6000ma的锂电池, 另外, 釆用分别与计算机模式处理模块 12以及手 机模式处理模块 13相连的共享存储模块 14, 存储计算机模式处理模 块 12进行数据业务处理或手机模式处理模块 14进行语音业务处理时 共享的关键数据,以减少由于病毒感染和人为误操作而丟失关键数据 的可能性, 避免不同设备之间的数据同步, 另外, 与计算机模式处理 模块 12、手机模式处理模块 13相连的还有共享处理模块 15 , 用于响 应用户的选择并使能相应的计算机模式处理模块或手机模式处理模 块, 具体实现时, 共享处理模块 15可设置切换语音与数据业务交替 显示的快速切换键。 本实施例中不论 2G还是 3G/4G网络手持设备都可以实现语音和 数据的同步处理,例如在室内环境,如办公室、家里、咖啡厅、机场、 酒店等, 可以使用网卡 ADSL有线上网, WiFi无线上网, 在通过计 算机模式处理模块 12处理数据业务的同时, 还可以通过手机模式处 理模块 13拨打或接听普通电话, 实现了语音和数据的同步处理。 例如, 在 3G/4G的情况下, 在一个载波上可同时支持语音和数 据业务, 因此在室外环境下, 可以使用手机模式处理模块 13作为移 动宽带接入网络(WWAN ) 的调制解调器 (Modem ) , 在同一个载 波上由手机模式处理模块 13处理语音流, 同时由计算机模式处理模 块 12处理数据流, 两者互不干扰, 同时进行。 在接电话时不需要中 断下载、 上传数据的程序; 当传送实时的数据流时, 例如语音和视频 时, 还可以使用用户数据报协议(User Datagram Protocol, U D P ) 协议传送数据; 当传送数据包时, 可以使用传输控制协议 /网间协议 (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol , TCP/IP)。 当用户选择 对 U D P包使用优先级时,可以通过改变无线通信协议实现更好的语 音通信。 此外, 用户可以根据需要定义 U D P流的优先级别, 确保有 足够的带宽优先保留给 U D P流, 在没有 U D P流的情况下, 其它数 据流仍可以占用这部分带宽。
本发明中手持设备的具体工作方法如下:
釆用计算机模式处理模块按照计算机模式处理数据业务,以及手 机模式处理模块按照手机模式处理语音业务或作为计算机模式处理 模块的调制解调器接入数据业务网络,并由同一个电源模块为所述计 算机式处理模块以及手机模式处理模块提供工作电源;
将计算机模式处理模块进行数据业务处理或手机模式处理模块 进行语音业务处理时共享的关键数据存储在同一个共享存储模块上; 以及
由同一个共享处理模块响应用户的选择并使能相应的计算机模 式处理模块或手机模式处理模块。 下面分别详细说明本发明的计算机模式处理模块 12和手机模式 处理模块 13。
计算机模式处理模块 12, 具体实现时, 所述计算机模式处理模 块 12可包括计算机操作***(例如釆用 XP Tablet ), 另外, 还可包 括计算机***内存(例如釆用 RAM 1G ), 计算机处理器 (例如釆用 CPU 1.8G )以及内置存储器(例如釆用 1.8英寸硬盘 HD 30G-120G ); 其中所述的内置存储器可釆用 HDD硬盘、 SSD硬盘或者 HHD硬盘。
手机模式处理模块 13 , 具体实现时, 所述手机模式处理模块 13 可包括有手机操作***(例如釆用 Windows Mobile );手机处理器(例 如釆用处理器 MCU 400M ); 以及存储器,例如 ROM 64M, RAM 64M。
共享存储模块 14存储关键信息, 例如通讯信息、 多媒体文件和 安全证书等关键数据等, 不保存其他无关的应用软件。 具体实现时, 可釆用内存固态硬盘( SSD ), 该 SSD固态硬盘在手机模式下被读为 存储卡, 在计算机模式下默认为 F盘。 其读取和保存的格式可以由 手机模式处理模块 13和计算机模式处理模块 12分别读取,并可以分 别修改、设置优先权, 复杂的输入可以在计算机界面中操作, 简单的 输入可以在手机界面中操作。
下面对本实施例中计算机模式处理模块 12中的计算机内置存储 器以及共存储模块 14进行比较说明。
