しかし、上記構成では、手押しハンドルの折畳時に、手押しハンドルが荷台本体より長いため、その先端側が荷台面の外側に突出してしまい、コンパクトに収納することができないという欠点があった。
また、手押しハンドルは、着脱式であるため、荷台面の収納部に嵌め込む際には、前記ハンドルを荷台本体から外してから収納する必要があり、手押しハンドルの折畳ないし展開を簡便に行うことはできなかった。
この発明の別の課題は、手押しハンドルの折畳時に手押しハンドルを荷台部から外すことなく、枢動させることができ、折畳乃至展開を簡便に行うことができる手押し台車を提供することにある。

従って、把手杆部収納溝部22に嵌合し、荷台部3に埋没した把手杆部6は、前記把手孔27’と繋がる切欠部22cによって容易に把手杆部収納溝部22から取出すことができる。
更に、図12および図13に示すように、支柱収納溝部21内に手押しハンドル4の支柱を嵌合時に挟圧し掛止めるために***する掛止部28を設けることが好ましい。
これにより、図12及び図13(a)に示す支柱収納溝部21内に折畳まれた手押しハンドル4の支柱部5を嵌合する際に、支柱部5が前記掛止部28の弾性力に抗して掛止部28の衝合個所を左右に押し広げながら支柱収納溝21に押し込まれるので、前記掛止部28の挟圧力により前記支柱部5が支柱収納溝部21に掛止められ、手押しハンドル4を台車1の荷台部2に収納されハンドキャリーにて持ち運ぶとき、手押しハンドル4が荷台部2への収納状態から容易に展開することがない構造となる。
本実施例では、車輪は手押しハンドル4側が固定輪W1であり、反対側が旋回可能なキャスタW2を用いている。
固定輪W1は、ホイールを軸支する支持ヨーク26を荷台部3の裏面から一体に突出形成した構成としている(図1参照)。
手押しハンドル4は、図4に示すように、左右一対に設けられて伸縮自在な支柱部5と、該一対の支柱部5の上端間に一体に掛け渡され把手杆部6とを有しており、支柱部5を伸縮する伸縮部材と、手押しハンドル4を荷台部3に対して折畳乃至展開する部材を備えている。
該支柱部5はパイプからなって左右一対に設けられており、上下に伸縮可能であって短縮時に下端から上端に設けられた把手杆部6までの全長が荷台面の縦横の一方の長さより短く設定されている。
支柱ロック部材は、本実施例の場合、図5および図6に示すように、伸張ロック片8を有し平行に延びる一対の作動アーム7と、前記伸張ロック片8に対向するロック孔9とからなっている。
図示例の場合、各第2筒部5bの中空内にはそれぞれプレート状の作動アーム7が嵌挿されており、その下端が第1筒部5aの上方位置まで延びて外方へ突出する伸張ロック片8を有している。
一方、伸張ロック解除操作部12から離れた側の支柱部5では、図示しないが伸張ロック片8は手押しハンドル外側に向かって突出し、同様にロック孔9は第1筒部5aおよび第2筒部5bの手押しハンドル外側に開口している。
前記作動アーム7は、第2筒部5bの中途位置にピンP2で枢着されており、前記支柱部5の中空内で枢動すると伸張ロック片8をロック孔9へ出没させることができる。
また、第2支柱部5bには、前記伸張ロック片8との間にハンドルロック付勢部材としての圧縮バネS2を介設しており、伸張ロック片8をロック方向に付勢している。
また、把手杆部6内に連動杆11が嵌挿されており、該連動杆11は把手杆部6の長手方向に沿ってスライド可能に軸受部6a、6bによって支持されている。
該連動杆11には、前記作動アーム7の上端がそれぞれ固定されており、連動杆11の一方の端部は、把手杆部6の外側で出没可能な押しボタン状の伸張ロック解除操作部12に固定されている。
そこで、伸張している支柱部を短縮する場合には、伸張ロック解除操作部12を押して連動杆11を図中左側に押し込むと、一対の作動アーム7は枢軸P2を支点にして図中反時計方向に傾動させ、ロック孔9に没入している伸張ロック片8(図5参照)を付勢力に抗してロック孔9から抜き出させる(図6参照)。
これによりロックが解除されるので、第2筒部5bを下降させて第1筒部5a内に挿入することで支柱部5を短縮することができる。
