移动式起重机逐渐向大吨位、 超大吨位的方向发展, 移动式起重机的 平衡重的重量和空间尺寸也不断的增加, 同时起重机本身的各部件的体积 也会越来越大, 而道路标准和底盘的运载能力限制了平衡重的设置,所以, 只能利用有限的空间合理布置好平衡重, 通常将平衡重设置成为活动件, 即移动式起重机行车的时候不带配重, 工作时再将平衡重安装在机身上。 通过平衡重装卸机构将平衡重安装在机身上、 从机身上将平衡重卸下。 传统平衡重装卸机构的结构一般是在转台的两侧对称设有左提升油 缸、 右提升油缸, 左提升油缸、 右提升油缸的活塞杆均向上且其顶端分别 设有左动滑轮和右动滑轮, 在转台的两侧对称设有左侧定滑轮和右侧定滑 轮, 绕在由所述左动滑轮和左侧定滑轮组成的滑轮组的左钢丝绳的一端固 定在转台上, 另一端设有左吊重挂钩; 绕在由所述右动滑轮和右侧定滑轮 组成的滑轮组的右钢丝绳的一端固定在所述转台上, 另一端设有右吊重挂 钩, 在所述的转台两侧还设有左锁定油缸和右锁定油缸。
上述平衡重装卸机构由提升油缸, 锁定油缸、 吊重钢丝绳和滑轮组组 成, 其平衡重安装方法是: 当移动式起重机就位打好支腿, 转台可以回转 后, 移动式起重机通过自身起吊装置, 将所需的平衡重吊到车架侧面地上 相宜位置的平衡重托盘上, 然后转台回转, 使设有平衡重装卸机构的转台 的尾部转到平衡重的正上方, 将左右吊重挂钩挂在平衡重托盘上, 用销轴 固定好; 然后提升油缸向上伸, 从来提升平衡重托盘及平衡重, 通过转台 上的楔块和平衡重托盘上的定位块定位,保证销孔对齐,操作左锁定油缸、 右锁定油缸, 使得左锁定油缸、 右锁定油缸上的销轴伸出, ***平衡重托 盘上设置的固定孔, 固定平衡重托盘; 将左提升油缸、 右提升油缸稍微回 缩, 避免左提升油缸、 右提升油缸及左钢丝绳、 右钢丝绳在起重作业时受 载。 卸平衡重的方法与上述装平衡重的方法过程相反。
这种结构的平衡重装卸机构, 将左提升油缸、 右提升油缸、 左锁定油 缸、 右锁定油缸均设置在移动式起重机的转台上, 大吨位、 超大吨位的移 动式起重机本身的各部件的体积均较大, 为了保证移动式起重机整体尺寸 不超过道路行驶标准, 各部件设置均较紧凑, 各部件之间的空间很有限, 如果在转台上的再设置左提升油缸、 右提升油缸、 左锁定油缸和右锁定油 缸, 会导致转台上的空间十分狭小, 将会影响到转台的正常回转, 严重影 响到移动式起重机的工作性能; 同时, 由于左提升油缸、 右提升油缸、 左 锁定油缸、 右锁定油缸均具有较大的重量, 如果其位置设置不合理, 将使 得转台的受力不合理, 严重会影响到移动式起重机的稳定性; 再者, 左提 升油缸、 右提升油缸、 左锁定油缸、 右锁定油缸均具有较大的尺寸, 其将 增大移动式起重机整车的尺寸, 使得移动式起重机的整体尺寸会超过道路 行驶标准。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种平衡重装卸装置, 该平衡重装卸装置的设置 位置更加合理, 可以使得移动式起重机的转台上有足够的空间、 结构更加 紧凑。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种平衡重装卸装置, 包括独立设 置的托盘, 该托盘两端的上端面用于放置平衡重, 所述托盘的两端均具有 一个的空腔, 所述空腔内均设置有数量不少于一个的伸缩油缸, 所述伸缩 油缸的固定端与托盘固定, 所述伸缩油缸的伸缩端与用于提升所述托盘的 托盘提升机构连接。