计算机内置存储器可釆用 HDD硬盘,该 HDD硬盘存储成本低, 且容量以及速度正在以前所未有的速度在提升, 但是现在的 HDD传 统硬盘基本架构却没有发生根本变化,仍以机械式物理结构为基础的 设计, 是磁碟型的传统硬盘, 数据储存在磁碟扇区里。 因此, 在工作 状态下如果发生了物理上的震动,很有可能发生珍贵数据的彻底丟失, 甚至, 在笔记本电脑移动时, 例如携带笔记本漫步在街头、 乘上拥挤 的公车时, 再平常不过的颠簸也有可能影响到笔记本硬盘数据安全。
共享存储模块 14可釆用 SSD固态硬盘, 该 SSD固态硬盘釆用 FLASH 芯片作为存储介质, 即使在高速移动甚至伴随翻转倾斜的情 况下也不会影响到正常使用, 甚至, 在笔记本电脑发生意外掉落或与 硬物碰撞时能够将数据丟失的可能性降到最小,提供了更好的防震效 果。 具有数据保存时间更长及档案搜寻速率更快, 节省***电源消耗 量, 经久耐用、 防震抗摔和可靠性强的优点。
基于上述对 HDD硬盘、 SSD固态硬盘的分析, 再结合 HDD硬 盘的成本比较低, SSD固态硬盘的成本比较高的因素,本发明实施例 中可釆用在移动环境釆用 HDD做大容量的硬盘, 同时釆用 1G-4G的 SSD固态硬盘来存储关键数据如通讯信息类、多媒体信息类和安全证 书类信息,从而既可以提供低成本的海量存储, 又可以提供对关键数 据的安全可靠的保护, 同时减少电力消耗, 以适应移动办公环境。
所述的安全证书类信息是指很多用户使用网上银行, 网上证券、 公司内部授权、 政府内部授权等需要安全证书的网络应用。
需要说明的, 即使今后 SSD固态硬盘或者 HHD混合硬盘的成 本大大降低到目前 HDD传统硬盘的价格, 本发明的设备同样可釆用 独立的 SSD 固态硬盘来存储关键数据如通讯信息类、 多媒体信息类 和安全证书类,因为这样做可以从物理空间上将关键数据与其他数据 分离, 比在同一个 SSD 固态硬盘上分区保存关键数据要安全稳定得 多, 可以有效避免病毒感染和人为误操作的删除, 导致数据的丟失。
另外,本实施例中集成计算机和手机的手持设备可优选大小重量 为 500克左右, 大约 150mm X 80mm X 25mm (W x H x D)的笔记本电 脑。
参考图 2, 该图为本发明手持设备实现集成计算机和手机的优选 实施例的结构示意图。
本实施例中手持设备可包括: 电源模块 11、 计算机模式处理模 块 12、 手机模式处理模块 13、 共享存储模块 14、 共享处理模块 15、 显示模块 16以及输入模块 17。
另外,本实施例中与共享处理模块 15相连的显示模块 16可以为 计算机模式处理模块 12以及手机模式处理模块 13提供共享的显示界 面, 该显示模块 16在具体实现时, 可以为单屏显示器, 例如 5英寸 触摸屏或电磁屏( 3-7 inch,默认 800x480,支持 1280x800 LED背光), 也可以是双屏或多屏显示器, 即手机模式处理模块 13与计算机模式 处理模块 12分别釆用不同的显示屏。
输入模块 17供用户向手机模式处理模块 13以及计算机模式处理 模块 12输入信息, 例如当显示模块 16为双屏或多屏显示器时, 可以 QWERTY大键盘与数字小键盘的作为输入模块, 以便于手机模式处 理模块 13与计算机模式处理模块 12分别进行输入。
另外, 本实施例中手持设备还可以包括如下的共享模块, 例如: 视频模块 18, 供用户输入视频信息, 例如 1.3M摄像头; 无线模块 19, 例如, 无线局域网 (WLAN ) , 蓝牙, 全球移动通 信 (Global System For Mobile Communication, GSM) /码分多址 (Code
Division Multiple Access, CDMA), WWAN ( WCDMA, TD-SCDMA,
CDMAEVDV, HSDPA, WiMAX );
接口模块 20, 用于为各种物理设备的接入提供接口,例如 USB, 网卡, VGA, SD, GPS, 3.5mm耳机和麦克风, IEEE 1394
音频模块 21 , 用于输入输出音频信息, 例如, 内置扬声器 (双 声道), 内置麦克风(单声道);
