主缆单元索股是悬索桥的主要承重构件, 单元索股一般由 5mm系列的高强度 镀锌钢丝集束而成, 以往单元索股的规格一般为 61丝、 91丝和 127丝, 目前超长 大规格主缆单元索股规格达到 (D5mm X 5000m X 169丝, 单根单元索股的重量达到 120吨, 单元索股截面一般为正六边形, 一些特殊索股也可以是矩形或其他形状, 单元索股每隔 1.5m〜2m用复合包带包扎。传统上, 国内外在主缆单元索股的收卷 工艺上均采用大直径钢盘收卷水平排线的技术, 这种技术简称为成盘工艺。 成盘 工艺的特点之一是从索股的制作、 运输和放索都离不开大直径钢盘。 在成盘索股 运往大桥工地的过程中, 索股由于自重原因, 索股会产生椭圆形堕坠, 如图 1 所 示, 由于索股 10产生椭圆形堕坠从而使得索股 10卷绕松弛, 钢盘旋转时索股之 间会产生摩擦; 索股随钢盘不断地旋转过程中, 这种堕坠会产生所谓的 "呼啦圈" 效应, 从而打乱卷绕束股应有的排列次序, 使得放束时束股牵出困难; 放索中的 牵引拽拉使卷绕松弛的束股忽紧忽松, 钢丝束股间的摩擦更会加剧, 使包带擦伤 直至断裂, 造成束股钢丝松散。 补救的方法是在现场不断地对束股进行人工整形 和包扎, 对已经形成的呼啦圈要停机抽紧后再放束, 这不仅给主缆的拼装成型带 来极大不便, 更严重的是要影响工期。 放索过程中出现的 "呼啦圈"现象, 会随 着放索过程的进行而变得越来越严重, 松弛量会逐渐增大, 索股将会碰撞到地面, 直至放索施工无法正常进行。 尤其是当索股长度越长的时候, "呼啦圈"现象越严 重, 而且索股的长度越长, 补救的措施将越难进行, 甚至无法进行。 根据经验, 在索股形状保持良好的前提下, 采用成盘工艺, 一般索股长度超过 1500m, 在放 索时容易出现 "呼啦圈"现象, 严重时直接影响到现场施工进度和索股质量。 发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷, 提供一种的工作效率高、 收放质量高、 劳动强度 低的收束放束方法, 本发明公开了一种平行钢丝束股的水平收束和水平放束方法。 本发明通过如下技术方案达到发明目的:
一种平行钢丝束股的水平收束和水平放束方法, 包括索股收束操作和索股放 束操作, 其特征是, 按如下步骤依次进行:
索股收束操作时, 按如下步骤依次进行:
在地面固定导向架, 导向架由底座、 支架、 电动葫芦、 定滑轮、 钢丝绳、 升 降架、 滚轮、 压力传感器、 测速编码器、 测高编码器和限位轮组成, 底座固定在 地面上, 底座上固定支架和电动葫芦, 支架的顶端设有定滑轮, 定滑轮上绕有钢 丝绳, 钢丝绳的一端系在电动葫芦上, 钢丝绳的另一端连接升降架, 升降架内设 有 3个滚轮、 2个压力传感器和 1个测速编码器, 3个滚轮排列成 "品"字形, 即 3个滚轮各自圆心的连线构成三角形, 3个滚轮的一侧设有压力传感器和测速编码 器, 定滑轮的一侧设有测高编码器, 电动葫芦、 压力传感器、 测速编码器和测高 编码器都通过通信线连接可编程控制器, 在导向架一侧的地面上固定转轴, 旋转 平台和转轴连接且旋转平台绕转轴转动, 旋转平台的上表面和地面齐平, 旋转平 台上铺设有平台轨道, 轨道平车定位于平台轨道上, 旋转平台的旋转特性便于轨 道平车能以多种方向选择和车间轨道对接。
