Abstract
Description
肌の乾燥防止及び肌へのトリートメント効果を有する化粧料を得るために、保湿性能を有するラノリン、ヒマシ油等の天然由来の油剤や抱水性を有する合成エステル油剤を原料として用いることが多い。
しかし、ラノリンやヒマシ油は、天然物であるため、安定した品質のものが得にくいという問題があり、また価格変動も大きいため、品質及び価格の点で安定な原料ではなかった。
また、特許文献7及び8に記載されたエステル化合物は乳化剤であるため、油剤が有するような皮膜性機能を有していない。また、化粧料に用いた場合、化粧料の種類によっては使用量が制限される場合がある。
また、本発明の目的は、潤い感、肌、毛髪等に対する密着性、柔軟性に優れ、化粧崩れ防止効果(化粧持ち効果及び色移り防止効果)、落としやすさ、使用感(ベタつきのない軽いのび)を改善したエステル化反応生成物を提供することにある。
また、本発明の目的は、耐水皮膜形成性、艶感、水分閉塞性が得られ、さらにはべたつきがなく、塗りやすく、潤い感、化粧もちに優れた化粧料を提供することにある。
また、本発明の目的は、上記エステル化反応生成物の製造方法を提供することにある。

また、本発明は、上記エステル化反応生成物を含有してなる化粧料を提供する。
また、本発明は、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を重合させて下記成分Aを得る工程、及び得られた成分Aと下記成分B及び成分Cとをエステル化する工程を含む、エステル化反応生成物の製造方法を提供する。

また、本発明によれば、潤い感、肌、毛髪等に対する密着性、柔軟性に優れ、化粧崩れ防止効果(化粧持ち効果及び色移り防止効果)、落としやすさ、使用感(ベタつきのない軽いのび)、を改善したエステル化反応生成物を得ることができる。
また、本発明によれば、耐水皮膜形成性、艶感、水分閉塞性が得られ、さらにはべたつきがなく、塗りやすく、潤い感、化粧もちに優れた化粧料を得ることができる。
また、本発明によれば、上記エステル化反応生成物の製造方法を得ることができる。
本発明のエステル化反応生成物は、下記成分A、成分B、及び成分Cをエステル化することによって得られるエステル化反応生成物である。
成分A;7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物
成分B;12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸
成分C;ペンタエリスリトール
なお、本明細書において、「重合度」又は「量体」という場合には、平均重合度又は平均量体数のことをいうものとする。
本発明のエステル化反応生成物の製造方法は、下記成分A、成分B及び成分Cをエステル化する工程を含む。
成分A:7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物
成分B:12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸
成分C:ペンタエリスリトール
本発明のエステル化反応生成物の製造方法は2段階合成法で実施することが好ましい。すなわち、本発明のエステル化反応生成物の製造方法は、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を重合させて成分Aを得る工程(第1段階)、及び上記成分A及び成分Bと、成分Cとをエステル化する工程(第2段階)を含む。
本発明のエステル化反応生成物を製造するために用いられる12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物の重合度は、酸価測定から算出することができる。
例えば、段階工程終了時の酸価が19.8の場合、56.11×1000/19.8=2838であり、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物10量体の分子量2838であることから、この重合体の重合度は10量体となる。本発明のエステル化反応生成物を製造するために用いられる12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物の重合度は7以上であるものが用いられる。重合度が7以上であると、耐水皮膜性が高く、艶感が向上したエステル化反応生成物を得ることができる。本発明のエステル化反応生成物の用途にもよるが、重合度は7以上であってもよく、好ましくは8以上であり、更に好ましくは9以上である。また、本発明のエスエル化反応生成物の重合度は、その用途にもよるが、上限は好ましくは20以下であり、更に好ましくは18以下であり、更に好ましくは16以下であり、最も好ましくは12以下である。重合度の上限と下限の好ましい組み合わせとしては、7~20であることが好ましく、7~18であることが更に好ましく、7~16であることが更に好ましく、7~12であることが最も好ましい。また、8~20であることが更に好ましく、8~18であることが更に好ましく、8~16であることが更に好ましく、8~12であることが最も好ましい。また、9~20であることが好ましく、9~18であることが更に好ましく、9~16であることが更に好ましく、9~12であることが最も好ましい。重合度を上記範囲内とすることにより、化粧品に用いた場合に、艶、ぬりやすさ、潤い、化粧持ち、べたつきのなさ等が向上し、適度な感触や使用感が得られる。
平均重合度=15/2=7.5(量体)
また、理論平均重合度の最小は以下のようになる。先に、ペンタエリスリトール1モル(水酸基数4)及び12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸15モルが反応し、その後、ベヘン酸2モルが反応すると仮定すると、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸の平均重合度は、以下のようになる。
平均重合度=15/4=3.8(量体)
