- the adhesion to the window increases when exposed to sunlight for a long time may leave a residue when removed after use, there is a problem that is difficult to peel off.
- One object of the present invention is to provide a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a window film that is excellent in re-peelability, easy to remove from glass after construction, and excellent in compatibility with a UV absorber.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a window film having excellent UV absorption and re-peelability using the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
- Silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a window film for achieving the above object is a) 100 parts by weight of a silicone adhesive and a silicone release agent, b) 1 to 10 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, c) platinum catalyst 0.1 ⁇ 2 parts by weight and d) anchorage agent (anchorage agent) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight, wherein the ratio of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive and the silicone release agent is characterized in that the weight ratio, 1: 1 to 1: 0.2.
- Window film for achieving the above another object is a window film; An adhesive layer formed on one surface of the window film by adding a UV absorber to the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive composition; And a release film protecting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
- the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a window film according to the present invention has an advantage in that it is easy to remove, and there is little residue upon removal, thereby having excellent re-peelability.
- the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a window film according to the present invention is excellent in compatibility with the solid-state UV absorber has the advantage that the defect lifting due to the surface migration and crystallization behavior of the UV absorber does not occur.
- the content of the UV absorber can be increased in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed as thin as about 10 ⁇ m, UV transmittance of 5% or less Can be represented.

- PDMS poly dimethyl siloxane
- Silicone release agent is for adjusting the peel force of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention.
- the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive composition has excellent weather resistance, durability, and waterproofness, and thus semipermanent use is possible.
- silicone release agent compensates for the shortcomings of such conventional silicone pressure sensitive adhesives, so that the peeling force can be controlled.
- Such a silicone release agent may use a silicone gum having a vinyl group, and commercial examples thereof may include 7226 (manufactured by Dow Corning). This resin contains a small amount of ⁇ O—Si—H cross-linker.
- the ratio of a silicone adhesive and a silicone mold release agent is 1: 1: 1: 0.2 by weight ratio.
- the ratio of the silicone release agent exceeds 100% by weight of the silicone adhesive, the adhesive force is lowered, and when the ratio of the silicone release agent is less than 20% by weight of the silicone adhesive, re-peelability is low.
- the crosslinking agent may use an organosilicon compound having a SiH functional group.
- an organosilicon compound having a SiH functional group As a commercial example of such a crosslinker, 7367 (manufactured by Dow Corning) can be presented.
- the said crosslinking agent is added in 1-10 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of silicone adhesives.
- the content of the crosslinking agent is less than 1 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive, there is a problem that it is difficult to secure sufficient crosslinking density.
- the content of the crosslinking agent exceeds 10 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, the hardness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is excessively increased due to excessive crosslinking, and the initial adhesive strength and peeling strength may be lowered.
- Platinum-based catalysts play a role in controlling the crosslinking density.
- platinum-based catalysts may use platinum (Pt), ruthenium (Ru), osmium (Os), and the like, and alloys including one or more of them, such as platinum-ruthenium alloys, platinum-palladium alloys, and platinum-titanium alloys, may also be used. have. These platinum catalysts may be used alone or in combination of two or more thereof.
- the platinum catalyst is preferably added in an amount of 0.1 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. If the content of the platinum-based catalyst is added less than 0.1 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive has a problem that the curing speed is slow. In addition, when the content of the platinum-based catalyst exceeds 2 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive, there is a problem that curing itself does not occur.

