Abstract
建物内で消費される電力量を計測する計測手段と、電力会社からの電力情報を受信する通信手段と、前記計測手段による計測結果および前記電力情報のうち少なくとも何れか一方に基づいて前記建物内での使用電力に関わる提供情報を生成し、前記提供情報を新規に生成すると、報知手段に報知信号を出力する提供情報生成手段と、前記報知信号が入力されると報知動作を行う報知手段とを備えた電力監視システムが提供される。
