Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1には、コンテナの連結構造が記載されている。この特許文献1では、コンテナの四隅に設けられた支柱の両端に、あらかじめ結束部材を溶接している。この結束部材は、支柱の周囲からコンテナの外方へ張り出した張り出し部を備え、この張り出し部に貫通孔を形成している。
そして、コンテナを上下に重ね、上下結束部材を一致させ、張り出し部の貫通孔にボルトを貫通させるとともに、このボルトにナットを締め付けて、上記両コンテナを連結するというものである。
そのため、コンテナの支柱の両端部において、上記張り出し部が常時張り出した状態になっている。
このようなコンテナを、例えば建造物として用いる場合には、支柱の両端部分に張り出し部が突出し、デザイン性に劣るという問題があった。
また、隣り合うコンテナ同士の間には、上記張り出し部の寸法分の隙間が必要になり、コンテナの支柱を密着させて配置することができない。そのため、コンテナを左右方向に配置して建造物を構成する場合にも、その配置が制限されるという問題があった。
なお、上記略直方体は、通常用いられている輸送用のコンテナ形状のことで、矩形の壁面の表面に凹凸を備えていたり、稜線を構成する支柱や梁部材が壁面と完全に同一平面でなかったりするものを含むものとする。
上記山形鋼の開口側とは、山形を構成する2つの片が連結した山の頂点とは反対側のことである。
また、支柱の上端に凹部及び平板を設ければ、平板の連結穴に、クレーンのフック、ツイストロック、鋼線などを挿入して、コンテナ本体を容易に移動することができる。
さらに、下端に設けた平板の連結穴に、アンカー部材を挿入して、コンテナを建造物として設置することもできる。
第3の発明では、支柱の両端に長手方向に沿った凹部と平板とを形成しているので、特定のコンテナの上下に別のコンテナを連結することができる。つまり、上下に連続的にコンテナを連結することができる。
第4の発明では、支柱を構成する山形鋼の開口をコンテナ本体の外側に向けているので、この開口が、支柱の長手方向に沿うとともに、その開口を外側に向けた凹部となり、上記凹部を改めて形成する必要がない。
特に連結凸部をプレート本体の両面に形成した場合には、隣り合わせに連結したコンテナを上下に連結する際の位置合わせも間単にできる。
このコンテナは、複数のパネル1を組み合わせるとともに、各パネル1の端部に、フレーム部材を配置して箱型形状にしたコンテナ本体Cからなる。
上記フレーム部材は、コーナー部に起立させた支柱2と、これら支柱2間に設け、支柱2に結合した梁部材3とからなる。
そして、上記支柱2を、断面がL字状の山形鋼で構成し、その頂点側をコンテナ本体Cの内側に向け、開口側をコンテナ本体Cの外側に向けている。なお、上記梁部材3は、支柱2と同様の山形鋼で構成してもよいが、H鋼など長手部材であれば、その断面形状はどのようなものでもかまわない。
なお、コンテナ本体Cを、輸送用コンテナの規格を満足するように形成すれば、建造物に利用する場合でもその輸送が容易になる。特に、船舶用コンテナの国際規格を満足するように形成すれば、船舶による輸送も可能であるだけでなく、建造物としても十分な強度が得られる。
また、上記凹部2aの先端である各支柱2の両端には、矩形の平板4を溶接し、これら平板4には、ほぼ中央に形成した長孔からなる治具用穴5と、この治具用穴5の周囲に設けた複数の締結用穴6とを備えている。
上記治具用穴5は、後で説明する連結治具の連結凸部を嵌め合わせるための穴であり、上記締結用穴6は、ボルトなどの締結部材を貫通させるための穴である。これら治具用穴5及び締結用穴6によって、この発明の連結穴を構成している。
また、上記治具用穴5には、クレーンのフック、ツイストロック、鋼線などを挿入して、コンテナ本体Cを移動する際に用いることもできる。
上記支柱2には、外側に開口した長手方向の凹部2aを備えているので、この凹部2a内において、上記ボルト7を締結用穴6に貫通させるとともにこのボルト7にナットを締結する作業ができる。つまり、平板4が支柱2の外方へ張り出していなくても、コンテナ本体Cの外部から、コンテナ本体C,C同士を上下に簡単に連結できる。
この連結部材8は、鋼板からなるプレート本体9の両面に、それぞれ一対の連結凸部10,10を備えている。この連結凸部10は、上記支柱2の両端に設けた平板4の治具用穴5にはまる、底面形状を長円とする凸部である。そして、上記一対の連結凸部10は、その上記長円の長軸がプレート本体9の長手方向に沿った同一直線状に位置するように設けられている。