安全模块 22, 可以釆用指紋识别的方法, 提高了安全性; 以及屏幕的自动旋转功能, 例如具有放大和缩小 ZOOM功能。 的网络接入方案, 例如, 在 2G环境下, 在室内可通过 VOIP免费宽 带网络电话来完成语音业务,在室外通过付费语音通话完成语音业务, 从而最大限度降低通话费用;在 3G/4G移动宽带互联环境下, 可以实 现室内室外全部使用 VOIP免费宽带网络电话来拨打国内国际长途和 市内电话, 真正做到全面免费通话。
另外, 本发明手持设备作为一个 WLAN/3G 的双模终端, 在 WLAN的覆盖区内, 可优先使用 WLAN接入, 因为这种方式用户使 用业务的资费更低, 数据业务的带宽更充足。 当离开 WLAN的覆盖 区后, 终端可自动切换到 3G网络, 从而实现语音在 WLAN和 3G之 间的连续性。 实际上是一种服务更好、 收费更低的通话服务。
所述的 VOIP几乎可以用于任何需要语音通信的场合: 办公室之 间的交流、 复杂的点对多点电话会议和白版***等等。 既可以基于实 时工作方式, 也可以用于提供存储 -转发方式的语音服务, 且实时和 存储 -转发两种方式应该兼容、 可互操作。
另外, 手持设备传输信息时, 可将虚拟世界中的电子邮箱和真实 世界中手机号码绑定作为个人识别码,这样用户发送出去的短消息和 电子邮件将携带含有电子邮箱和手机号码的加密识别码,对方必须返 回同样的识别码, 用户才会接收, 否则拒收。 不仅可以有效减少垃圾 邮件和垃圾短消息, 而且可以作为网上银行、 网上证券、 网上论坛和 博客的个人识别标志或鉴权、 业务认证管理的密码, 将大大加强网上 的信用体系建设, 推动电子商务的应用。 同样的, 网上银行、 网上证 券、 网上论坛和博客也可釆用这种识别码, 并通过解密查出用户的邮 箱地址, IP地址和手机号码,从而在虚拟世界和真实世界中准确定位 用户的身份和位置, 从而减少网络犯罪和网络暴力。 需要说明的, 本发明支持以 IP 多媒体子*** (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS )技术为核心的下一代互联网(NGN ),包括实时或非 实时信息类业务、 多媒体呼叫话音业务、 增强型呼叫管理、 群组业务 等, 并可将不同的通信媒介聚合起来、 实时在线的信息共享通信, 多 个用户可以实时处理同一个数据文件、从单机游戏到多用户在线参与 的多媒体沟通交流的在线娱乐。
另外, 现代人的通讯方法多种多样, 既有普通语音, 也有 VOIP 网络电话, 还有视频电话, 既有短消息、 彩信, 也有电子邮件, 还有 即时通讯等聊天工具。本发明通过计算机模式处理模块以及手机模式 处理模块, 可以在同一个平台同时查询、 管理、 跟踪大量不同沟通方 式的客户, 可以大大提高客户的满意度和工作效率。 比如有的客户只 希望或只能用电子邮件沟通、有的客户只希望或只能用电话沟通、有 的客户只希望或只能用即时通讯工具如 QQ沟通、有的客户只希望或 只能用短消息沟通。如果在不同设备上使用不同的方式跟踪大量客户 将会带来巨大的困难, 增加很多工作负担和压力, 比如已经用电子邮 件通知过的客户, 忘记了后又用电话、短消息不停的重复发送同样的 信息, 会导致客户的反感, 使用本发明的设备就可以在同一个平台同 时查询、 管理、 跟踪大量不同沟通方式的客户, 可以大大提高客户的 满意度和工作效率。不仅避免使用不同的沟通方式反复骚扰客户带来 的客户反感, 也避免由于所有通讯和数据分散在两台不同的设备, 并 且不能全部同步,对于统一管理全部语音和数据带来的困难, 尤其对 于商业企业用户而言。通过一体化通信实现了语音与数据应用的融合, 从而使企业信息化真正融合到其内部管理及业务流程中。 以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域 的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若 干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种集成计算机和手机的手持设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 计算机模式处理模块, 用于按照计算机模式处理数据业务; 手机模式处理模块,用于按照手机模式处理语音业务或作为计算 机模式处理模块的调制解调器接入数据业务网络;
