技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃镜, 尤其是一种环保玻璃镜, 它通过环氧树脂保护外 膜, 既加强了玻璃镜的整体强度, 又取代了前期的硝基酸漆油, 而真正成为环 保的玻璃镜。
背景技术
传统的玻璃镜, 其结构一般包括有玻璃和硝基酸漆油, 硝基酸漆油设置在 玻璃的底面; 此款玻璃镜, 利用硝基酸漆油的反光原理, 并配合玻璃表面构成 镜面作用; 然而, 传统结构的玻璃镜, 存在以下不足之处: (1 ) 由于玻璃镜中 使用了污染物硝基酸漆油, 这明显不符合环保要求, 对人体健康产生明显的损 害; (2) 硝基酸漆油在玻璃镜中, 仅起到反光作用, 而玻璃镜一般厚度较薄, 其强度较小, 因此, 容易损坏, 破裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足之处, 而提供一种结构 简单、 合理, 而且强度大的环保玻璃镜。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种环保玻璃镜, 关键是, 在玻璃的底面上设置有金属铝层, 金属铝层上 设置有环保的保护外膜, 以构成玻璃镜; 由于金属铝层具有反光作用, 而保护 外膜起到保护金属铝层的作用, 它们与玻璃共同构成环保型的玻璃镜, 此款玻 璃镜, 通过环氧树脂保护外膜, 既加强了玻璃镜的整体强度, 更重要的是, 它

本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 一种环保玻璃镜, 在玻璃 1的底面上真空电镀有金属铝层 2, 金属铝层 2上热熔一层环保的保护外膜 3, 保护外膜为环氧树脂保护外膜, 它是 通过热熔到金属铝层表面上, 以构成玻璃镜;
所述保护外膜 3为胶膜薄层, 保护外膜 3也可以是其它树脂薄层。
原理: 由于金属铝层 2具有反光作用, 而保护外膜 3起到保护金属铝层 2
的作用, 它们与玻璃共同构成环保型的玻璃镜, 此款玻璃镜, 通过环氧树脂保 护外膜 3, 既加强了玻璃镜的整体强度, 更重要的是, 它通过树脂保护膜 3取代 了前期的硝基酸漆油, 而真正成为环保的玻璃镜, 因此, 它具有结构简单、 合 理, 而且强度大和环保的优点。
Claims
