Abstract

This invention provides a method for producing an ultra-fine nano precious metal solution, which is performed by a chemical reduction method to reduce ions of copper, silver, gold stabilized in various dispersants to copper, silver, gold nano particles. During the preparation process, various protection agents are added to inhibit aggregation of nanoparticles so that the ultra-fine nano precious metal solution with an average particle size of less than 5 nm (diameter of 1 nm to 5 nm) can be prepared. Because of the protection effect of the protection agents, the nano precious metal solution can be more stable, and its tolerance to pH, oxidation, light and heat is greatly improved. This invention employs multiple protection measures to increase obstacles for nano particles aggregation and inhibit aggregation so as to prepare the nanoparticles that maintain in small sizes and have great stability, thereby changing certain physical properties of the nanoparticles and expanding application scopes thereof.