共享存储模块,分别与所述计算机模式处理模块以及所述手机模 式处理模块相连,用于存储计算机模式处理模块进行数据业务处理或 手机模式处理模块进行语音业务处理时共享的关键数据;
共享处理模块, 分别与所述计算机模式处理模块、手机模式处理 模块以及共享存储模块相连,用于响应用户的选择并使能相应的计算 机模式处理模块或手机模式处理模块;
电源模块,用于提供工作电源,包括为所述计算机模式处理模块、 所述手机模式处理模块、所述共享处理模块或所述共享存储模块提供 工作电源。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 所述共享存 储模块釆用固态硬盘 SSD。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 所述共享的 关键数据包括: 数据业务处理和语音业务处理所需的通讯信息、 多媒 体文件信息以及安全证书信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 所述计算机 模式处理模块包括有: 计算机操作***、 计算机***内存、 计算机处 理器以及计算机内置存储器;
所述手机模式处理模块包括有: 手机操作***, 手机***内存以 及手机处理器。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 所述计算机 内置存储器釆用 HDD硬盘或者釆用 SSD硬盘或者 HHD混合硬盘。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 显 示模块和输入模块, 均与共享处理模块相连, 其中
显示模块,用于为所述计算机模式处理模块的数据业务处理或所 述手机模式处理模块的语音业务处理提供显示界面;
输入模块,用于为所述计算机模式处理模块的数据业务处理或所 述手机模式处理模块的语音业务处理提供人机交互的输入处理。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 所述显示模 块为双屏或多屏显示器, 所述的输入模块包括有实体的 QWERTY键 盘与数字键盘或触摸屏或电磁屏上虚拟的 QWERTY键盘与数字键盘; 或
所述显示模块为单屏显示器,所述共享处理模块设有切换语音与 数据业务交替显示的快速切换键。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的手持设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 视频模块, 用于供用户输入视频信息;
无线模块, 用于进行无线网络接入; 接口模块, 用于为各种物理设备的接入提供接口; 音频模块, 用于输入输出音频信息;
所述视频模块、 无线模块、接口模块或音频模块均与共享处理模 块相连。
9、 一种实现集成计算机和手机使用的方法, 其特征在于, 包括 如下步骤: 釆用计算机模式处理模块按照计算机模式处理数据业务,以及手 机模式处理模块按照手机模式处理语音业务或作为计算机模式处理 模块的调制解调器接入数据业务网络,并由同一个电源模块为所述计 算机式处理模块以及手机模式处理模块提供工作电源;
其中将计算机模式处理模块进行数据业务处理或手机模式处理 模块进行语音业务处理时共享的关键数据存储在同一个共享存储模 块上; 以及
由同一个共享处理模块响应用户的选择并使能相应的计算机模 式处理模块或手机模式处理模块。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的实现集成计算机和手机使用的方法, 其特征在于,共享存储模块釆用固态硬盘 SSD;共享的关键数据包括: 数据业务处理和语音业务处理所需的通讯信息、多媒体文件信息以及 安全证书信息; 另夕卜,还通过显示模块为所述计算机模式处理模块的 数据业务处理或所述手机模式处理模块的语音业务处理提供显示界 面;通过输入模块为所述计算机模式处理模块的数据业务处理或所述 手机模式处理模块的语音业务处理提供人机交互的输入处理; 其中显示模块为双屏或多屏显示器, 输入模块包括有实体的
QWERTY键盘与数字键盘或触摸屏或电磁屏上虚拟的 QWERTY键 盘与数字键盘; 或者显示模块为单屏显示器, 共享处理模块设有切换 语音与数据业务交替显示的快速切换键。
