现有技术通过即时通信平台在终端显示虚拟形象, 当用户想要更新 自己的虚拟形象时, 需要直接通过网页登陆虚拟商城网站, 虚拟商城网 站上提供了组成虚拟形象的各种虚拟元素的列表, 用户可在商城挑选自 己喜爱的虚拟元素(例如: 头发、 衣服、 配饰及场景等) , 点击虚拟元 素进行试穿和预览, 并在商城实现购买过程, 购买成功后, 购买的虚拟 物品则自动保存在用户的虚拟物品栏里面, 用户进入物品栏点击所购买 的虚拟物品, 给自己的虚拟形象进行 "换装" , 以及最后保存自己的虚 拟形象。 这样, 用户就可在每次登陆即时通信平台显示自己购买的虚拟 虚拟商城网站提供的虚拟物品会随时更新, 使其能提供的虚拟物品 越来越丰富。然而,用户大多并没有定期去虚拟商城浏览新物品的习惯, 往往是一时兴起, 或是在即时通信工具上看到好友具有自己喜爱的虚拟 物品时,想要试穿该物品,这时还需要直接通过网页登陆虚拟商城网站, 去查找到该虚拟物品在虚拟商城的位置, 进行试穿, 非常不方便, 导致 更新虚拟形象耗费的时间较长。
因此需要一种新的基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象的***及方法, 能缩短更新虚拟形象耗费的时间。 发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象的 ***及方法, 旨在解决现有技术更新虚拟形象耗费的时间较长的问题。

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附 图及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 实施本发明的方式 在本发明中, 通过终端检测操作区域, 并根据所述操作的区域确定 虚拟元素操作对象, 以及对虚拟元素进行相应操作并更新显示虚拟形 象。 这样, 能缩短更新虚拟形象耗费的时间。 图 1示出了本发明的一个实施例中基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象 的***结构, 该***包括终端 200。 应当说明的是, 该***仅仅是本发 明的一个筒明***, 本发明应包括至少一个这样的终端 200。 其中: 终端 200用于显示虚拟形象, 包括管理模块 201 , 其中: 管理模块 201 , 用于检测操作区域, 并根据所述操作的区域确定虚 拟元素操作对象, 以及对虚拟元素进行相应操作并更新显示虚拟形象。 应当说明的是, 终端 200典型可以是安装运行专用客户端软件(例 如即时聊天工具、 互联网游戏等) 的客户端, 也可以是运行网页论坛、 web聊天工具的 web浏览器。 当终端 200是 web浏览器时, 通过 web 服务器实现相应功能。 另外, 所述操作可以是用户通过各种输入设备(例如鼠标、 键盘、 触摸屏等)发起的操作, 也可以是用户通过其它人机交互方式发起的操 作。 图 2示出了本发明的一个实施例中管理模块 201的内部结构, 管理 模块 201包括显示模块 2011、 复制模块 2012、 组合模块 2013、 存储模 块 2014, 其中: 显示模块 2011 , 用于显示构成虚拟形象的虚拟元素。 复制模块 2012, 与显示模块 2011相连, 用于对点击的虚拟元素进 行拷贝, 得到虚拟元素副本。 组合模块 2013 , 分别与显示模块 2011及复制模块 2012相连, 用于 检测点击或释放区域, 并根据点击或释放的区域确定虚拟元素操作对 象, 以及将释放区域所在的虚拟元素替换为拷贝得到的虚拟元素副本。 在一个实施例中, 用户点击了好友的虚拟形象上的某一个虚拟元素 (例如帽子), 组合模块 2013检测鼠标点击的区域, 从而确定用户是要 操作哪一个虚拟元素, 复制模块 2012对该虚拟元素进行拷贝, 得到帽 子的副本。 用户再将该副本拖动到自己的虚拟形象上并释放鼠标, 组合 模块 2013检测鼠标释放区域, 确定用户是要替换原有虚拟形象上的哪 一个虚拟元素, 组合模块 2013再将该虚拟元素替换为拷贝得到的帽子 副本。 在一个优选实施例中, 可通过显示模块 2011 对用户原虚拟形象上 的帽子进行隐藏, 从而显示新拷贝过来的帽子副本, 实现替换。 存储模块 2014, 分别与显示模块 2011、 复制模块 2012及组合模块 2013相连, 用于存储构成虚拟形象的虚拟元素。 