この場合、前記伸張ロック解除操作部12を押し込んで伸張ロック片8をロック解除方向に移動させながら引き上げ、ロック孔9近傍で伸張ロック解除操作部12を離して伸張ロック片8を付勢力でロック孔9に突入させる。
あるいは伸張ロック解除操作部12を操作せずに伸張ロック片8をロック方向に付勢された状態で第1筒部5aの内壁面に沿って摺動させてもよい。
これによって、収納時には手押しハンドル4を縮めて、荷台面2に形成された収納溝部内に全体を嵌め込み可能とし、使用時には手押しハンドル4を延ばして手押しを容易に行うことができる。
次に、手押しハンドル4の折畳乃至展開構造について図7~図9を参照しながら説明する。
第1筒部5aの下部は、図7(a)~図9(a)に示すように、荷台部3に形成されたハンドル装着孔31に挿入され、該孔31の上部に固定された枢軸P1によって枢着されている。
図示例では、荷台部3に固定されて孔31の左右の壁面に沿って設けられたチャンネル状のブラケット30の上部に枢軸P1が取り付けられている。
そして、収容溝部21は、前記枢軸P1を支点にして前記支柱部5を水平に折畳んだ際に、収容溝部21に整合して嵌合し、図9(b)に示すように支柱部5の上面が荷台面2と同一面となるように形成されている。
また、第1筒部5aの下部には前記展開ロックピン32と係合する係止片13が固着されている。
該係止片13は、展開ロックピン32に係合する係合孔14を第1筒部5aに接する基端下面に切欠いて下向きに開口しており、係止片13の突出先端から係合孔14に連なる面を下に向かって幅狭となる湾曲面13aに設定した略鈎形状からなっている。
そして、本実施例では、前記枢軸P1と展開ロックピン32との間に展開ロックピン32をロック方向(図中上方向)に付勢するコイルスプリングS1が介設されている。
これによって展開ロックピン32は、係止片13の係止孔14から外れるので、第1筒部5aを介して支柱部5を枢軸P1を支点に展開姿勢から水平となる折畳姿勢へと回転することができる。
また、手押しハンドル4は、荷台部3に枢着しており、そのまま枢動して折畳乃至展開することができる。
更に、車輪W1、W2の配置を荷台部3のコーナーに沿って幅広に配置することができるので、安定した手押し走行による運搬が可能となる。
この伸縮操作構造は、前記実施例1の把手杆部6の外側で出没可能な押しボタン状の伸張ロック解除操作部12に代えて、把持杆部6の中央に設けて把持杆部6の軸線を中心にして回転する回転グリップ状の伸張ロック解除操作部42と該伸張ロック解除操作部42の変位によって把持杆部内を摺動する摺動体41とを有している。
その他の構成は前記実施例1と同様であるので、同一構成には同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。
そして、嵌合溝部42bに嵌合された把手構成部6aの先端によって、伸張ロック解除操作部42の両端が軸支されて回転可能となっている。
摺動体41は横向きの柱状本体41aの両端に内側が下方に配置された下段接触軸部41bと外側が上方に配置された上段接触軸部41cとが一体に突設されている。
作動アーム7は圧縮バネS2によって常時ロック方向に付勢されているので、作動アーム7の上端は上段接触軸部41cを介して摺動体41を前記傾斜凸部42aの傾斜面43の下部に押し付けている。
これによりロックが解除されるので、第2筒部5bを下降させて第1筒部5a内に挿入することで支柱部5を短縮することができる。
そして、第2筒部5bが上昇し、伸張ロック片8がロック孔9と整合すると、伸張ロック片8は付勢力でロック孔9に突入し、第2筒部5bと第1筒部5aとがロックされ、ハンドルとして使用に供することができる。
また、この発明で、支柱部の伸縮操作構造は上記各実施例に限定されるものではなく、支柱部の伸張位置で伸張ロック片がロック孔と整合してロックし、短縮時には伸張ロッ片がロック孔から脱して支柱部の短縮を可能とする構造であればよい。