优选的, 所述托盘提升机构包括定滑轮、 动滑轮及绕于所述定滑轮和 所述动滑轮上的钢丝绳, 所述动滑轮固定在所述伸缩油缸的伸缩端, 所述 定滑轮固定在所述托盘上, 所述钢丝绳的第一端至第二端依次绕于所述定 滑轮、 所述动滑轮, 且所述钢丝绳的第一端与移动式起重机的转台上设置 的耳板可拆卸连接, 所述钢丝绳的第二端固定在所述托盘上。
优选的,所述托盘提升机构包括定滑轮及绕于所述定滑轮上的钢丝绳, 所述定滑轮固定在所述托盘上, 所述钢丝绳的第一端与移动式起重机的转 台上设置的耳板可拆卸连接, 所述钢丝绳的第二端固定在所述伸缩油缸的 伸缩端。
优选的, 所述托盘提升机构包括固定链轮、 移动链轮及绕于所述固定 链轮和所述移动链轮上的链条, 所述移动链轮固定在所述伸缩油缸的伸缩 端, 所述固定链轮固定在所述托盘上, 所述链条的第一端至第二端依次绕 于所述固定链轮、 移动链轮, 且所述链条的第一端与移动式起重机的转台 上设置的耳板可拆卸连接, 所述链条的第二端固定在所述托盘上。
优选的, 所述托盘提升机构包括固定链轮及绕于所述固定链轮上的链 条, 所述固定链轮固定在所述托盘上, 所述链条的第一端与移动式起重机 的转台上设置的耳板可拆卸连接, 所述链条的第二端固定在所述伸缩油缸 的伸缩端。
优选的, 每个所述空腔内的伸缩油缸的数量为一个或两个。 优选的, 所述托盘上还设有数量不少于一个的托盘固定件, 该托盘固 定件能与移动式起重机的转台后端设置的固定销形成销接。

这种结构的平衡重装卸装置安装平衡重方法如下: 移动式起重机就位 打好支腿,转台可以回转后,通过移动式起重机自身起吊装置将托盘起吊, 并将托盘放置在移动式起重机侧身的支腿之间的位置; 通过移动式起重机 自身起吊装置将所需的平衡重放置在托盘两端的上端面上, 平衡重摆放整 齐后, 回转转台, 使得转台的后端转至托盘的正上方, 将钢丝绳的第一端 与转台上设置的耳板连接; 驱动伸缩油缸, 伸缩油缸的伸缩端向托盘端部 方向伸出, 伸缩油缸的伸缩端带动动滑轮向托盘端部方向移动, 由于钢丝 绳的第一端与转台固定, 钢丝绳的第二端固定在托盘上, 动滑轮移动的过 程中, 钢丝绳绷紧, 在钢丝绳的作用下, 托盘及放置在托盘上的平衡重逐 渐被提升; 托盘及平衡重被提升至所需位置时, 托盘上设置的托盘固定装 置与转台固定, 托盘及平衡重将被固定。 将平衡重卸下的过程与上述平衡 重安装方法的过程相反。
这种结构的平衡重装卸装置在托盘内设置有沿托盘长度方向延伸的空 腔, 将提供提升动力的伸缩油缸设置在托盘内的空腔内, 伸缩油缸将不再 占用转台所在的空间, 该平衡重装卸装置不再受移动式起重机的车架平面 空间和转台高度的限制, 不会影响转台的正常回转, 保证了移动式起重机 的工作性能; 该平衡重装卸装置将不会增加移动式起重机的整体尺寸, 使 得移动式起重机的整体尺寸不会超过道路行驶标准,整机的结构更加紧凑。 伸缩油缸也具有一定的重量, 将伸缩油虹设置在托盘内, 伸缩油缸还可起 到平衡重的作用, 从而使得转台的受力更加合理, 将提高移动式起重机的 稳定性; 托盘提升装置采用钢丝绳、 滑轮组的结构, 该托盘提升装置为柔 性连接, 现场操作筒便、 安全、 可靠。
本发明还提供了一种移动式起重机, 该移动式起重机具有上述的平衡 重装卸装置。 由于上述平衡重装卸装置具备上述技术效果, 具有该平衡重 装卸装置的移动式起重机也应具备相应的技术效果。 附图说明

本发明的核心是提供一种平衡重装卸装置, 该平衡重装卸装置的设置 位置更加合理, 可以使得移动式起重机的转台上有足够的空间、 结构更加 紧凑。 本发明的另一核心是提供一种移动式起重机。
下面结合附图对本发明的内容进行描述, 以下的描述仅是示范性和解 释性的, 不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