在一个实施例子中, 存 储模块 2014存储的虚拟元素包括头发、 衣服、 帽子、 裤子、 鞋子、 配 饰及场景等, 即虚拟形象分成各个虚拟元素, 这些虚拟元素可 "穿戴" 在原始虚拟形象上, 使用户的虚拟形象变得丰富多彩。 图 3示出了本发明的一个实施例中购买虚拟形象的***结构, 该系 统包括购买服务器 100和终端 200, 以及与其相连并进行数据交互的多 个终端 (终端 200、 300、 400 N )。 应当说明的是, 本发明所有图示中各设备之间的连接关系是为了清 楚阐释其信息交互及控制过程的需要, 因此应当视为逻辑上的连接关 系, 而不应仅限于物理连接。 另外需要说明的是, 各功能模块之间的通 信方式可以采取多种, 本发明的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的通 信方式。 其中: 购买服务器 100用于运行虚拟商城, 其典型的可为提供购买服务的 各种购买服务器, 例如各种能提供购买服务的大型虚拟商城网站购买服 务器等。 因此本发明的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的购买服务 器。 各终端 (终端 200、 300、 400 N )与购买服务器 100相连并进 行数据交互, 用于显示虚拟形象。 其典型可以是安装运行专用客户端软 件(例如即时聊天工具、 互联网游戏等) 的客户端, 也可以是运行网页 论坛、 web聊天工具的 web浏览器。 当各终端是 web浏览器时, 通过 web服务器与所述购买服务器 100进行数据交互。 图 4示出了本发明的一个实施例中购买虚拟形象的***结构, 其为 购买虚拟形象的筒明***之一, 包括购买服务器 100和终端 200。 其中: 购买服务器 100用于运行虚拟商城, 并根据接收得到的虚拟元素的 编号及用户的安全信息, 完成购买并返回购买结果。 终端 200, 与购买服务器 100相连并进行数据交互, 包括管理模块 201、 购买模块 202和保存模块 203 , 其中: 管理模块 201用于检测操作区域, 并根据所述操作的区域确定虚拟 元素操作对象, 以及对虚拟元素进行相应操作并更新显示虚拟形象。 购买模块 202, 与管理模块 201相连, 用于获取需购买的虚拟元素 的编号和用户的安全信息, 并将所述编号及安全信息发送至购买服务器 100。 保存模块 203 , 分别与管理模块 201及购买模块 202相连, 用于发 送保存协议至购买服务器 100, 请求保存虚拟形象, 购买服务器 100则 存储所请求保存的虚拟形象。 图 5示出了本发明的一个实施例中购买模块 202的内部结构。 购买 模块 202包括编号获取模块 2021、 安全验证模块 2022和协议组装模块 2023 , 其中: 编号获取模块 2021 , 用于获取需购买的虚拟元素的编号。 在一个实 施例中, 用户需要购买某一虚拟元素 (例如衣服), 点击购买后, 编号 获取模块 2021 则获取该虚拟元素在虚拟商城对应的编号, 购买服务器 100收到该编号后就知道用户需要购买哪些虚拟元素。 安全验证模块 2022, 与编号获取模块 2023相连, 用于根据购买服 务器 100选择的安全验证策略,获取用户的安全信息。在一个实施例中, 购买服务器 100接收到购买请求后, 会根据与终端 200之间的网络情况 确定执行哪种安全验证策略。 在一个实施例中, 购买服务器 100不要求用户登陆虚拟商城, 则安 全验证模块 2022 直接获取用户的登陆验证码, 组成用户安全信息。 在 另一个实施例子中, 购买服务器 100要求用户登陆虚拟商城, 则在客户 端 200弹出登陆框, 用户输入登陆信息后, 安全验证模块 2022获取用 户的安全信息, 完成虚拟商城的登陆。 协议组装模块 2023 , 分别与编号获取模块 2021 及安全验证模块 2022相连,用于将需购买的虚拟元素的编号和用户的安全信息进行协议 组装, 以及将组装得到的协议包发送至购买服务器 100。 图 6示出了本发明的一个实施例中终端 200的内部结构。 终端 200 除了包括上述管理模块 201、 购买模块 202及保存模块 203外, 还包括 链接地址查询模块 204和网页跳转模块 205 , 其中: 链接地址查询模块 204, 用于获取虚拟元素的编号, 根据编号查询 虚拟元素在虚拟商城的链接地址。 