本实用新型涉及真空镀膜领域、玻璃表面电化学处理领域以及化学强化领域等,具体公开了一种显示屏的防蓝光玻璃保护片。
背景技术
目前,市场上的显示屏不管是被动显示还是主动显示,其发光波段都在380-780nm范围,而发光波段在380-500nm范围的短波段光又称为蓝光。由于蓝光对人眼有伤害作用,尤其夜晚在周围杂光消失之后,蓝光对人眼的伤害非常大,所以人们在长时间观看显示屏之后普遍感到眼睛疲劳,尤其是有夜视习惯的群体更是如此。因此,如何有效防止蓝光对人眼的伤害,从而保护人的眼睛,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。

针对上述缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种显示屏的防蓝光玻璃保护片,不仅可以有效防止蓝光对人眼的伤害,保护人的眼睛,而且具有超爽滑性之触感。
本实用新型公开一种显示屏的防蓝光玻璃保护片,包括:
玻璃基板(4),所述玻璃基板(4)的一侧面经过雾化处理形成雾化层(1),所述雾化层(1)的雾面镀有防指纹镀层(3),所述玻璃基板(4)的另一侧面镀有防蓝光镀层(2),所述防蓝光镀层(2)的表面贴有A/B胶层(5),所述防指纹镀层(3)的表面具备超爽滑性。
其中,所述雾化层(1)的雾度值范围为3%-13%。
其中,所述防蓝光镀层(2)的透光参数如下:
380-400nm波长对应的透过率小于45%;
450nm处对应的透过率小于45%;
480nm处对应的透过率小于70%;
550-650nm范围对应的透过率大于93%。
其中,所述防指纹镀层(3)的膜层厚度范围为15-25nm,水接触角大于113度,在0000#钢丝绒上荷重1kg力往复摩擦3000次,水接触角大于100度。
其中,所述玻璃基板(4)为钠钙玻璃、高铝玻璃、康宁玻璃或硼硅玻璃中的任意一种玻璃材质。
其中,所述防指纹镀层(3)的表面摩擦系数小于0.02。
本实用新型中,该显示屏的防蓝光玻璃保护片可以通过A/B胶层(5)贴在显示屏上,不仅可以有效防止蓝光对人眼的伤害,保护人的眼睛,而且具有超爽滑性之触感。

380-400nm波长对应的透过率小于45%;
450nm处对应的透过率小于45%;
480nm处对应的透过率小于70%;
550-650nm范围对应的透过率大于93%。
其中,所述防指纹镀层(3)的膜层厚度范围为15-25nm,水接触角大于113度,在0000#钢丝绒上荷重1kg力往复摩擦3000次,水接触角大于100度。
