Abstract

본 발명은 선형 전동기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선형 전동기는, 1차 부재 및 2차 부재를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 1차 부재는 복수의 전기자 모듈을 포함하고, 각 전기자 모듈은, 자성체 코어, 상기 자성체 코어로부터 돌출하는 복수의 돌극 및 코일로 구성되고, 일부 또는 모든 돌극에 또는 돌극 사이의 자성체 코어에 같은 위상의 전류가 흐르는 코일이 감기고, 상기 2차 부재는 복수의 영구 자석을 포함하는 하나 이상의 영구 자석 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 영구 자석 모듈은, 상기 자성체 코어를 향해 돌출하여 두 돌극 사이에 놓이고, 선형 전동기의 진행 방향으로 복수의 영구 자석이 극을 바꿔 가면서 배치되고, S개의 전기자 모듈과 진행 방향으로 나열된 P개의 영구 자석을 한 단위로 하여 진행 자계에 의한 추력이 생성되도록 소정의 위상차를 갖는 전원이 각 전기자 모듈의 코일에 인가되고, 상기 1차 부재 또는 상기 2차 부재 중 어느 하나가 가동자가 되고 다른 하나가 고정자가 되어 상기 생성되는 추력에 의해 서로 상대적으로 이동할 수 있다. 따라서, 자기 흡인력에 의해 발생하는 문제를 해결하고, 조립이 용이하고 효율이 높고, 장거리 이송이 가능하고, 추진력의 리플을 줄일 수 있는 전동기를 제공할 수 있다.