すなわち、ワンポット合成によりエステル化反応生成物を製造した場合、その重合度は、3.8~7.5量体となる。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸の重合反応は、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸分子中の水酸基又はカルボキシル基を、他の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸分子中のカルボキシル基又は水酸基とをエステル化する反応、すなわち分子間エステル化反応である。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸の重合反応は以下のように実施することができる。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を反応容器に仕込み、酸、アルカリ、その他金属触媒の存在下、又は非存在下、好ましくは反応に不活性な有機溶媒及び/又は気体中において、180~220℃の温度で5~30時間、攪拌しながらエステル化反応(重合反応)を行なう。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸として、その純度が94質量%より低いものを用いた場合、重合度が低くなる場合があり、7重量体以上の重合物の割合が低くなる場合がある。12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸としては、市販品を使用することができ、例えば、小倉合成工業(株)製、商品名「12-ヒドロ酸(HP)」が使用可能である。
本発明において用いられる12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸(成分B)としては、特に制限はなく、飽和脂肪酸あるいは不飽和脂肪酸であっても良く、直鎖脂肪酸あるいは分岐鎖脂肪酸であっても良いが、化合物の酸化安定性等の観点から、飽和脂肪酸を用いることが好ましい。このような脂肪酸としては、例えば、カプロン酸、カプリル酸、2-エチルヘキサン酸、イソノナン酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、イソステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、リグノセリン酸、セロチン酸、モンタン酸、メリシン酸等が挙げられる。また、上記飽和脂肪酸の中でも、炭素数が16~28の直鎖脂肪酸を用いることが更に好ましい。このような脂肪酸としては、例えば、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸、リグノセリン酸、セロチン酸、モンタン酸等が挙げられる。また、炭素数が16~22の直鎖脂肪酸を用いることが最も好ましい。このような脂肪酸としては、例えば、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸等が挙げられる。更に、性状、官能性、耐水皮膜性、艶感、水分閉塞性等の機能の観点から、ベヘン酸を用いることが好ましい。
上記のように、仕込量を調整することにより、得られるエステル生成物の外観、粘度等をニーズに合ったものに調整することができる。
上記エステル化反応には、必要に応じて、触媒を使用してもよい。触媒としては、酸触媒、及びアルカリ土類金属のアルコキシド等が挙げられ、酸触媒、又はアルカリ土類金属のアルコキシドを触媒として用いる場合、その使用量は、反応原料の総質量に対して0.001~1.0質量%程度であることが好ましい。
反応後、水洗、アルカリ脱酸、及び吸着処理等の公知の精製処理を行なうことで、触媒や原料未反応物を除去することができる。更に、脱色、脱臭処理を施すことで、得られた反応物を更に精製することができる。
このようにして、無色~淡黄色の透明液状で、かつ無臭のエステル化反応生成物を得ることができる。得られたエステル化反応生成物は、後述する化粧料の構成成分として用いることができる。
エステル化反応生成物の酸価を上記範囲とするには、上述のエステル化反応中に、反応生成物をサンプリングし、その酸価を測定し、所望の酸価となった時点でエステル化反応を停止することによって実施可能である。
また、本発明のエステル化反応生成物は、上述したように、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸及びペンタエリスリトールを用いてエステル化反応させて製造されたものであるから、このエステル化反応の前後において構成脂肪酸(脂肪酸残基)の組成は変化しない。従って、得られるエステル化反応生成物の構成脂肪酸の割合は、エステル化反応の際の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物及び12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸仕込み量の割合と同じであり、エステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は、好ましくは35~90%であり、更に好ましくは40~75%であり、最も好ましくは40~60%であり、更に最も好ましくは40~50%である。また、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸のモル比(%)は、好ましくは10~65%であり、更に好ましくは25~60%であり、最も好ましくは40~60%であり、更に最も好ましくは50~60%である。7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物及び12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸のモル比(%)が上記範囲内であると、耐水皮膜形成能、肌等に対する密着性、保湿性などの機能が得られる。
本発明の化粧料は、本発明のエステル化反応生成物を含有してなる。
本発明の化粧料の用途及び剤形等については特に制限はなく、例えば、***化粧料、ファンデーション、エモリエントクリーム、乳液、化粧下地、ヘアクリーム、シャンプー、リンス、ヘアコンディショニング、ハンドクリーム、美容液、眉目化粧料、爪化粧料及び日焼け止め化粧料等が挙げられる。
