改变, 构成单向回流特征。 且采用本单向回流余便清消结构进行清便不仅卫生环保, 且操作 简单、 方便、 效率高。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
