Abstract
Description
この構成により、主操作部を備える第二筐体に対して少なくとも一方の外側のヒンジ部材が回動する構造において、ヒンジ部の回動軸を第一筐体及び第二筐体が開いた状態及び閉じた状態のいずれでも第二筐体の長手側面の延長上に位置する構造とした場合に、外側のヒンジ部材となる回転部の一部において使用者の指が挟まる不具合を無くすことが可能である。
この構成により、ヒンジ部の回転部と第二筐体のヒンジ部側の基端部との間の隙間をできる限り小さくし、筐体を開く際に指が挟まることを防止できる。
この構成により、突起部においてヒンジ部のストッパ機能と指のストッパ機能とを実現でき、指挟み防止効果をさらに高めることができる。
この構成により、突起部においてヒンジ部の回動を受ける際の強度を高めることができる。
また、本発明は、上記の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、前記突起部は前記第二筐体の第2面より突出して設けられるスピーカ部により形成されるものを含む。
この構成により、カメラ部、スピーカ部等において突起部を形成し、ヒンジ部のストッパ機能と指のストッパ機能とを実現できる。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係る折り畳み式携帯電子機器の外観構成を示す斜視図であり、図1(A)は筐体を開いた状態での表示部及び操作部が配置される正面側から見た斜視図、図1(B)は筐体を開いた状態での背面側から見た斜視図である。図2は本実施形態の折り畳み式携帯電子機器の側面図であり、図2(A)は筐体を開いた状態での一方の側面を示す図、図2(B)は筐体を開いた状態での他方の側面を示す図である。
なお、ヒンジストッパの構成は、上記の突起部21及び凹部22に限らず、第二筐体12の第2面に設けられるカメラ部、スピーカ部、LED等の発光部などの凸部を利用してこの凸部を延長形成して突起部を設けたり、この凸部自体がヒンジストッパを兼ねるような構成であってもよい。また、回転部13a側に突起部を設けてもよい。

- 主表示部を備えた第一筐体と、
主操作部を備えた第二筐体と、
前記第一筐体と前記第二筐体とを開閉可能に連結するヒンジ部と、
を備え、
前記ヒンジ部は、前記第二筐体に対して前記第一筐体を開く際に回動軸を中心に回転部が前記第一筐体と共に回動し、
前記ヒンジ部の回転部の一部は前記第一筐体の短手方向の端部に配置され、
前記ヒンジ部の回動軸は、前記第一筐体及び前記第二筐体が開いた状態及び閉じた状態のいずれの場合であっても前記第二筐体の長手側面の延長上に位置する構造であり、
前記第二筐体において、前記回転部に対面する面は前記回転部の円周外形に沿って形成されている折り畳み式携帯電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、
前記ヒンジ部の回転部における前記第二筐体と対面する部分は、楕円の円柱形状に形成され、前記回転部に対面する前記第二筐体の面は、前記回転部の回転軌道に沿った凹状の円弧形状に形成されている折り畳み式携帯電子機器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、
前記第二筐体における前記主操作部が設けられる第1面と反対側の第2面において、前記第一筐体が開いた際に前記回転部が当接する当接面を有する突起部が形成されている折り畳み式携帯電子機器。 - 請求項3に記載の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、
前記回転部において前記ヒンジ部の回動軸の軸芯を通る径方向の直線の延長線上に前記突起部の当接面が配置された折り畳み式携帯電子機器。 - 請求項3に記載の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、
前記突起部は前記第二筐体の第2面より突出して設けられるカメラ部により形成される折り畳み式携帯電子機器。 - 請求項3に記載の折り畳み式携帯電子機器であって、
前記突起部は前記第二筐体の第2面より突出して設けられるスピーカ部により形成される折り畳み式携帯電子機器。