网页跳转模块 205 , 与链接地址查询模块 204相连, 用于获取用户 的安全信息, 根据查询得到的链接地址, 跳转到虚拟元素在虚拟商城的 位置。 该实施例中, 由于虚拟元素是放在在虚拟商城的虚拟货架上, 一般 会将同类的商品放在一起, 例如将虚拟元素分为衣服、 裤子、 头发等各 类, 也可将最新商品分为一类。 用户在点击或拖动某一虚拟元素时, 网 页跳转模块 205则自动打开浏览器,跳转到虚拟元素在虚拟商城的位置, 并使用户以登陆状态登陆商城。 这样, 用户可浏览到该虚拟元素周边的 商品。 图 7示出了本发明的一个实施例中基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象 的方法流程, 该方法流程基于图 1所示的***结构, 具体过程如下: 在步骤 S701 中, 管理模块 201检测操作区域, 并根据所述操作的 区域确定虚拟元素操作对象。 在步骤 S702中, 管理模块 201对虚拟元素进行相应操作并更新显 示虚拟形象。 应当说明的是,所述操作可以是用户通过各种输入设备(例如鼠标、 键盘、 触摸屏等)发起的操作, 也可以是用户通过其它人机交互方式发 起的操作。 图 8示出了本发明的一个实施例中基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象 的方法流程, 该方法流程基于图 2所示的***结构, 具体过程如下: 在步骤 S801中, 组合模块 2013检测点击区域, 并根据所点击的区 域确定虚拟元素操作对象。 在一个实施例中, 用户通过鼠标点击好友虚 拟形象上的某一虚拟元素, 组合模块 2013检测鼠标点击区域, 根据所 点击的区域确定用户是要操作哪一个虚拟元素。 在步骤 S802中, 复制模块 2012对点击的虚拟元素进行拷贝, 得到 虚拟元素副本。在一个实施例中,用户通过鼠标点击某一个虚拟元素后, 将其拖动到自己的虚拟形象上, 则复制模块 2012拷贝点击的虚拟元素, 得到虚拟元素副本。 在步骤 S803中, 组合模块 2013检测释放区域, 并根据所释放的区 域确定虚拟元素操作对象。 在一个实施例中, 用户通过鼠标将拷贝得到 的虚拟元素副本拖动到自己的虚拟形象上, 并释放鼠标, 则组合模块 2013检测鼠标释放的区域, 以确定用户要替换哪一个虚拟元素。 在步骤 S804中, 组合模块 2013将释放区域所在的虚拟元素替换为 虚拟元素副本, 并刷新显示虚拟形象。 在一个实施例中, 步骤 S804 的 具体过程为: 显示模块 2011 隐藏鼠标释放区域所在的原虚拟元素, 并 显示拷贝得到的虚拟元素副本, 同时组合模块 2013 可对虚拟元素副本 进行逻辑调整, 以使虚拟元素副本完全符合虚拟形象。 之后, 显示模块 2011刷新显示虚拟形象。 图 9示出了本发明的一个实施例中购买虚拟形象的方法流程, 该方 法流程基于图 4所示的***结构, 具体包括以下步骤: 在步骤 S901中, 获取需购买的虚拟元素的编号及用户的安全信息, 并将所述编号及安全信息发送至购买服务器 100。 在步骤 S902中, 购买服务器 100根据需购买的虚拟元素的编号及 用户的安全信息完成购买, 并返回购买结果。 图 10 示出了本发明的一个实施例中购买虚拟形象的方法流程, 该 方法流程基于图 4所示的***结构, 具体包括以下步骤: 在步骤 S1001中, 终端 200获取需购买的虚拟元素的编号, 以及根 据购买服务器 100选择的安全验证策略, 获取用户的安全信息。 在一个实施例中, 步骤 S1001的具体过程为: 当用户将好友的虚拟 形象上的某一虚拟元素拖动到自己的虚拟形象上, 实现预览后, 若用户 点击购买该虚拟元素时, 编号获取模块 2021 获取需购买的虚拟元素的 编号,同时询问购买服务器 100执行哪种安全验证策略,购买服务器 100