- Such anchorage agents can be silane coupling agents, or can be silane coupling agents and PDMS mixtures, and can commercially present 9250 (manufactured by Dow Corning).
- the anchorage agent is preferably added in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive. If the content of the anchorage agent is less than 0.1 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive, there is a problem that the addition effect is insignificant. In addition, when the content of the anchorage agent exceeds 5 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive, there is a problem that the peel strength is lowered, the initial adhesive strength is lowered.
- the crosslinking density is preferably 50% or more. If the crosslinking density is less than 50%, durability may be a problem at high temperature and high humidity, and there is a problem that it is difficult to secure long-term durability and dimensional stability.
- the molecular weight (Mw) of the main resin formed by crosslinking is 600,000 or more. If the molecular weight (Mw) of the main resin is less than 600,000, the cohesive force of the polymer is insufficient may leave a residue when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is removed, or there may be a problem in durability. However, if the molecular weight (Mw) of the main resin exceeds 1.5 million can improve the cohesion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, there is a problem that the weather resistance is lowered.
- the test results showed a peel strength of at least 40 g / 25mm or more.
- the peeling force of the adhesive for window films is less than 20 g, the window film may be peeled off even by a slight impact. Therefore, it is preferable that the peeling force of an adhesive is 35 g / 25 mm or more from a durability and construction stability viewpoint.
- a silicon-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition was prepared by adding 267 of 7367 (manufactured by Dow Corning) as a crosslinking agent, 2 g of 7367 (manufactured by Dow Corning) as a crosslinking agent, 0.5 g of platinum catalyst, and 2 g of 9250 (manufactured by Dow Corning) as an anchorage agent.
- An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having a molecular weight (Mw) of 10% by weight of acrylic acid, 2.5% by weight of hydroxy monomer and 3.5% by weight of isocyanate crosslinking agent was prepared.
- a film was prepared using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples, and then attached to a sheet coated with UV curable paint using a roller of 2 kg based on JIS Z 0237, followed by a temperature of 23 ° C. and 55%. After storage for 24 hours in a relative humidity of 60 °C for 5 days in the condition of, using a tensile tester at a peeling rate of 0.3 m / min and measured in g / 25mm. Specimen was cut to 2.5cm x 20cm.
- test conditions were made after 1 day of normal temperature storage (Table 1 (a)), and after 1 hour storage at 200 ° C and after 1 hour curing at room temperature ((b) of Table 1).
- Table 1 shows the results of evaluation of physical properties of the films prepared according to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
- the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to Examples 1 to 3 In addition, in the case of the film made of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to Examples 1 to 3, no bubbles were generated and no crystallization occurred. This means that the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention has excellent compatibility with the UV absorber. On the other hand, the film prepared according to Comparative Example 4 shows the bubble generation and crystallization behavior, the compatibility with the UV absorber is not good.
- the film prepared according to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was excellent in durability at both low temperature and high temperature.
- the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a window film according to the present invention has excellent compatibility with a UV absorber and excellent durability at both low and high temperatures.

- a UV absorber is added to the silicon-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention on the attachment surface of the window film 110 to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 120.
- the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 120 is protected by the release film 130.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 120 is preferably formed to a thickness of 8 to 50 ⁇ m.
- the thickness of an adhesive layer is less than 8 micrometers, UV blocking efficiency will become low.
- the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exceeds 50 ⁇ m, the amount of UV absorber is also increased, so the UV blocking performance is improved, but the manufacturing cost is increased, and dust may accumulate on the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, which may cause lines on the exterior due to dust or foreign matter. have.
- the window film 110 may be a film applied to various fields such as an industrial film, a museum film, an anti-sun film, a solar control film, and the like. Also functionally, it may be a film applied to various functions such as a protective film, a cleaning sheet, a reflective sheet, a structural adhesive sheet, a photographic adhesive sheet.
- the UV absorber included in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 120 may be used without limitation as long as it is used as a UV absorber such as benzophenone series, benzotriazole series, octylmethoxy cinnamate series, and the like.
- the UV absorber may include 6 to 10% by weight of the total weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and more preferably may present 7 to 8% by weight based on the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 ⁇ m. If the UV absorber is added at less than 6% of the total weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it is difficult to exhibit a UV transmittance of 5% or less. In addition, when the UV absorber exceeds 10% of the total weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, problems of deterioration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive properties such as surface migration of the UV absorber may occur due to excessive addition.
- UV absorbers can be used regardless of the solid and liquid type, in the case of the liquid type can be added in a larger amount, but expensive cost.
- the higher the content of the UV absorber the higher the UV blocking effect.
- the content of the UV absorber is 3% by weight
- the UV blocking effect is 70% at 380nm wavelength
- the blocking effect may be approximately 97% when the content of the UV absorber is 8% by weight.
- the content of the UV absorber when the content of the UV absorber is excessive, the physical properties of the adhesive may be deteriorated due to the crystallization behavior or migration to the surface, and the surface appearance may be deteriorated due to the pressure of the adhesive at the edge of the film (steaming of the adhesive). It can be bad.
- the content of the UV absorber was difficult to add more than 4% by weight.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer had to be thickened, thereby causing an increase in pressure-sensitive adhesive manufacturing cost.
- the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention has excellent compatibility with the UV absorber, thereby increasing the content of the UV absorber in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition by nearly twice the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer while improving the UV-cut performance. Can be.