これらの化粧料の製造方法に特に制限はなく、公知の方法により製造することができる。
上記エステル化合物を日焼け止め化粧料中に配合することにより、肌への持続性、密着性、皮膜感に優れ、さらに、紫外線防御効果が高く、化粧もちに優れた、日焼け止め化粧料を得ることができる。
かかる成分としては、化粧料の用途及び剤形によって異なるが、例えば、油性成分、水性成分、ポリマーエマルション、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、親油性非イオン界面活性剤、親水性非イオン界面活性剤、天然系界面活性剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、防腐剤、粉末成分、顔料、pH調整剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、香料、色素、金属イオン封鎖剤、及び精製水等が挙げられる。
上記ポリマーエマルションとしては、例えば、アクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、メタクリル酸アルキル重合体エマルション、アクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、アクリル酸・アクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、メタクリル酸・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルション、アクリル酸アルキル・スチレン共重合体エマルション、メタクリル酸アルキル・スチレン共重合体エマルション、酢酸ビニル重合体エマルション、ポリ酢酸ビニルエマルション、酢酸ビニル含有共重合体エマルション、ビニルピロリドン・スチレン共重合体エマルション、シリコーン含有共重合体エマルション等が挙げられる。ポリマーエマルションは、単独で用いてもよく、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
上記香料としては、例えば、バラ油、ジャスミン油、ラベンダー油等の植物性香料、リモネン、シトラール、リナロール、オイゲノール等の合成香料等が挙げられる。香料は単独で用いてもよく、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
なお、エステル化反応生成物の酸価及び水酸基価は、医薬部外品原料規格2006に準じて測定した。
<試料調製>
試験管に試料採取し、TMS化剤(TMS-HT(HMDS and TMCS in Anhydrous Pyridine))を加え、80℃で10分間良く振り混ぜながら加熱後、20分間放置して反応させた。ヘキサンを1mL加えよく振り混ぜた。遠心分離後、ヘキサン層(上層)を分取して試料溶液としてGCに供した。

撹拌機、温度計、窒素ガス吹込管及び水分分離器を備えた1Lの四つ口フラスコに12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(商品名:12-ヒドロ酸HP:小倉合成化学工業(株)製、純度:99質量%)540gを仕込み、触媒として全体仕込み量の0.1%の塩化スズ、及び還流溶剤として全体仕込み量の5%のキシロールを加え、窒素気流下、生成した水を除去しながら200℃の温度で、15時間反応を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は19mgKOH/gであった。酸価より算出した平均重合度は10である。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸として、純度が95質量%のもの(商品名:12-ヒドロ酸HP:小倉合成化学工業(株)製の純度:99質量%品をステアリン酸にて純度95質量%に希釈して作成)を用いた以外は参考例1と同様に操作を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は19mgKOH/gであった。酸価より算出した平均重合度は10である。
12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸として、純度が90質量%のもの(商品名、ヒドロキシステアリン酸:小倉合成化学工業(株)製 純度:90質量%)を用いた以外は参考例1と同様に操作を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は31mgKOH/gであった。酸価より算出した平均重合度は6である。
参考例1~3で得られた12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物の分子量分布の測定を行い、7量体以上の分子の割合を求めた。分子量分布の測定は液体クロマトグラフにて行い、ピーク面積の割合により算出した。その分析条件は以下の通りである。
カラム:内径7.8mm、長さ300mm、5μmサイズのスチレンジビニルベンゼン基材のGPCカラムを4本連結して用いる。

分子量分布の測定の結果を下記表1に示す。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(OHV=21))246gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.6mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は21mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(OHV=60))256gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は0.8mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は60mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル)389gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.1mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は16mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は29%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は71%である。