在一个实施例中, 购买服务器 100不要求用户登陆虚拟商城, 则安 全验证模块 2022 直接获取用户的登陆验证码。 在另一个实施例中, 购 买服务器 100要求用户登陆虚拟商城, 则在客户端 200弹出登录框, 用 户输入登陆信息后, 安全验证模块 2022获取用户的安全信息, 并完成 虚拟商城的登陆。 在步骤 S1002中, 协议组装模块 2023将需购买的虚拟元素的编号 及用户的安全信息进行协议组装, 并将组装得到的协议包发送至购买服 务器 100。 在步骤 S1003中, 购买服务器 100根据需购买的虚拟元素的编号及 用户的安全信息完成购买, 并返回购买结果。 在一个实施例中, 步骤 S1003的具体过程为: 购买服务器 100接收 协议包, 得到需购买的虚拟元素的编号及用户的安全信息, 在虚拟商城 完成购买过程, 购买过程中可根据虚拟元素的价格自动扣除用户的虚拟 货币, 并将所购买得到的虚拟元素自动放入用户在虚拟商城的物品栏 中。 购买成功时, 购买服务器 100向客户端 200返回购买成功信息。 例 如, 弹出信息框提示用户购买成功。 若用户余额不足或因为网络故障未 完成购买, 则购买服务器 100向客户端 200返回余额不足或购买失败消 息。 例如, 弹出信息框提示用户余额不足, 或操作未成功消息等。 在步骤 S1004中, 保存模块 203发送保存协议至购买服务器 100, 请求保存虚拟形象, 购买服务器 100存储所请求保存的虚拟形象。 在一个实施例中, 步骤 S1004的具体过程为: 用户购买虚拟元素成 功后,可保存虚拟形象,由保存模块 203发送保存协议至购买服务器 100, 请求保存虚拟形象, 购买服务器 100则存储所请求保存的虚拟形象。 用 户在每次登陆即时通信平台, 购买服务器 100都将所保存的最新虚拟形 象发送客户端 200进行显示。 图 11 示出了本发明的一个实施例中从虚拟元素跳转到虚拟商城的 方法流程, 该方法基于图 5所示的结构, 具体过程如下: 在步骤 S1101中, 链接地址查询模块 204获取虚拟元素的编号, 根 据所述编号查询虚拟元素在虚拟商城的链接地址。 在一个实施例中, 购买服务器 100存储了虚拟元素在虚拟商城的编 号, 并且每个虚拟元素都具有在商城的链接地址, 对应了其位于虚拟商 城的位置。 在步骤 S1102中, 网页跳转模块 205获取用户的安全信息, 根据所 述链接地址跳转到虚拟元素在虚拟商城的位置。 在一个实施例中, 网页跳转模块 205获取用户的安全信息, 使用户 以登陆状态进入虚拟商城, 并根据链接地址查询模块 204查询得到的链 接地址, 跳转到虚拟元素位于虚拟商城的位置。 由于虚拟商城一般会将 同类商品摆放一起, 这样, 用户通过链接地址跳转到虚拟商城该虚拟元 素所在的货架时, 就能浏览到虚拟元素周边的其它商品, 或者用户通过 虚拟元素跳转到虚拟商城直接在虚拟商城实现购买过程。 应当说明的是, 本发明典型的应用但不限于在即时聊天工具中, 在 其他类似的可显示虚拟形象的网页论坛、 游戏场景中也可以应用本发明 所阐述的方法及***。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

A3.检测释放区域, 并根据所释放的区域确定虚拟元素操作对象; A4.将释放区域所在的虚拟元素替换为所述虚拟元素副本。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B之后还包括:
C.所述终端获取需购买的虚拟元素的编号及用户的安全信息, 并将 所述编号及安全信息发送至购买服务器;
D.购买服务器根据所述编号及安全信息完成购买, 并返回购买结 果。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的基于即时通信平台管理虚拟形象的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C包括:
C1.获取需购买的虚拟元素的编号,以及根据所述购买服务器选择的 安全验证策略, 获取用户的安全信息;
C2.将所述编号及安全信息进行协议组装,并将组装得到的协议包发 送至所述购买服务器。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10任意一项所述的基于即时通信平台管理 虚拟形象的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 D之后还包括: 所述终端发送 保存协议至所述购买服务器, 请求保存虚拟形象, 所述购买服务器存储 所述请求保存的虚拟形象。
12、 根据权利要求 7至 10任意一项所述的基于即时通信平台管理 虚拟形象的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A4之后还包括: 所述终端获 取虚拟元素的编号, 根据所述编号查询所述虚拟元素在虚拟商城的链接 地址, 以及根据所述链接地址跳转到所述虚拟元素在虚拟商城的位置。