その他、この発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を変更しない範囲で種々設計変更しうること勿論である。
Claims (7)
- 下面に車輪を有し上面に荷台面を有する荷台部と、該荷台部に下部が枢着されて折畳ないし展開される手押しハンドルと、該手押しハンドルの折畳時に前記荷台面に凹設されて前記手押しハンドルを収容する収容溝部とを有する手押し台車において、
手押しハンドルが、左右一対に設けられて上下に伸縮可能な支柱部と、該一対の支柱部の上端間に一体に掛け渡されて支柱部の左右外方へ延出する把手杆部と、支柱部の伸張姿勢をロックする支柱ロック部材とからなっており、
前記支柱部が短縮時の全長を荷台面の縦横の一方の長さより短く設定され、把手杆部が全長を荷台面の縦横の他方の長さより短く設定されて、手押しハンドルの折畳時に荷台面上の収容溝部に嵌合することができる外形に設定されており、
前記手押しハンドルが起立する展開姿勢をロックする展開ロック部材を有していることを特徴とする手押し台車。 - 収容溝部が、ハンドルの支柱部を嵌め込む左右一対の支柱収納溝部と、該支柱収納溝部の中途位置で支柱収納溝部と直交する方向に延びて把手杆部を嵌め込む把手杆部収納溝部とからなっており、
前記支柱収納溝部が荷台面の一方端寄りでハンドルの支柱部の下部を枢着するハンドル装着孔から荷台面の他方端まで延びて荷台面の他方端で開口してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手押し台車。 - 荷台部で、把手杆部収納溝部の外側に沿って、折畳時の手押し台車を持ち運ぶための把手孔が上下に貫通しており、
該把持孔と接する前記把手杆部収納溝部の外側の壁部が切り欠かれて切欠部となっており、
把手杆部収納溝部に嵌合した把手杆部は、前記把手孔と繋がる切欠部によって前記把手杆部収納溝部から取出しうることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の手押し台車。 - 手押しハンドルの支柱部が、荷台部に枢着される左右一対の第1筒部と、該第1筒部内に上下に摺動可能に嵌合し上端が把手杆部に固着されて内部中空が連通する第2筒部とからなっており、
前記支柱ロック部材が、第2筒部の中空内に嵌挿され下端に伸張ロック片を有すると共に、第2筒部の中途位置に枢着されて、第1支柱部に形成したロック孔に前記伸張ロック片を出没可能とした作動アームと、該作動アームの伸張ロック片をロック方向に付勢するハンドルロック付勢部材と、
前記把手杆部に設けられて、前記作動アームをロック解除方向に変位させる伸縮ロック解除操作部とからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手押し台車。 - ハンドルの展開ロック部材が、ピンの両端が荷台部に形成したハンドル装着孔内に突入し上下に移動可能な展開ロックピンと、該展開ロックピンをロック方向に付勢する展開付勢部材と、荷台面から出没可能に突出し前記展開ロックピンに連結されたロック解除操作部と、第1筒部に固定され手押しハンドルの展開時に前記展開ロックピンに係合する係止孔を有する係止片とからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手押し台車。
- ロック解除操作部が、左右のハンドル装着孔の中央に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の手押し台車。
- ハンドル装着孔が支柱収容溝部と連通しており、支柱部を水平に折畳んだ際に支柱部が支柱収容溝部に嵌合して、荷台面と略同一面となるように支柱収容溝部が設定されており、
該支柱収納溝部の幅方向の両側に、内側に向かって***して前記支柱部を嵌合した際に支柱収納溝部からの抜落を防止する一対の掛止部を設けてなるることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の手押し台車。