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(OHV=31))473gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.5mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は31mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(OHV=49))403gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.2mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は49mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。

反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(AV=7.6))485gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は7.6mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は13mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。
撹拌機、温度計、窒素ガス吹込管及び水分分離器を備えた1Lの四つ口フラスコに12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(小倉合成工業(株)製、商品名「12-ヒドロ酸HP」、純度:99質量%)539gを仕込み、触媒として全体仕込み量の0.1%の塩化スズ、及び還流溶剤として全体仕込み量の5%のキシロールを加え、窒素気流下、生成した水を除去しながら200℃の温度で、15時間反応を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は12.4mgKOH/gであり、酸価より算出した平均重合度は16.0であることから、得られた生成物は12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸16量体であることがわかった。
反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル(量体数:16量体)456gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は2.8mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は15mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。
撹拌機、温度計、窒素ガス吹込管及び水分分離器を備えた1Lの四つ口フラスコに12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(小倉合成工業(株)製、商品名「12-ヒドロ酸HP」、純度:99質量%)524gを仕込み、触媒として全体仕込み量の0.1%の塩化スズ、及び還流溶剤として全体仕込み量の5%のキシロールを加え、窒素気流下、生成した水を除去しながら200℃の温度で、15時間反応を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は19.7mgKOH/gであり、酸価より算出した平均重合度は10.1であることから、得られた生成物は12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸10量体であることがわかった。
反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/パルミチン酸)ペンタエリスリチル468gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.5mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は18mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、パルミチン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。
撹拌機、温度計、窒素ガス吹込管及び水分分離器を備えた1Lの四つ口フラスコに12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(小倉合成工業(株)製、商品名「12-ヒドロ酸HP」、純度:99質量%)540gを仕込み、触媒として全体仕込み量の0.1%の塩化スズ、及び還流溶剤として全体仕込み量の5%のキシロールを加え、窒素気流下、生成した水を除去しながら200℃の温度で、15時間反応を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は19.2mgKOH/gであり、酸価より算出した平均重合度は10.3であることから、得られた生成物は12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸10量体であることがわかった。
