Abstract
Es wird eine Lautsprechereinheit mit mindestens einem Lautsprecher (10, 20) und einem Bassreflexrohr (30) vorgesehen, welches eine Wandung, ein erstes offenes Ende (31), einen mittleren Abschnitt (33) und ein zweites offenes Ende (32) aufweist. Das erste offene Ende (31) endet im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit (100) und das zweite offene Ende (32) ist mit dem Außenvolumen verbunden. Das Bassreflexrohr (30) weist mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in seiner Wandung auf. Die Lautsprechereinheit weist ferner Dämmmaterial (40) im Innenraum der Lautsprechereinheit auf. Das Dämmmaterial bedeckt die mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres. Das Dämmmaterial stellt ein nicht-Schaumstoffmaterial dar.
Description
Lautsprechereinheit
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lautsprechereinheit.
Lautsprechereinheiten oder Lautsprecherboxen können zur Verbesserung der Basswiedergabe ein Bassreflexrohr aufweisen.
DE 203 09 771 U1 zeigt eine Lautsprechereinheit mit einem Bassreflexrohr mit einem kreisförmigen, ovalen oder vieleckigen Querschnitt. Ein erstes Ende des Bassreflexrohres schließt mit dem äußeren Gehäuse der Lautsprecherbox ab, während das zweite Ende des Bassreflexröhres in das Innere des Volumens der Lautsprechereinheit hineinragt. Das Bassreflexrohr kann runde Bohrungen aufweisen.
EP 1 000 525 B1 zeigt eine Lautsprechereinheit mit einem Bassreflexrohr. Das Bassre- flexrohr kann Bohrungen in einem zentralen Gebiet des Bassreflexrohres aufweisen, welche von Schaummaterial umgeben sind. Dieses Schaummaterial dient als Mittel zum Unterdrücken von Störungen.
Als allgemeiner technologischer Hintergrund wird auf die Dokumente FR 2 926 222 A1 , JP 05-122786 A und JP 59-119678 U verwiesen. Bei Lautsprechereinheiten mit Bassreflexrohren kann es zu Problemen mit der Eigenresonanz des Bassreflexrohres kommen. Es ist somit eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Lautsprechereinheit mit einem Bassreflexrohr vorzusehen, welches eine reduzierte Eigenresonanz des Bassreflexrohres aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Lautsprechereinheit gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Somit wird eine Lautsprechereinheit mit mindestens einem Lautsprecher und einem Bassreflexrohr vorgesehen, welches eine Wandung, ein erstes offenes Ende, einen mittleren Abschnitt und ein zweites offenes Ende aufweist. Das erste offene Ende endet im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit und das zweite offene Ende ist mit dem Au- ßenvolumen verbunden. Das Bassreflexrohr weist mindestens eine Öffnung in seiner Wandung auf. Die Lautsprechereinheit weist ferner Dämmmaterial im Innenraum der Lautsprechereinheit auf. Das Dämmmaterial bedeckt die mindestens eine Öffnung in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres. Das Dämmmaterial stellt ein nicht-Schaumstoffmaterial dar. Gemäß einem Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die mindestens eine Öffnung zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende vorgesehen.
Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung weist das erste Ende des Bassreflexrohres einen im Wesentlichen dreieckigen Querschnitt auf und/oder das zweite Ende des Bassreflexrohres weist einen kreisrunden Querschnitt auf. Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung beträgt der längenbezogene Strömungswiderstand zwischen 5-45 · 103 Ns/m4.
Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung beträgt der spezifische Strömungswiderstand des Dämmmaterials zwischen 8 und 1500 Ns/m3.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls eine Lautsprechereinheit mit einem Lautspre- eher und einem Bassreflexrohr. Das Bassreflexrohr weist eine Wandung, ein erstes offenes Ende, einen mittleren Abschnitt und ein zweites offenes Ende auf. Das erste offene Ende endet im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit und das zweite offene Ende ist mit dem Außenvolumen verbunden. Das Bassreflexrohr weist mindestens eine Öffnung in seiner Wandung auf. Femer ist ein Band zumindest teilweise um das Bassreflex- rohr derart angeordnet, dass zumindest die mindestens eine Öffnung in der Wandung bedeckt ist. Das Material des Bandes stellt optional bzw. beispielsweise Gewebe, Textil und/oder einen gewebten Stoff dar.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft den Gedanken, zum Bedecken von Öffnungen in der Wandung eines Bassreflexrohres das Dämmmaterial der Lautsprechereinheit zu verwen- den, welches bereits vorhanden ist. Alternativ dazu kann die Anordnung des bereits
vorhandenen Dämmmaterials derart abgeändert werden, dass diese Öffnungen der Bassreflexrohre abgedeckt sind.
Weitere Aspekte der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Vorteile und Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeich- nung näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Schnittansicht einer Lautsprechereinheit gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel,
Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines Bassreflexrohres gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel, und Fig. 3 zeigt eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines Bassreflexrohres gemäß einem dritten Ausführungsbeispiel.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Schnittansicht einer Lautsprechereinheit gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Die Lautsprechereinheit 100 weist einen ersten und optional einen zweiten Lautsprecher 10, 20 sowie ein Bassreflexrohr 30 auf. Das Bassreflexrohr 30 weist ein erstes Ende 31 und ein zweites Ende 32 auf. Das erste Ende 31 endet in dem Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit 100 und das zweite Ende 32 ist mit dem Außenvolumen verbunden. Das Bassreflexrohr 30 weist ferner einen mittleren Abschnitt 33 sowie mindestens eine Öffnung 34 zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende 32 auf. Die Lautsprechereinheit weist ferner ein Dämmmaterial 40 auf, welches die mindestens eine Öffnung 34 ebenfalls bedeckt.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines Bassreflexrohres gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel. Das Bassreflexrohr weist ein erstes offenes Ende 31 , einen mittleren Abschnitt 33 und ein zweites offenes Ende 32 auf. Das Bassreflexrohr weist zwei Öffnungen 33 auf, welche sich im Bereich zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende 31 , 32 befinden. Die Öffnungen 33 können z.B. als ovale bzw. elliptische Löcher ausgestaltet sein.