请参看图 1 , 图 1为本发明所提供的平衡重装卸装置的一种具体实施 方式的立体结构示意图。
如图 1所示,本发明提供的平衡重装卸装置,包括独立设置的托盘 10, 托盘 10两端的上端面用于放置平衡重 61 ,托盘 10的两端均具有沿托盘 10 长度方向延伸的空腔, 所述空腔内均设有数量不少于一个的伸缩油缸, 每 个伸缩油缸的固定端与托盘 10固定,每个伸缩油缸的伸缩端与用于提升托 盘 10的托盘提升机构连接。
在一种具体的实施方式中,托盘 10两端的每个空腔内均设有两个伸缩 油缸, 如图 1所示, 托盘 10—端的空腔内设有第一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸 缩油虹 12, 另一端的空腔内设有第三伸缩油虹 13、 第四伸缩油虹 14, 第 一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸缩油缸 12、 第三伸缩油缸 13、 第四伸缩油缸 14的 伸缩端均设置在托盘 10的端部方向上。 托盘 10两端的每个空腔内还可以 仅设置一个伸缩油缸, 本发明不对每个空腔内设置的伸缩油缸的数量做限 制。
第一伸缩油紅 11、 第二伸缩油紅 12、 第三伸缩油紅 13、 第四伸缩油 缸 14的伸缩端均连接有托盘提升机构, 以下以与第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩 端连接的托盘提升机构为例对其进行筒单介绍。
在一种具体的实施方式中,与第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端连接的托盘提 升机构包括动滑轮 31、 定滑轮 41及绕于动滑轮 31和定滑轮 41上的钢丝 绳 21 , 动滑轮 31 固定在第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端, 动滑轮 31可随第一 伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端一起沿托盘 10长度方向往复移动,定滑轮 41固定在 托盘 10上, 钢丝绳 21的第一端至第二端依次绕于定滑轮 41、 动滑轮 31 上,且钢丝绳 21的第一端与移动式起重机的转台 70上设置的耳板 71可拆 卸连接, 钢丝绳 21的第二端固定在托盘 10上, 优选方案中, 为了方便钢 丝绳 21的第一端和第二端连接固定, 分别在钢丝绳 21的第一端和第二端 设置有第一索节 21-1和第二索节 21-2, 第一索节 21-1和第二索节 21-2均 可通过销接的方式分别与转台上的耳板、 托盘 10连接。
其中, 钢丝绳 21的绕向可参看图 2, 图 2为本发明所提供的平衡重装 卸装置的工作原理示意图。 如图 2所示, 钢丝绳 21 的第二端固定在托盘 10上, 钢丝绳 21依次绕过动滑轮 31、 定滑轮 41、 直至钢丝绳 21的第一 端, 可以理解, 第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩量为 L时, 钢丝绳 21的移动量将 为 2L, 即托盘 10在竖直方向上的移动量也为 2L, 第一伸缩油缸 11以较 小的移动量便可使托盘 10提升较大的位移量。
优选方案中, 为了保证钢丝绳 21可以承受足够的强度, 可采用多根钢 丝绳, 钢丝绳 21的数量可根据需要进行设定。
与第二伸缩油紅 12、 第三伸缩油紅 13、 第四伸缩油紅 14的伸缩端分 别连接的托盘提升机构均和与第一伸缩油缸 11连接的托盘提升机构类似, 在此不再做详细介绍。
