Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nanopartikeln aus einem Edelmetall sowie die Verwendung der mit dem Verfahren hergestellten Nanopartikel. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Möglichkeiten für eine einfache und kostengünstige Herstellung von Nanopartikeln aus einem Edelmetall anzugeben, bei denen gezielt Einfluss auf die Partikelgröße der so hergestellten Nanopartikel genommen werden kann. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können Nanopartikel aus Silber, Gold und Platin, mit einstellbarer Partikelgröße hergestellt werden. Es wird eine chemische Verbindung des jeweiligen Edelmetalls in einer wässrigen Lösung oder das Edelmetall in einem Säuregemisch gelöst. Der jeweiligen Lösung wird eine mindestens ein Tensid enthaltende wässrige Lösung und bei Silber und Platin zusätzlich ein Reduktionsmittel zugegeben. Zur Beeinflussung der Partikelgröße werden die Parameter: Konzentration der chemischen Verbindung oder des Edelmetalls, Temperatur, pH-Wert und der Anteil an Tensid beeinflusst werden. Die aus der jeweiligen Lösung ausfallenden Edelmetallpartikel können auszentrifugiert werden.
