Abstract

一种可通过吸入气流使药粉在吸入器内气溶胶化的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,包括主体(11)及与之相连的吸嘴接头(12),其特征是在主体(11)中设有漏斗形装药孔(1),漏斗形装药孔(1)与涡流腔道相通,涡流腔道与吸嘴接头(12)上的吸嘴口(9)相通。具有显著提高药物吸入率,可使更多的药物颗粒到达下呼吸道,以至肺泡内;同时,又可防止药物在使用者呼气时被吹出器具,可预防交叉感染和减少药物全身副作用,显著减轻使用者的经济负担等优点。

Description

干粉气溶胶化吸入器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种干粉吸入器具,具体地说是一种能使药粉实现气溶胶化的干粉气溶胶化吸入器。
背景技术
目前,现有的干粉吸入器有多种结构形式,但主要有三个问题:一是干粉吸入率低,经研究显示,仅有8~16%的药物颗粒能进入气道和肺部;二是干粉易被吹出器具,一些干粉吸入器的待吸干粉散装在吸嘴口附近,一旦向吸嘴口内呼气,特别是老人、儿童在使用时常会不由自主地呼气,干粉易被吹掉了;三是有的吸嘴口清洗困难,吸嘴口上的污染物会引起交叉感染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种可通过吸入气流使药粉在吸入器内气溶胶化,显著提高药物吸入率,可使更多的药物颗粒到达下呼吸道,以至肺泡内;同时,又可防止药物在使用者呼气时被吹出器具,可预防交叉感染和减少药物全身副作用,显著减轻使用者的经济负担的新型干粉气溶胶化吸入器。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种干粉气溶胶化吸入器,包括主体11及与之相连的吸嘴接头12,其特征是在主体11中设有装药孔1,装药孔1与涡流腔道相通,涡流腔道与吸嘴接头12上的吸嘴口9相通。吸嘴接头12与主体11可分开制作,然后拼装成完整器具。
本发明还进一步采取了以下技术措施:
所述的装药孔1为漏斗形装药孔1,漏斗形装药孔1的上方、主体11上安装有装药孔盖板2。装药孔盖板2可推拉。
所述的装药孔盖板2上可设有小孔。
在主体11上设有进气口4,进气口4通过进气道5与漏斗形装药孔1相通。
所述的进气口4位置处的主体11上安装有单向阀片3。
所述的涡流腔道的数量大于一个的涡流腔道或相串连或相并列。
所述的涡流腔道数量为二个或二个以上时,涡流腔道或部分相串连或部分相并列。
所述的涡流腔道由小内径进气道6、大内径涡旋室7与小内径出气道8组成;小内径进气道6的一端与大内径涡旋室7相通,另一端与漏斗形装药孔1相通;大内径涡旋室7或直接与小内径出气道8相通,或与相邻的涡流腔道的小内径进气道相通;以此类推,直至最后一个涡流腔道中的小内径出气道8与吸嘴口9相通。
上述的大内径涡旋室7与小内径进气道6连接处或为渐变结构或为突变结构。
吸嘴接头12上套装有供使用者***的外套管10,外套管10有多种规格可供使用。
本发明的有益效果:
1、可使被吸入的药物颗粒在进入呼吸道前已气溶胶化,增加吸入率,并能到达下呼吸道,以至肺泡内。为防治呼吸道疾病提供了更加有效的直接给药途径。
2、能防止待吸干粉被吹出器具。
3、吸嘴外套管清洗方便,可预防交叉感染。
4、设计了较长的吸嘴外套管,可放置到口腔中部偏后处,放在舌头上,吸嘴口对着咽部,减少干粉在舌头和口腔粘膜上的粘附。这样在吸药过程中,既有助于提高干粉的吸入率,又可避免口腔粘膜和舌头吸收过多的药物,减少药物全身副作用的发生率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1~4所示。
一种干粉气溶胶化吸入器,包括主体11及与之相连的吸嘴接头12,在主体11中设有漏斗形装药孔1,漏斗形装药孔1的上方、主体11上安装有装药孔盖板2,装药孔盖板2插装在主体11上的插槽(如图3所示)中,装药孔盖板2上可设有相应的小孔,漏斗形装药孔1分别与主体11上的进气道5及涡流腔道的进气道6相通,涡流腔道的出气道8的一端与吸嘴接头12上吸嘴口9相通,吸嘴口9的内径大于出气道8的内径,因此,本实施例的吸嘴口9与小内径出气道8也相当于形成了一个涡流腔道,即本实施例实际上是采用的二个涡流腔道串连的方式。进气口4位置处的主体11上安装有单向阀片3,单向阀片3的结构如图4所示。涡流腔道由小内径进气道6、大内径涡旋室7与小内径出气道8组成;小内径进气道6分别与漏斗形装药孔1相通及大内径涡旋室7相通。当涡流腔道的数量为多个时,图1中的小内径出气道8相当于小内径进气道6,它与相邻的涡流腔道中的大内径涡旋室相通,以此类推,直至最后一个小内径出气道与吸嘴口9相通。吸嘴口9可采用如图1所示的渐变式结构,也可采用突变式结构。大内径涡旋室7与小内径进气道6及小内径出气道8连接处或为如图1所示的渐变结构,也可采用突变结构。在吸嘴接头12上套装有供使用者***的外套管10,外套管10有多种规格可供选用。
具体实施时可以注塑制作,也可以用木材、陶瓷等材料制成。吸嘴部分12与主体11可分开制作,然后拼装成完整器具;或者以纵剖面整体分成两半制作,然后合拢则成。
本发明具体实施时可采用以下方法进行制造:
首先在干粉气溶胶化吸入器的主体11上制作一个能盛装干粉的漏斗形装药孔1,其上口内径可10毫米左右,下口内径可3毫米左右。该漏斗形装药孔1下端连接装药孔后管道结构,其管道内径从连接漏斗形装药孔1处开始可逐渐变大,也可部分变大。吸气使干粉通过管道时,干粉可达气溶胶状态。漏斗形装药孔1的侧壁可与装药孔前管道(进气道)相连;漏斗形装药孔1上可有装药孔盖板2,装药孔盖板2上可有小孔,孔内径可为3毫米左右;漏斗形装药孔1上的装药孔盖板2上也可无小孔。可用推拉式装药孔盖板,装药孔盖板安装于装药孔盖板槽内即可,如图3所示。
其次,在漏斗形装药孔1下端与吸嘴口之间管道(装药孔后管道)作为干粉气溶胶化腔室(即涡流腔道),管道内有以一段小内径进气道6与一段大内径管道(即涡旋室7)和小内径出气道8相连,组成一个结构单元。气流从小内径进气道6进入到大内径管道段(即涡旋室7)时形成涡流,干粉随气流通过时即在涡流中充分弥散,形成气溶胶。管道内若有两个或两个以上的涡流腔道相串连或相并列,则可使干粉反复地弥散,达到更加气溶胶化目的;小内径进气道6的内径可3毫米左右,此段管道长可在8毫米左右。大内径管道的内径(即涡旋室7)可为10毫米左右;大内径管道(即涡旋室7)的进气端管径或为渐变结构,或为突变结构,但以突变结构的涡旋效果最好;然后大内径涡旋室7的内径应逐渐变小,也可以不变小,以防止干粉的滞留,此段管道长可在25毫米左右。
第三,为防止干粉被吹出,漏斗形装药孔1上部的装药孔盖板2上应无小孔,装药完毕后装药孔盖板2即应关闭。在漏斗形装药孔1的侧壁,可通过进气道5与进气口4相通,在进气口4处设有单向阀片3。当由吸嘴口9吸气时,阀片3向内开启,空气进入;若不慎向吸嘴口9内呼气时,阀片3将关闭,防止干粉被吹出。单向阀片3由阀耳安装在主体11上的阀耳洞即成,参见图4。
第四,在吸嘴接头12上有外套管10,便于使用后取下清洗、消毒。外套管10长度可在80毫米左右,外套管10被使用者***部分,可有不同大小规格,以适应大小口型选用。
本发明的使用过程为:
先将干粉(一般用量1-3立方毫米)倒入漏斗形装药孔1内,然后将装药孔盖板2关闭,就完成了吸药前准备工作。当在吸嘴口9处吸气时,进气口4上的阀片3开启,空气从进气口4流入,经进气道5补充到漏斗形装药孔1内。同时,漏斗形装药孔1内的干粉随气流进入到小内径进气道6→大内径涡旋室7→小内径出气道(8)→大内径吸嘴口9→口腔。气流在进入大内径涡旋室7和大内径吸嘴口9以及口腔时已几度产生涡流,带动干粉均匀地悬浮在气流中,形成气溶胶。吸嘴接头12及外套管10可放置于口腔中部偏后处,放在舌头上,吸嘴口对着咽部,减少干粉被口腔粘膜和舌头粘附着。随着吸气动作,气溶胶化干粉可广泛而深入地到达下呼吸道,以至肺泡内,可充分显示用药量少、起效快、全身副作用小等优点。