通过上述托盘提升机构可以将托盘 10及平衡重 61提升至所需高度, 为了将托盘 10与移动式起重机的转台 70固定, 优选方案中, 在托盘上设 置有托盘固定件 51 , 托盘固定件 51可以为具有销接孔的连接板, 相应地, 在移动式起重机的转台 70上设有与托盘固定件 51相配合的固定销 72, 固 定销 72可与托盘固定件 51以销接的方式固定连接。 进一步的方案中, 为 了保证托盘 10与移动式起重机的转台 70固定的稳固性,在托盘 10上对称 地设置四个托盘固定件 51 ,相应地,转台 70上同样对称地四个固定销 72。
以下介绍本发明提供的平衡重装卸装置的工作原理。

本发明提供的平衡重装卸装置安装平衡重方法如下: 移动式起重机就 位打好支腿,转台 70可以回转后,通过移动式起重机自身的起吊装置将托 盘 10起吊, 并将托盘 10放置在移动式起重机侧身的支腿之间的位置; 通 过移动式起重机自身起吊装置将所需的平衡重 61放置在托盘 10两端的上 端面上, 平衡重 61摆放整齐后, 回转转台 70, 使得转台 70的后端转至托 盘 10的正上方, 将钢丝绳 21的第一端的第一索节 21-1与转台 70上设置 的耳板 71连接; 驱动第一伸缩油虹 11、 第二伸缩油虹 12、 第三伸缩油虹 13、 第四伸缩油缸 14, 第一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸缩油缸 12、 第三伸缩油 虹 13、 第四伸缩油虹 14的伸缩端均向托盘 10端部方向伸出, 各伸缩油虹 的伸缩端带动动滑轮 31向托盘 10端部方向移动,由于钢丝绳 21的第一端 与转台 70固定, 钢丝绳 21的第二端固定在托盘 10上, 动滑轮 31移动的 过程中, 钢丝绳 21绷紧, 在钢丝绳 21拉力的作用下, 托盘 21及放置在托 盘 21上的平衡重 61逐渐被提升; 托盘 21及平衡重 61被提升至所需位置 时, 托盘 21上设置的托盘固定装置 51与转台 70上设置的固定销 72固定 连接, 托盘 21及平衡重 61将被固定。 将托盘 21、 平衡重 61卸下的过程 与上述过程相反, 在此不再做详细介绍。
以下介绍本发明提供的平衡重装卸装置所具有的技术效果。
本发明提供的平衡重装卸装置, 在托盘 10内设置有沿托盘 10长度方 向延伸的空腔, 将提供提升动力的第一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸缩油缸 12、 第 三伸缩油缸 13、 第四伸缩油缸 14设置在托盘 10内的空腔内, 各伸缩油缸 将不再占用转台 70所在的空间,该平衡重装卸装置不再受移动式起重机的 车架平面空间和转台高度的限制, 不会影响转台 70的正常回转,保证了移 动式起重机的工作性能; 该平衡重装卸装置将不会增加移动式起重机的整 体尺寸, 使得移动式起重机的整体尺寸不会超过道路行驶标准, 整机的结 构更加紧凑。
第一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸缩油缸 12、 第三伸缩油缸 13、 第四伸缩油 缸 14也具有一定的重量, 将第一伸缩油缸 11、 第二伸缩油缸 12、 第三伸 缩油缸 13、 第四伸缩油虹 14设置在托盘 10内, 各伸缩油缸还可起到平衡 重的作用,从而使得转台 70的受力更加合理,有效地提高了移动式起重机 的稳定性。
托盘提升装置采用钢丝绳 21、 滑轮组的结构, 该托盘提升装置为柔性 连接, 现场操作筒便、 安全、 可靠。
