Description

滤出药粉吸入器及应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种滤出药粉吸入器及应用,具体地说是单独使用,或与药粉吸嘴等配套组成新的吸入器。
背景技术
现有多种干粉吸入器吸入治疗哮喘,符合GINA的治愈率仅约5%。由于吸入用药粉微粒易聚集、难分离;每次药量少难分装,故掺入乳糖占干粉总量最多达98.8%,但长期吸入乳糖有副作用。而为少吸乳糖减少吸入干粉,结果 也減少了药粉量,所以疗效差。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于:从干粉中分离出药粉,快速吸入量足,去除乳糖,疗效显著。
技术解决方案
本发明目的是这样实现的:一种滤出药粉吸入器,包括底座(1)、上座(2);底座(1)中设有胶囊室(4),室下侧(81)处呈半月形朝上凹槽,室两端各设有三角形刺刀(6),分别配有按钮(5)、按钮(5a)和回位弹簧;上座(2)通过一侧洞孔(64)内的轴活动安装于底座(1)上,通过另一侧定位挂钩(2a)与底座(1)合拢或开启; 上座(2)中的通道(18)口处有栅栏(66),其特征在于:
a)所述的上座(2)中设有隔板(62),其下端连着压槽(63),槽下面(82)处呈半月形朝下凹槽;
b)所述的上座(2)上设有与吸管(131)匹配的中空管外侧连接处(10),中空管(19a)经通道(18)与隔板(62)一侧空腔(9)相通;或中空管(19a)延长约8厘米成吸嘴;
c)所述的上座(2)内的空腔(9)中可设有过滤用件(121);
d)所述的底座(1)的外面设有底座罩(72),其立面有方格框(73),罩在按钮(5a)上,减少空气进入空腔(9)内,使吸药通道相对封闭,快速吸出药粉。
在本发明中:包括吸管(131)与吸管(132)相连接在内的多个吸管依次连接成吸嘴,或吸管(131)上连接至少两个小吸管(131a)组成吸嘴;或在吸管内有包括过滤杯在内的过滤用件(121),其过滤孔数量、形状、大小、层次等根据需要设定,例如过滤孔拦住6微米以上大小微粒。
在本发明中:中空管(19a)内有插管(67)、球体(68)和栅栏。
在本发明中:上座(2)上配有吸嘴罩(71),将包括吸管(131)罩于其中,或在吸嘴罩(71)上设有药品存放室(74)。
有益效果
本发明的优点在于:底座罩(72)使吸药通道相对封闭,吸药时气流经过胶囊内将干粉迅速带出,并滤出药粉,第一时间吸入足量,疗效显著。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
滤出药粉吸入器(见图6)由底座(1)、上座(2)等组成。上座(2)的中空管延长约8厘米为吸嘴,管腔(19a)为药粉吸出口;上座(2)内的空腔(9)中有过滤袋(121)。使用时,先取下底座罩(72),按一下挂钩(2a)开启上座(2),将胶囊(8)放入胶囊室(4)中,然后将上座(2)重新合拢在底座(1)上。接着,用两手指同时按下两个按钮(5、5a),刺破胶囊后,再将底座罩(72)从按钮(5a)这一侧推进。在药粉吸出口(19a)吸药时,空气从进气口(7a)流入空腔(7)→经刺破口(8a)到胶囊(8)内,气流帯着干粉从刺破口(8b)→到空腔(9)的过滤袋内,例如10微米以上大小乳糖微粒被阻挡在过滤袋内, 5微米以下大小的药粉微粒被快速吸入呼吸道。使用后拆洗吸入器,吹干后备用。
上座(2)中的隔板(62)和压槽(63)的作用:1、将上座(2)中的空腔分为空腔(7)与(9),使气流主要从胶囊内带着干粉到空腔(9)内;2、压住胶囊,将胶囊内空气挤向两端,利于刺破;3、用手抓过的胶囊,其表面污染处被上、下凹槽压着,避免接触气流与干粉,预防交叉感染。
实施例2:
一种滤出药粉吸入器(见图8),在吸嘴管腔中有过滤袋(121)。腔道(19a)中可放置插管(67)和球体(68),然后将吸管(131)与中空管 (10)连接。 吸气时,干粉受到球体(68)的震动,撞击乳糖微粒分离药粉微粒,利于过滤。如果无意中向药粉吸入器内呼气,球体(68)堵在插管狭部,避免药粉被呼出器具。
本发明具体实施时,注塑制作,也可用金属、新材料等制成。分别制成各组件,匹配连接。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种滤出药粉吸入器,包括底座(1)、上座(2);底座(1)中设有胶囊室(4),室下侧(81)处呈半月形朝上凹槽,室两端各设有三角形刺刀(6),分别配有按钮(5)、按钮(5a)和回位弹簧;上座(2)通过一侧洞孔(64)内的轴活动安装于底座(1)上,通过另一侧定位挂钩(2a)与底座(1)合拢或开启;上座(2)中的通道(18)口处有栅栏(66),其特征在于:
    a)所述的上座(2)中设有隔板(62),其下端连着压槽(63),槽下面(82)处呈半月形朝下凹槽;
    b)所述的上座(2)上设有与吸管(131)匹配的中空管外侧连接处(10),中空管(19a)经通道(18)与隔板(62)一侧空腔(9)相通;或中空管(19a)延长约8厘米成吸嘴;
    c)所述的上座(2)内的空腔(9)中可设有过滤用件(121);
    d)所述的底座(1)的外面设有底座罩(72),其立面有方格框(73),罩在按钮(5a)上,减少空气进入空腔(9)内,使吸药通道相对封闭,快速吸出药粉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤出药粉吸入器的应用,其特征在于,包括吸管(131)与吸管(132)相连接在内的多个吸管依次连接成吸嘴;或吸管(131)上连接至少两个小吸管(131a)组成吸嘴;或在吸管内有包括过滤杯在内的过滤用件(121),其过滤孔数量、形状、大小、层次等根据需要设定,例如过滤孔拦住6微米以上大小微粒。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滤出药粉吸入器的应用,其特征在于:中空管(19a)内有插管(67)、球体(68)和栅栏。
