Abstract

본 발명은 전자유압펌프를 포함하는 건설기계의 유압 시스템에 관한 것이며, 더욱 구체적으로는 전자유압펌프를 제어하는 전자제어부의 작동이 비정상적일 때, 특히 전자제어부로 조이스틱의 조작량이 전달되지 못하여 전자제어부가 제어 불능시 임시로 건설기계를 구동하는 유압 시스템에 관한 것으로, 이를 위하여 전자제어부는 센터바이패스 밸브를 구동하여 전체 시스템을 개방형으로 전환하고, 조이스틱의 중립 상태를 인식하기 위해, 중립 모드 진입 조건(예컨대, 소정 압력에서 소정 시간 동안 최대 유량 유지)과 중립 모드 탈출 조건을 설정한 후, 이를 이용하여 조이스틱의 중립 상태를 인식하고, 소정의 사판각 제어를 수행하는 중립 모드로 비상 제어를 수행할 수 있다.
