Claims (5)
- 車両のドア(1)に固定されるハンドルベース(2)と、
前記ハンドルベース(2)に回転自在に連結される操作ハンドル(3)と、
前記ハンドルベース(2)に回転自在に連結され、前記操作ハンドル(3)の操作により枢軸(7)周りに回転駆動される中継レバー(8)と、
を具備し、
前記中継レバー(8)は、
ドア(1)内のドアロック装置(4)に連結される操作力伝達体(5)に接続される連結部(6)を含むレバー副体(9)と、
前記操作ハンドル(3)の操作により回転駆動されるレバー主体(10)と、
を備え、
前記レバー副体(9)と前記レバー主体(10)とは、前記枢軸(7)周りに相対回転自在に軸支され、
連結子(11)が連結位置に位置するときに、連結子(11)によって、前記レバー主体(10)は前記レバー副体(9)に連結され、
所定の加速度の入力によって前記連結子(11)が前記連結位置から待避して、前記レバー主体(10)と前記レバー副体(9)との連結が解除される
車両のドアハンドル装置。 - 更に、前記レバー主体(10)と前記レバー副体(9)との一方に保持され、前記連結子(11)を前記連結位置に保持する規制位置と前記連結子(11)を前記連結位置から退避させる規制解除位置との間を移動自在で、付勢部材(12)により規制位置側に付勢されるストッパ(13)、を具備し、
前記所定の加速度入力時には、前記ストッパ(13)が前記付勢部材(12)の付勢力に抗して規制解除位置に移動して前記レバー主体(10)と前記レバー副体(9)との連結が解除される、
請求項1記載の車両のドアハンドル装置。 - 前記ストッパ(13)は杆状に形成されるとともに、一端(13b)を支点として前記付勢部材としてのコイルスプリング(12)により起立姿勢が保持され、
前記所定の加速度入力時におけるコイルスプリング(12)の付勢力に抗した倒伏姿勢への遷移により、前記ストッパ(13)は前記規制位置から前記規制解除位置に移動する、
請求項2記載の車両のドアハンドル装置。 - 前記連結子(11)は球状に形成され、
前記ストッパ(13)、および前記コイルスプリング(12)は、前記レバー主体(10)とレバー副体(9)との境界面の一方を形成する摺接壁(14)に前記連結子(11)が嵌合するクラッチ断接孔(15)を備えたクラッチケース内(16)に収容され、
他方の境界面(10a)には、前記連結子(11)が嵌合する嵌合凹部(17)が形成される、
請求項3記載の車両のドアハンドル装置。 - 前記ストッパ(13)には、前記連結位置から退避している連結子(11)をクラッチ断接孔(15)内に保持し、前記ストッパ(13)の前記規制位置への移動動作に伴って前記連結子(11)を前記連結位置に移動させるカム面(18)が形成される、
請求項4記載の車両のドアハンドル装置。