反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸ペンタエリスリチル)382gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は2.0mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は19mgKOH/gであった。本製造例においては、ベヘン酸を原料として用いていないので、得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は100%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は0%である。
撹拌機、温度計、窒素ガス吹込管及び水分分離器を備えた1Lの四つ口フラスコに12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(小倉合成工業(株)製、商品名「12-ヒドロ酸HP」、純度:99質量%)450gを仕込み、触媒として全体仕込み量の0.1%の塩化スズ、及び還流溶剤として全体仕込み量の5%のキシロールを加え、窒素気流下、生成した水を除去しながら200℃の温度で、6時間反応を行い、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物を得た。得られた重合物の酸価を測定したところ、酸価は32.4mgKOH/gであり、酸価より算出した平均重合度は6.1であることから、得られた生成物は12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸6量体であることがわかった。
反応終了後、触媒を濾別し、次に活性白土を用いて脱色後、常法にて脱臭を行い、常温でペースト状のエステル化反応生成物(テトラ(ポリ12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ベヘン酸)ペンタエリスリチル)389gを得た。得られたエステル化反応生成物の酸価は1.1mgKOH/gであり、水酸基価は16mgKOH/gであった。また得られたエステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における7量体未満の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物のモル比(%)は43%であり、ベヘン酸のモル比(%)は57%である。
製造実施例1~9、製造比較例1及び2で得られたエステル化反応生成物及び前述の各試料をそれぞれ別々にピグメントベース[赤色202号(癸巳化成社製)5%、赤色201号(癸巳化成社製)10%、酸化チタン(テイカ社製、商品名:JA-C)30%、合成雲母(コープケミカル社製、商品名:ミクロマイカMK-200K)5%、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル(日清オイリオグループ社製、商品名:コスモール222)50%]と2:8の重量比で混合し、得られた各試料5mgを、縦4cm、横3cmの人工皮革片(出光テクノファイン(株)サプラーレ(登録商標))に塗布し、ビーカーの内側に貼り付けた。次いで、試料塗布部が浸漬するように、40℃に加温したマカダミアナッツ油を注ぎ入れ、40℃の浴中で10分間撹拌した。10分経過後に、目視にて試料の落ち具合を評価した。評価結果を表2に示す。本試験においては、適度に試料が落ちる場合が良好である。従って、表2に示す結果において、適度に試料が落ちる場合を○とし、試料が落ちないか、又は試料が激しく落ちる場合を×と記載した。評価結果を表2に示す。
尚、試料が激しく落ちる場合、その試料を含有した化粧料は化粧もちが悪いと言え、また試料が落ちない場合は、その試料を含有した化粧料は落としにくいということが言えるため、適度に試料が落ちる場合が良好と評価した。
最初に以下の方法と組成に従い口紅を作製した。
トリイソステアリン酸ジグリセリル(日清オイリオグループ(株)製、商品名:コスモール43V)21%、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル(日清オイリオグループ(株)製、商品名:コスモール222)20%、トリ2-エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル (日清オイリオグループ(株)製、商品名:T.I.O) 20%、ジペンタエリトリット脂肪酸エステル(12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸:イソステアリン酸:ロジン=4:1.5:0.5、日清オイリオグループ(株)製、商品名:コスモール168ARV) 12%、イソステアリン酸トレハロースエステルズ、(日清オイリオグループ(株)製、商品名:ノムコートTQ-5) 5%、キャンデリラロウ 3%、セレシン 6%、カルナウバロウ 2%、マイクロクリスタリンワックス 1%、ピグメントベース 10%((1)記載のサンプルと同様)を計量し、90℃水浴中にて加温後、ディスパーミキサーで5分攪拌、脱気後に充填・冷却したものを型から取り出し作製した。
次に得られた口紅を、上記耐油性試験で用いた人工皮膚に1辺の長さが2cmとなるように塗布したものを6区作成し、製造実施例1、2で得られたエステル化反応生成物及び前述の各試料をそれぞれ別々に0.3g塗布し、40℃の恒温槽内に1時間静置した後、口紅の様子を観察し、にじみの有無を観察し、以下の評価基準に従って評価を行った。評価結果を表2に示す。
○:にじみが観察されない。
△:にじみが少量観察される。
×:にじみがかなり観察される。
封ロウ剤(みつろう:パラフィン=60:40)を溶解した。
別途、製造実施例1で得られたエステル化反応生成物及び前述の各試料をそれぞれ別々のシャーレの中に流し入れ、100℃の恒温槽中で乾燥させた。5Cのろ紙の重量を量り(a)、シャーレ中の試料中に浸した。ろ紙を引き上げ、余分な試料を拭き取った。次いで、試料を含んだろ紙の重量を量り(b)、以下の式により試料塗布量が6~8mg/cm2になるように調整した。
試料塗布量(mg/cm2)=(b-a)/38.47(ろ紙の面積)