また、これら連結凸部10の周囲には、複数の締結用プレート穴11を設けている。この締結用プレート穴11は、上記連結凸部10を上記治具用穴5に嵌めたとき、上記平板4の締結用穴6と一致する位置に設けられている。
まず、連結すべきコンテナ本体Cの支柱2,2を隣接させ、図5のように、これら支柱2の上方から連結治具8を被せるようにして、プレート本体9の下面側の連結凸部10(図4参照)を、支柱2側の治具用穴5にはめ込む。
上記連結凸部10を治具用穴5にはめ込むと、連結治具8の締結用プレート穴11と支柱2側の締結用穴6とが一致するので、これら締結用プレート穴11と締結用穴6とにボルト7を貫通させ、その端部にナットを締め付けて、連結治具8と平板4とを締結する。これにより、上記連結治具8を介して、隣り合うコンテナ本体C同士が連結されることになる。
また、上記連結凸部10を治具用穴5にはめ込むことによって、ボルト7を挿入するための、締結用プレート穴11と締結用穴6との位置あわせが容易にできる。
そして、上記コンテナ本体Cを建造物として設置する場合には、支柱2の下端における平板4の治具用穴5に、アンカー部材を挿入して固定することもできる。
このとき、上段の平板4の治具用穴5に上記連結治具8の上面側の連結凸部10をはめることによって、上下コンテナ本体Cの位置合わせも容易にできる。上下のコンテナ本体C,Cの位置あわせができたら、上段の平板4の締結用穴6から連結治具8の締結用プレート穴11、下段の平板4の締結用穴6に、ボルト7を貫通させ、それにナットを締め付けて、上記連結治具8を介して上下のコンテナ本体Cを連結する。
例えば、建造物の外周部分など、連結すべきコンテナ本体Cが隣接していない箇所では、上下の支柱2間に上記連結治具8を介在させていないので、プレート本体9の厚みに相当するスペーサーを介在させる必要がある。
例えば、隣り合うコンテナ本体C,Cを、間隔を空けて連結し、その間をパネルなどの別部材で連結して、コンテナ本体C,C間に別の空間を有する建造物とすることもできる。
このような配置のコンテな本体C,Cを連結するためには、上記図4に示す連結治具8ではなく、図6に示す連結治具12を用いる。
この連結治具12は、プレート本体9の両面に、上記支柱2の両端に設けた平板4の治具用穴5にはまる、底面形状を長円とする連結凸部13を備えている。そして、この連結用治具12のプレート本体9の同一面に備えた一対の連結凸部13,13は、上記長孔の長軸がプレート本体9の長手方向に直交すように設けられている。
この連結治具12を用いて、コンテナ本体C,Cを連結する際にも、図6に示すように、連結すべきコンテナ本体C,Cの支柱2,2の上方から連結治具12を被せるようにして、プレート本体9の下面側の連結凸部13を、支柱2側の治具用穴5にはめ込む。
上記連結凸部13を治具用穴5にはめ込むと、連結治具12の締結用プレート穴11と支柱2側の締結用穴6とが一致するので、これら締結用プレート穴11と締結用穴6とにボルト7を貫通させ、その端部にナットを締め付けて、連結治具12と平板4とを締結する。これにより、上記連結治具12を介して、隣り合うコンテナ本体C同士が連結されることになる。
また、図6に示す場合でも、上記連結凸部13を治具用穴5にはめ込むことによって、ボルト7を貫通させるための、締結用プレート穴11と締結用穴6との位置あわせが容易にできる。
そして、上記コンテナ本体Cを建造物として設置する場合には、支柱2の下端側における平板4の治具用穴5に、アンカー部材を挿入して地面に固定できる点や、連結治具12の長手方向長さを変更することによって隣り合うコンテナ本体C,Cの間隔を変更できる点は、図5の場合と同じである。
そして、このコンテナ本体Cは、上記張り出し部がないため、隣り合うコンテナ本体Cを隙間なく配置することもできるし、デザイン性にも優れている。
また、上記凹部2a及び平板4は、支柱2の両端ではなく、他のコンテナと連結する側の一方の端部にのみに設けるようにしてもよい。
但し、上記実施形態のように、支柱2を山形鋼で構成すれば、その開口側をコンテナ本体Cの外側に向けるだけで、開口を外側に向けた凹部2aが構成され、改めて支柱に凹部を形成する必要がない。

- コンテナ本体のコーナー部に支柱を備えた略直方体のコンテナにおいて、このコーナー部の支柱は少なくともその端部に長手方向に沿った凹部を形成し、この凹部の先端に、支柱の長手方向に直交する平板を固定するとともに、この平板には複数の連結穴を形成する一方、上記支柱は上記凹部の開口側をコンテナ本体の外側に向けたコンテナ。
- 上記連結穴は、ボルト等の締結具を挿入する締結用穴と、連結治具の凸部とはまり合う治具用穴とからなる請求項1に記載のコンテナ。
