Abstract

본 발명에 따른 NC 공작기계 공구경로 파트 프로그램 수정 시스템은, NC 공작기계의 공구를 이용하여 가공물을 가공하기 위한 공구경로를 자동화하여 수행하는 하나 이상의 가공블록으로 구성된 공구경로 파트 프로그램을 입력받는 HMI부(100)와, 상기 HMI부(100)에 입력된 상기 파트 프로그램을 가공블록별로 해석하여 각각의 가공블록 정보를 생성하는 NC 커널부(200)와, 상기 NC 커널부(200)에 의해 해석된 상기 가공블록 정보를 순차적으로 호출하여 급속이송 명령이 포함된 가공블록이 미리 설정된 기준개수 이상 연속적으로 포함된 연속 급속이송 가공블록 그룹이 존재하는 경우 공구 경로를 감소시키면서도 상기 공구와 상기 가공물간의 충돌이 발생하지 않도록 상기 연속 급속이송 가공블록 그룹을 수정하는 공구 경로 모듈부(300)와, 상기 파트 프로그램을 상기 NC 커널부(200)에서 해석된 상기 가공블록별로 시뮬레이션하는 시뮬레이터부(400)를 포함한다.
