Abstract
Description
本発明のシガレット用フィルタに添加する香料顆粒を作製した。
得られた香料顆粒の硬度、粒径および含有成分を評価した。
得られた香料顆粒を添加したシガレット用フィルタを作製した。
上記で得られたフィルタサンプル(長さ120 mm)の通気抵抗をフィルトローナ社製品質試験装置(QTM)を用いて測定した。その際、空気流量は1050 mL/分とした。
次に、トリアセチンの添加量に対する煙中への香料リリース量との関係を評価した。トリアセチンは上記した通りフィルタ可塑剤であるが、香料溶解性を有し、香料リリース量に影響を及ぼす可能性がある。
次に、蔵置期間中の香料の保香性を評価した。
Claims (16)
- フィルタ本体と、前記フィルタ本体に添加された香料顆粒とを含み、前記香料顆粒は、核材と、前記核材の表面に付着した、香料を担持した担体とを含み、粒子径100μm以上の粒子が99質量%以上、粒子径200μm以上の粒子が70質量%以上である粒子径分布を示すシガレット用フィルタ。
- 通気抵抗が200~800 mmAq/120 mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記香料顆粒の平均硬度が300 g/mm2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記香料顆粒の添加量が、フィルタ長1 mm当たり1~20 mgの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記担体の量が、前記核材に対して重量比で1.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記担体の量が、前記核材に対して重量比で0.001~0.5の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記担体がサイクロデキストリンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記香料の量が、前記核材に対して重量比で0.00003~0.15の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記香料が親油性香料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記香料がメントールであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記核材が、糖類・多糖類若しくは多孔質体であること、または前記糖類・多糖類および多孔質体から選択される2種以上の組み合わせから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記糖類・多糖類がデンプンであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記多孔質体がチャコールおよび/またはゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記核材が、前記香料を担持した担体に加えてバインダを表面に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記バインダが、前記核材に対して重量比で0.001~0.1の範囲内で添加されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
- 前記バインダが、麦芽糖水飴、プルラン、アラビアガム、グラニュー糖から成る群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシガレット用フィルタ。
