  • the value of the concentration of disinfectant which is detected by the sensor device 95 is greater than or equal to the predefined concentration value, it is advantageous if, with the aid of the control device 100, one of the metering devices 70, 80, and preferably the metering device 80 which is associated with the pre-rinse zone 40, is actuated in such a way that the quantity of disinfectant which is added in a metered manner by the metering device 70, 80 per unit time remains unchanged.

  • the sensor device 95 is preferably used to measure the concentration of disinfectant in the pre-rinse liquid which is sprayed in the pre-rinse zone 40;
  • the metering device 80 which is associated with the pre-rinse zone 40 is used to add disinfectant to the pre-rinse liquid in a metered manner as a function of the concentration of disinfectant which is measured by the sensor device 95, specifically before the pre-rinse liquid is sprayed by means of the pre-rinse nozzles 41, 42, 43 in the pre-rinse zone 40.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un lave-vaisselle à transporteur (1) et un lave-vaisselle à transporteur (1) pour laver de la vaisselle, le lave-vaisselle à transporteur (1) comprenant au moins une zone de pré-rinçage (40) avec au moins une buse de pré-rinçage (41, 42, 43) pour pulvériser un liquide de pré-rinçage sur la vaisselle, et au moins une zone de rinçage final (50) avec au moins une buse de rinçage final (51, 52, 53) pour pulvériser un liquide de rinçage final sur la vaisselle, au moins une partie du liquide de rinçage final qui est pulvérisé dans la zone de rinçage final (50) étant réutilisée comme liquide de pré-rinçage, et un dispositif de dosage (70) qui est associé à la zone de rinçage final (50) étant présent pour ajouter un désinfectant au liquide de rinçage final de manière dosée. Afin de pouvoir éviter tout risque éventuel pour la sécurité sanitaire dans le cas d'une désinfection chimique, l'invention concerne également un dispositif de dosage (80) qui est associé à la zone de pré-rinçage (40), afin d'ajouter un désinfectant au liquide de pré-rinçage de manière dosée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de capteur (95) qui est conçu pour détecter la concentration de désinfectant dans le liquide de pré-rinçage qui est pulvérisé dans la zone de pré-rinçage (40). Elle concerne également un dispositif de commande (10) qui est conçu pour actionner l'un des dispositifs de dosage (70, 80) en fonction de la concentration de désinfectant qui est détectée par le dispositif de capteur (95) de façon à ajouter le désinfectant de manière dosée.