内胆由至少 4片撑板及顶部拉杆组成, 4片撑板呈环型排列且均匀分布, 相邻 的撑板之间留有间隙, 间隙大小为撑板宽度的 80%〜150%, 撑板之间的间隙可供 操作人员进入内胆内部操作, 撑板的上部通过铰链结构固定顶部拉杆, 每块撑板 固定两条顶部拉杆, 两条顶部拉杆对称地固定在撑板的左右两侧, 撑板底部与轨 道平车之间用螺栓固定连接; 撑板顶部向外倾斜, 撑板与轨道平车固定连接后 4 片撑板的重心位于各自铰链的外侧。
将一个圆环形的托盘放置在轨道平车上并套在内胆外, 托盘的边缘处设有吊 点, 用于在束股成圈后起吊托盘及成圈的索股, 在托盘的上表面铺设防水薄膜罩。
将索股的头部穿过导向滚轮后再固定在内胆上, 驱动旋转平台旋转并带动轨 道平车及内胆一起旋转, 将索股逐圈地缠绕在内胆上, 缠绕时从内胆的底部开始 逐圈向上缠绕, 至内胆的顶部时再逐圈向下缠绕, 如此反复直至将索股全部缠绕 成圈, 索股每向上缠绕一圈时导向滚轮沿导向架向上移动和索股直径相等的距离, 索股每向下缠绕一圈时导向滚轮沿导向架向下移动和索股直径相等的距离, 以保 证索股能够整齐紧密的排列在内胆上。
在索股全部缠绕成圈后, 卸除固定连接在内胆底部和轨道平车之间的螺栓, 用吊绳吊起内胆的顶部拉杆, 由于撑板的初始重心位置位于铰链的外侧, 在重力 的作用下, 4片撑板向内收拢, 随后将内胆从成圈的索股内抽出, 用原先铺设在托 盘上表面的防水薄膜罩将成圈的索股完全包裹后, 将旋转平台上铺设的平台轨道 与地面轨道对接, 牵引轨道平车将成圈的索股移走, 完成索股收束操作。
索股放束操作时, 按如下步骤依次进行:
在地面固定导向架, 在地面固定导向架, 导向架由底座、 支架、 电动葫芦、 定滑轮、 钢丝绳、 升降架、 滚轮、 压力传感器、 测速编码器、 测高编码器和限位 轮组成, 底座固定在地面上, 底座上固定支架 (和电动葫芦, 支架的顶端设有定滑 轮, 定滑轮上绕有钢丝绳, 钢丝绳的一端系在电动葫芦上, 钢丝绳 (的另一端连接 升降架 (,升降架 (内设有 3个滚轮、 2个压力传感器和 1个测速编码器, 3个滚轮 (排 列成 "品"字形, 即 3个滚轮各自圆心的连线构成三角形, 3个滚轮的一侧设有压 力传感器和测速编码器, 定滑轮的一侧设有测高编码器, 电动葫芦、 压力传感器、 测速编码器和测高编码器都通过通信线连接可编程控制器, 在导向架一侧的地面 上固定转轴, 旋转平台和转轴连接且旋转平台绕转轴转动, 转轴内设有液压刹车, 液压刹车通过压力传感器和可编程控制器连接, 在旋转平台转动时, 液压刹车松 开, 在旋转平台停止转动时, 液压刹车始终对旋转平台施加摩擦力, 以对牵引中 的索股施加部分反向压力, 防止牵引暂停时旋转台继续旋转, 造成索股掉落及损 伤;
内胆由至少 4片撑板组成, 4片撑板呈环型排列且均匀分布, 相邻的撑板之间 留有间隙, 间隙大小为撑板宽度的 80%〜150%, 撑板底部与旋转平台之间用铰链 连接, 4片撑板都向内倾斜, 在 4片撑板的中心处设一液压千斤顶, 液压千斤顶的 顶杆连接四条推杆, 每条推杆都顶住一片撑板,
将包裹在成圈的索股外的防水薄膜罩去除, 然后将成圈的索股连同托盘一起 吊上旋转平台并将成圈的索股套在内胆外, 启动液压千斤顶通过顶杆的作用推动 推杆使 4片撑板向外撑开以固定住成圈的索股;
将成圈的索股的一端从导向滚轮穿出, 拉动索股使成圈的索股带动内胆再带 动托盘并进而带动旋转平台绕转轴转动, 从而逐圈地将索股从成圈状态释放成直 线状态。
索股每向下释放一圈时导向滚轮沿导向架向下移动和索股直径相等的距离, 索股每向上释放一圈时导向滚轮沿导向架向上移动和索股直径相等的距离, 以使 索股能够整齐紧密的排列在钢制内胆上; 如此反复直至将成圈的索股全部释放成 直线状态, 完成索股放束操作。

