Abstract
본 발명은 사람 하비갑개 유래 중간엽 기질세포로부터 골, 연골 또는 신경세포로 분화를 유도하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 사람 하비갑개 조직에서 분리한 중간엽 기질세포를 성장인자가 포함된 배지에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 사람 하비갑개 유래 중간엽 기질세포로부터 골, 연골, 신경세포 또는 지방세포로 분화를 유도하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 분화된 세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 연골손상 질환, 뼈 손상 또는 골대사성 질환, 또는 신경손상 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 사람 하비갑개 유래의 중간엽 기질세포로부터 분화된 골, 연골, 신경세포 또는 지방세포는 상기 세포들의 손상으로 야기되는 질환을 치료하기 위한 세포 대체 요법 및 재생의학 분야에 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있고, 본 발명에서 사용하는 사람 하비갑개 조직은 하비갑개 수술 과정에서 폐기 처리되는 조직을 사용한 것으로서 용이하게 세포 공급원을 수득할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