Claims (10)

1、一种干粉气溶胶化吸入器,包括主体(11)及与之相连的吸嘴接头(12),其特征是在主体(11)中设有漏斗形装药孔(1),漏斗形装药孔(1)与涡流腔道相通,涡流腔道与吸嘴接头(12)上的吸嘴口(9)相通,吸嘴接头(12)与主体(11)分开制作,然后拼装成完整器具。
2、根据权利要求1所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的漏斗形装药孔(1)的上方、主体(11)上安装有装药孔盖板(2),装药孔盖板(2)可推拉。
3、根据权利要求2所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的装药孔盖板(2)上设有小孔。
4、根据权利要求2所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是在主体(11)上设有进气口(4),进气口(4)通过进气道(5)与漏斗形装药孔(1)相通。
5、根据权利要求4所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的进气口(4)位置处的主体(11)上安装有单向阀片(3)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的涡流腔道的数量大于一个的涡流腔道或相串连,或相并列。
7、根据权利要求6所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的涡流腔道部分相串连或部分相并列。
8、根据权利要求1、6或7所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的涡流腔道由小内径进气道(6)、大内径涡旋室(7)与小内径出气道(8)组成;小内径进气道(6)的一端与大内径涡旋室(7)相通,另一端与漏斗形装药孔(1)相通;大内径涡旋室(7)或直接与小内径出气道(8)相通,或与相邻的涡流腔道的小内径进气道相通;以此类推,直至最后一个涡流腔道中的小内径出气道与吸嘴口(9)相通。
9、根据权利要求8所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的大内径涡旋室(7)与小内径进气道(6)连接处或为渐变结构或为突变结构。
10、根据权利要求1所述的干粉气溶胶化吸入器,其特征是所述的吸嘴接头(12)上套装有外套管(10)。