以上实施例中的托盘提升机构仅是本发明提供的一种结构的托盘提升 机构, 本发明并不局限于此, 凡利用伸缩油缸的伸缩将托盘提升的托盘提 升机构均应在本发明的保护范围内, 例如仅采用一个定滑轮的结构。 以下对仅采用一个定滑轮的托盘提升机构进行筒单介绍。
与第一伸缩油缸 11 的伸缩端连接的托盘提升机构包括定滑轮及绕于 定滑轮的钢丝绳, 定滑轮的位置与上述实施例中的定滑轮 41的位置类似, 定滑轮固定在托盘 10上, 钢丝绳的第一端与移动式起重机的转台 70上设 置的耳板 71可拆卸连接, 钢丝绳的第二端固定在第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩 端, 优选方案中, 为了方便钢丝绳的第一端和第二端连接固定, 分别在钢 丝绳的第一端和第二端设置有索节。
这种结构的托盘提升机构中,第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端的伸缩量为 L 时, 钢丝绳的移动量也为 L, 即托盘 10在竖直方向上的移动量也为 L。 其 余具体实施过程与上述实施例类似, 在此不再做详细介绍。
以上实施例中的托盘提升机构是由滑轮组和钢丝绳组成的, 本发明提 供的平衡重装卸装置并不局限于此, 托盘提升机构还可以由链轮组和链条 组成, 以下实施例将对此进行筒单介绍。
以下以与第一伸缩油缸 11 的伸缩端连接的托盘提升机构为例对其进 行筒单介绍。
在一种具体的实施方式中,与第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端连接的托盘提 升机构包括移动链轮、 固定链轮及绕于移动链轮和固定链轮上的链条, 移 动链轮固定在第一伸缩油缸 11 的伸缩端, 移动链轮可随第一伸缩油缸 11 的伸缩端一起沿托盘 10长度方向往复移动, 固定链轮固定在托盘 10上, 链条的第一端至第二端依次绕于固定链轮、 移动链轮上, 且链条的第一端 与移动式起重机的转台 70上设置的耳板 71可拆卸连接, 链条的第二端固 定在托盘 10上。
可以理解, 第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩量为 L时,链条的移动量将为 2L, 即托盘 10在竖直方向上的移动量也为 2L,第一伸缩油缸 11以较小的移动 量便可使托盘 10提升较大的位移量。
其余具体实施过程与上述的实施例类似, 在此不再做详细介绍。
链轮组的结构并不局限与以上所述的一种结构, 凡利用伸缩油缸的伸 缩将托盘提升的托盘提升机构均应在本发明的保护范围内, 例如仅采用一 个固定链轮的结构。 以下对仅采用一个固定链轮的托盘提升机构进行筒单介绍。
与第一伸缩油缸 11 的伸缩端连接的托盘提升机构包括固定链轮及绕 于固定链轮的链绳, 固定链轮的位置与上述实施例中的固定链轮的位置类 似, 固定链轮固定在托盘 10上, 链绳的第一端与移动式起重机的转台 70 上设置的耳板 71可拆卸连接, 链绳的第二端固定在第一伸缩油缸 11的伸 缩端。这种结构的托盘提升机构中, 第一伸缩油缸 11的伸缩端的伸缩量为 L时, 链绳的移动量也为 L, 即托盘 10在竖直方向上的移动量也为 L。 其 余具体实施过程与上述实施例类似, 在此不再做详细介绍。
本发明还提供了一种移动式起重机, 该移动式起重机具有上述的平衡 重装卸装置。 由于上述平衡重装卸装置具备上述技术效果, 具有该平衡重 装卸装置的移动式起重机也应具备相应的技术效果,在此不再做详细介绍。

10.根据权利要求 9所述的移动式起重机, 其特征在于, 该移动式起重 机的转台的后端设有数量不少于一个的固定销 ( 72 )。