次いで、透湿カップにグリセリン約20mL(約15g)を入れ、試料を塗布したろ紙を固定枠でセットし、透湿カップの周囲を封ロウ剤でシールした(また、ブランクを同時に調製した)。封ロウ剤が固まった後に、ろ紙にグリセリンが付着しないようにしながら重量を測定した(c)。次いで、透湿カップを水蒸気が飽和したデシケーター中に3時間静置し(25℃)、透湿カップを取り出して重量を測定した(d)。
以下の計算式により試料の水分透過率を計算した。
水分透過量(mg/cm2)=(d-c)/28.26(透湿カップの透過面積)
水分透過率(%)=試料の水分透過率/ブランクの水分透過率×100
水分透過率が低いほど、その試料を含有した化粧料は水分閉塞性が高いという事が出来る。
評価結果を表2に示す。
女性健常人の上腕内側部をエタノールで清拭後、その部分のコンダクタンスを高周波伝導度計(I.B.S Co.,Ltd製、SKICON-200)を用いて、温度20~25℃、相対湿度50~55%の室内で測定した。また、同様にエタノールで清拭後、製造実施例1~9、製造比較例1、2で得られたエステル化反応生成物及び前述の各試料をそれぞれ別々に1.5cm四方に適量塗布し、そのまま90~120分経過した時点で、その部分のコンダクタンスを測定した。測定値は被験者10名の平均値とした。また、試料塗布後の測定値から塗布前の値を引いた値を抵抗値とした。測定結果を表3に示す。表3中の値はμSである。
表3の結果から明らかなように、コンダクタンス測定試験において製造実施例1~3、5~7で得られたエステル化反応生成物は抵抗値が240μS前後と最適値であった。
化粧料の官能評価
10名の官能評価パネラーに、それぞれの化粧料を使用してもらい、艶(唇等の使用部位に自然な艶を付与するか否か)、ぬりやすさ(使用時の塗りやすさが良好であるか否か)、潤い感(使用部位に潤いを付与するか否か)、化粧持ち(使用後の化粧持ちが良好であるか否か)、べたつき(使用時に化粧料がべたつくか否か)等の官能評価について、それぞれの評価項目について下記評価基準に従って評価を行った。
良好である:2点。
普通である:1点。
悪い:0点。
10名のポイントを合計し、総合ポイントを算出し、総合ポイントが15~20点をA、10~14点をB、5~9点をC、4点以下をDとした。
前記の化粧料の官能評価に関し、耐水皮膜形成能が高い場合は潤い感が良好になり、塗りやすさが向上する。また肌等に対する密着性が高い場合、化粧持ちが向上する。また保湿性が高い場合潤い感が向上する。
リップグロスの製造
表4~6に示す配合のリップグロスを以下の方法で製造した。なお、以下の実施例において、表中の数字は全て質量%を表す。併せて評価結果を示す。
配合原料を計量し、90℃水浴中にて原料を溶解後、2分間攪拌を行い、脱気・充填を行い、リップグロスを得た。
口紅の製造
下記表7に示す配合の口紅を以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~11を均一に溶解混合し、成分12~15を加え、混練後再溶解した。これに成分16~18を加え均一に分散混合し、脱気して金型に流し込み、冷却固化後容器に収納し口紅を得た。
リップグロスの製造
下記表8に示す配合のリップグロスを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~8を均一に溶解混合し、成分9~11を加え、混練後再溶解した。これに成分12~14を加え均一に分散混合し、脱気して容器に充填しリップグロスを得た。
固形粉末アイシャドウの製造
下記表9に示す配合の固形粉末アイシャドウを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~3を混合溶解した。これとは別に成分4~15を均一混合し、これに、上記成分1~3を溶解した溶解物を加えて均一分散し、粉砕し、化粧料基材を得た。得られた化粧料基材100質量部に対し、揮発性溶媒(イソドデカン)を50質量部混合し、金皿に充填後、溶剤を加熱乾燥により除去し、固形粉末アイシャドウを得た。
固形粉末ファンデーションの製造
下記表10に示す配合の固形粉末ファンデーションを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~4を混合溶解した。これとは別に成分5~15を均一混合し、これに、上記成分1~4を溶解した溶解物を加えて均一分散し、粉砕し、化粧料基材を得た。得られた化粧料基材を金皿に充填後、加圧成型し、固形粉末ファンデーションを得た。なお、表中、架橋型シリコーン末としては、信越化学工業(株)製、KSP-300を用いた。
クリームの製造
下記表11に示す配合のクリームを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~14及び成分15~28を、各々80℃で溶解した後、混合、撹拌しつつ30℃まで冷却し、容器に充填し、クリームを得た。
W/Oクリームの製造
下記表12に示す配合のW/Oクリームを以下の方法で製造した。
成分10~25を60℃の温度で均一に溶解した。これとは別に成分1~9を60℃の温度で均一に溶解し、これに上記成分10~25を溶解した溶解物を加えて乳化分散した後、30℃まで冷却してW/Oクリームを得た。なお、表中において、共変性シリコンとしては、ゴールドシュミット社製、ABIL EM90を、POE変性シリコン分散液としては、東レ・ダウコーニング社製、シリコンBY22-008を、長鎖分岐脂肪酸コレステリルとしては、日本精化社製、YOFCO CLE-NHを、シリコンエラストマー分散液としては、東レ・ダウコーニング社製、トレフィルE-508を用いた。
ジェルの製造
下記表13に示す配合のジェルを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~10及び成分11~25を各々60℃に加熱溶解し、次いで両者を混合し、撹拌しつつ30℃まで冷却しジェルを得た。なお、表中において、球状シリコン粉体としては、モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ社製、トスパール145Aを、糖セラミドとしては、紀文フードケミカル社製、バイオセラミドを用いた。
