例えば、特許文献1に記載のものでは、マイクロホンの前に人が立っていることを検出している時のみ、音声による呼び登録を可能にし、乗場にいる待ち客の会話や周囲の騒音等によって呼びの誤登録(音声の誤認識)がなされることを防止している。また、呼びの誤登録を防止するための手段として、特許文献2に、音声入力用のマイクロホンを複数設置することが、特許文献3に、複数の処理方法によって音声認識を行うことが記載されている。
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1におけるエレベーターの呼び登録装置を示す構成図、図2は図1の呼び登録装置を備えたエレベーターのかご内の状態を示す図である。
下記表1は、本実施の形態における戸開時間の調整方法の一例を示したものである。
また、音声登録装置5では、人検出手段13が、音声登録装置5の使用者状況に関するデータを人感センサ3から取得する(S102)。
実施の形態1においては、音声登録装置5が使用可能な状態になると、エレベーターの乗車負荷に応じて戸開時間を適宜延長させ、乗客が音声による呼び登録を行う前に戸が閉まってしまうことを防止した。しかし、上記実施の形態1に示す構成では、呼び登録がスムーズに行われた場合、即ち、呼び登録が順次行われて戸開時間を延長させる必要がなくなった場合に、戸開時間調整手段17による上記調整機能によって、戸開時間が無駄に延長されてしまう恐れがある。
本実施の形態における音声登録装置5は、音声認識装置8内に、上述の13乃至17に示す各手段に加え、戸開時間補正手段18が備えられている。なお、戸開時間補正手段18も他の各手段13乃至17と同様に、例えば、マイクロコンピュータ上のソフトウェアによって構成される。
下記表2は、本実施の形態における戸開時間の補正方法の一例を示したものである。
図6はこの発明の実施の形態3におけるエレベーターの呼び登録装置を示す構成図である。図6に示すように、本実施の形態においては、カメラ(優先者検出装置)19がエレベーターの制御盤2に新たに接続され、音声認識装置8内に、優先乗客判定手段20が新たに備えられている。なお、優先乗客判定手段20も他の各手段13乃至17(18)と同様に、例えば、マイクロコンピュータ上のソフトウェアによって構成される。
下記表3及び4は、本実施の形態における戸開時間の調整方法の一例を示したものである。
その他は、実施の形態1或いは2と同様の効果を有している。

Claims (8)
- エレベーターのかごに設置された音声入力用のマイクロホンと、
前記かごに設けられた、乗客を検出するための人検出装置と、
エレベーターの戸開中に前記人検出装置が乗客の存在を検出した場合に、前記マイクロホンから入力された音声信号に基づいて、呼びの登録を行う呼び登録手段と、
前記呼び登録手段によって呼びを登録することが可能な時に、エレベーターの乗車負荷に基づいて戸開時間を調整する戸開時間調整手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエレベーターの呼び登録装置。 - 前記戸開時間調整手段は、エレベーターの乗車負荷が大きくなるに従い戸開時間が長くなるように、戸開時間の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
- エレベーターの乗車負荷は、音声によって呼びの登録を行うと予想される乗客数に基づいて算出されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
- 音声によって呼びの登録を行うと予想される乗客数は、所定の秤装置によって検出された前記かごの乗車重量又は所定のカメラによって撮影されたかご内画像から算出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
- 前記呼び登録手段によって呼びを登録することが可能な時に、前記呼び登録手段による呼びの登録実績に基づいて戸開時間を補正する戸開時間補正手段と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。 - 前記戸開時間補正手段は、前記呼び登録手段によって登録された呼びの数が多くなるに従い戸開時間が短くなるように、戸開時間の補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
- 前記かご内を撮影するためのカメラと、
前記カメラによって撮影された画像情報に基づいて、呼びの登録動作に時間が掛かると予想される所定の優先乗客を判定する優先乗客判定手段と、
を備え、
前記戸開時間調整手段は、前記優先乗客判定手段によって判定された優先乗客の人数に基づいて、戸開時間の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。 - 前記優先乗客判定手段は、優先乗客を所定の種別毎に判別し、
前記戸開時間調整手段は、前記優先乗客判定手段によって判別された優先乗客の種別毎の人数に基づいて、戸開時間の調整を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエレベーターの呼び登録装置。