通过可编程控制器的控制, 使索股的施放被限制, 防止索股失控, 造成索股 损伤或人员伤亡; 使索股放束操作时保持线形相对平直, 以保护索股及防止包带 断裂; 当放束速度减慢或停止时, 逐步控制液压刹车 (24)刹住转轴; 压力传感器的 弓 I入更便于可编程控制器对液压刹车 (24)的控制。
采用本发明对平行钢丝束股水平圈实行收束和放束, 很好地解决了 "呼啦圈" 问题, 可以显著提高索股架设效益和索股质量。 本发明的有益效果是: 操作顺序 安排合理, 收束、 成圈、 包装、 运输及放束一气呵成, 减少劳动强度及时间; 索 股成圈紧密排列整齐, 收束和放束都能顺利进行; 放束时消除了堕坠现象, 不会 损伤索股及包带; 自动化程度提高, 设备可控可调, 并实时监控相关数据, 减少 人员劳动, 提高安全性; 运输盘具轻便, 不需要大型盘具, 节省了大量制作及运 输成本。 附图说明

将索股 10的头部穿过导向滚轮 11后再固定在内胆 2上, 驱动旋转平台 2按 图 2中箭头 B所示方向旋转并带动轨道平车 3及内胆 2—起旋转, 同时带动索股 10按图 2中箭头 A所示方向移动, 将索股 10逐圈地缠绕在内胆 2上, 缠绕时从 内胆 2的底部开始逐圈向上缠绕, 至内胆 2的顶部时再逐圈向下缠绕, 如此反复 直至将索股 10全部缠绕成圈, 索股 10每向上缠绕一圈时可编程控制器控制电动 葫芦 13牵引钢丝绳 15向上拉动升降架 16使导向滚轮 11和索股 10直径相等的距 离, 索股 10每向下缠绕一圈时可编程控制器控制电动葫芦 13牵引钢丝绳 15向下 拉动升降架 16使导向滚轮 11向下移动和索股 10直径相等的距离, 以保证索股能 够整齐紧密的排列在内胆上。
在索股 10全部缠绕成圈后, 如图 5所示, 卸除固定连接在内胆 4底部和轨道 平车 3之间的螺栓, 用吊绳按图 3中箭头 C所示方向吊起内胆 4的顶部拉杆 42, 由于撑板 41的初始重心位置位于铰链的外侧, 在重力的作用下, 4片撑板 41向内 收拢, 随后将内胆 2从成圈的索股 10内抽出, 用原先铺设在托盘 5上表面的防水 薄膜罩将成圈的索股 10完全包裹后, 将旋转平台 2上铺设的平台轨道 22与地面 轨道 23对接, 牵引轨道平车 3将成圈的索股 10移走, 完成索股收束操作。
索股放束操作时, 按如下步骤依次进行:

索股 10每向下释放一圈时可编程控制器控制电动葫芦 13牵引钢丝绳 15向下 拉动升降架 16使导向滚轮 11 向下移动和索股 10直径相等的距离, 索股 10每向 上释放一圈时可编程控制器控制电动葫芦 13牵引钢丝绳 15向上拉动升降架 16使 导向滚轮 11 向上移动和索股 10直径相等的距离, 以使索股能够整齐紧密的排列 在钢制内胆上; 如此反复直至将成圈的索股 10全部释放成直线状态, 完成索股放 束操作。
通过可编程控制器的控制, 使索股的施放被限制, 防止索股失控, 造成索股 损伤或人员伤亡; 使索股放束操作时保持线形相对平直, 以保护索股及防止包带 断裂; 当放束速度减慢或停止时, 逐步控制液压刹车 24刹住转轴; 压力传感器的 引入更便于可编程控制器对液压刹车 24的控制。 实施例 2

4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的平行钢丝束股的水平收束和水平放束方法, 其特 征是:索股放束操作时,撑板 (41)底部与旋转平台 (2)之间用铰链连接, 4片撑板 (41) 都向内倾斜, 撑板 (41)和旋转平台 (2)上表面所形成的夹角在 60° 〜85° 之间。