乳液の製造
下記表14に示す配合の乳液を以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~7及び成分8~26を各々60℃に加熱溶解し、次いで両者を混合し、撹拌しつつ30℃まで冷却し乳液を得た。
液体ファンデーションの製造
下記表15に示す配合の液体ファンデーションを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~8を80℃の温度で混合し、均一に溶解し、これに、成分9~11を粉砕したものを加えた。また、成分12及び13を混合し、80℃に加熱したものを加え、室温まで混合冷却し、液体ファンデーションを得た。
ヘアコンディショナーの製造
下記表16に示す配合のヘアコンディショナーを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~8を80℃の温度で加熱溶解した。これとは別に、成分10~13を55~80℃の温度に加熱して混合し、これを成分1~8を加熱溶解した溶解物に加え、その後冷却し、成分9を加え、ヘアコンディショナーを得た。
コンシーラーの製造
下記表17に示す配合のコンシーラーを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~11を加熱溶解した後、均一混合した。これに成分12~15を加え、ロールミルにて混練し、均一分散せた。更に、成分16及び17とともに再融解し、脱泡した後に金型に流し込み室温まで冷却し、コンシーラーを得た。
口紅の製造
下記表18に示す配合の口紅を以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~13を均一に溶解混合し、成分14~17を加え、混練後再溶解した。これに成分18~20を加え均一に分散混合し、脱気して金型に流し込み、冷却固化後容器に収納し口紅を得た。
リキッドルージュの製造
下記表19に示す配合のリキッドルージュを以下の方法で製造した。
成分1~9を均一に溶解混合し、成分10~15を加え、混練後再溶解した。これに成分16~17を加え均一に分散混合し、脱気して容器に充填しリキッドルージュを得た。
A;4人以上が効果ありと回答
B;3人が効果ありと回答
C;2人が効果ありと回答
D;1人以下が効果ありと回答
Claims (16)
- 下記成分A、成分B、及び成分Cをエステル化することによって得られるエステル化反応生成物。
成分A;7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物
成分B;12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸
成分C;ペンタエリスリトール - 上記エステル化反応生成物の水酸基価が10~70mgKOH/gであり、酸価が10mgKOH/g以下である、請求項1記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記エステル化反応生成物の酸価が3mgKOH/g以下である、請求項1又は2記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記エステル化反応生成物の水酸基価が10~30mgKOH/gである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記エステル化反応生成物の脂肪酸残基における上記成分Aのモル比(%)が35~90%であり、上記成分Bのモル比(%)が10~65%である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記成分Bが飽和脂肪酸である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記成分Bが、炭素数16~28の直鎖飽和脂肪酸である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記成分Bがベヘン酸である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記成分Aの重合度が8~20である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 上記成分Aが、94質量%以上の純度の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を重合することにより得られる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のエステル化反応生成物を含有してなる化粧料。
- 上記エステル化反応生成物の含有量が0.1~80質量%である、請求項11に記載の化粧料。
- ***化粧料、ファンデーション、エモリエントクリーム、乳液、化粧下地、ヘアクリーム、シャンプー、リンス、ヘアコンディショニング、ハンドクリーム、美容液、眉目化粧料、爪化粧料及び日焼け止め化粧料からなる群から選択される、請求項11又は12に記載の化粧料。
- 下記成分A、成分B、及び成分Cをエステル化する工程を含む、エステル化反応生成物の製造方法。
成分A;7量体以上の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物
成分B;12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸重合物以外の脂肪酸
成分C;ペンタエリスリトール - 12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を重合させて上記成分Aを得る工程、及び得られた成分Aと上記成分B及び上記成分Cとをエステル化する工程を含む、請求項14記載のエステル化反応生成物の製造方法。
- 上記成分Bがベヘン酸であり、上記成分Aが、94質量%以上の純度の12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を重合することにより得られたものである、請求項14又は15記載のエステル化反応生成物の製造方法。