Das zweite Ende 32 weist einen im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt auf. Das erste Ende 31 kann optional einen im Wesentlichen dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine perspektivische schematische Ansicht eines Bassreflexrohres gemäß einem dritten Ausführungsbeispiel. Das Bassreflexrohr gemäß dem dritten Ausführungs- beispiel entspricht im Wesentlichen dem Bassreflexrohr gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel. Das Bassreflexrohr weist somit ein erstes offenes Ende 31 , einen mittleren Abschnitt 33 und ein zweites offenes Ende 32 auf. Das Bassreflexrohr weist ferner zwei Öffnungen 34 in der Wandung auf, welche durch ein Dämmmaterial 50 zugedeckt sind. Dieses Dämmmaterial 50 erstreckt sich optional um den Umfang des Bassreflexrohres. Das Dämmmaterial gemäß dem ersten, zweiten oder dritten Ausführungsbeispiel weist einen längenbezogenen spezifischen Strömungswiderstand von 5 · 103 Ns/m4 - 45 · 103 Ns/m4 auf. Der spezifische Strömungswiderstand eines Dämmstoffes wächst mit zunehmender Schichtdicke. Daher wird hier als Materialkenngröße durch Bezug auf diese Schichtdicke d[m] in Strömungsrichtung der längenbezogene Strömungswiderstand gebildet: r = Rs / d [Pa · s/m2= Ns/m4].
Der spezifische Strömungswiderstand des Dämmmaterials kann zwischen 8 Ns/m3 bis 1500 Ns/m3 betragen. Dieser spezifische Strömungswiderstand definiert sich als das Verhältnis der Druckdifferenz Δρ [Pa] vor und hinter einer Materialschicht zur Geschwin- digkeit v [m/s] der durchströmenden Luft: Rs = Δρ/ν [Pa · s/m = Ns/m3].
Das Dämmmaterial stellt vorzugsweise ein Material dar, welches kein Schaumstoff ist. Vorzugsweise wird ein bereits in der Lautsprechereinheit vorhandenes Dämmmaterial als Dämmmaterial zum Bedecken der Öffnungen 34 in dem Bassreflexrohr verwendet.
Das Dämmmaterial gemäß dem ersten, zweiten oder dritten Ausführungsbeispiel dient dazu, interne Resonanzen innerhalb der Lautsprechereinheit zu vermeiden. Das Dämmmaterial kann beispielsweise Dämmwolle, Schaumstoff, Schafwolle, Polyesterwatte, Putzwatte, Gewebe oder Fasern darstellen.
Gemäß einem vierten Ausführungsbeispiel, welches ebenfalls in Fig. 3 gezeigt ist, kann ein zylindrisches optional elastisches Band beispielsweise in Form eines Gewebes, eines gewebten Stoffes oder eines Textils über das Bassreflexrohr und insbesondere über die Öffnungen 34 in der Wandung geschoben werden. Das Material dieses elastischen oder
nicht-elastischen Bandes weist vorzugsweise denselben längenbezogenen Strömungswiderstand sowie denselben spezifischen Strömungswiderstand des Dämmmaterials des ersten, zweiten oder dritten Ausführungsbeispiels auf.
Claims
1. Lautsprechereinheit, mit
mindestens einem Lautsprecher (10, 20),
einem Bassreflexrohr (30), welches eine Wandung, ein erstes offenes Ende (31 ), einen mittleren Abschnitt (33) und ein zweites offenes Ende (32) aufweist,
wobei das erste Ende (31 ) im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit (100) endet und das zweite Ende (32) mit dem Außenvolumen verbunden ist, wobei das Bassreflexrohr mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres aufweist, und Dämmmaterial (40) im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit, wobei das Dämm- material die mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres bedeckt, wobei das Dämmmaterial ein nicht-Schaumstoffmaterial darstellt.
2. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die mindestens eine Öffnung (34) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende (31 , 32) vorgesehen ist.
3. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1 , wobei das erste Ende (31 ) des Bassreflexrohres (30) einen im Wesentlichen dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweist und/oder das zweite Ende (32) des Bassreflexrohres (30) einen kreisrunden Querschnitt aufweist.
4. Lautsprechereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der längenbezogene Strömungswiderstand zwischen 5-45 · 103 Ns/m4 beträgt.
5. Lautsprechereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
wobei der spezifische Strömungswiderstand des Dämmmaterials zwischen 8 und 1500 Ns/m3 beträgt.
6. Lautsprechereinheit, mit
mindestens einem Lautsprecher (10, 12),
einem Bassreflexrohr (30), welches eine Wandung, ein erstes offenes Ende (31 ), einen mittleren Abschnitt (33) und ein zweites offenes Ende (32) aufweist,
wobei das erste Ende (31) im Innenvolumen der Lautsprechereinheit (100) endet und das zweite Ende (32) mit dem Außenvolumen verbunden ist, wobei das Bassreflexrohr (30) mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres (30) aufweist, und ein Band, welches das Bassreflexrohr zumindest teilweise umgibt, dass die mindestens eine Öffnung (34) in der Wandung des Bassreflexrohres (30) bedeckt wird.
7. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Material des Bandes ein Gewe- be, ein Textil und/oder ein gewebter Stoff darstellt.
