Abstract

The system is referring to the possibility to protect and control the access into an enclosed area, like as: house, office, store, vehicle, etc) - fig. 1. This invention consists in: one phone kit (1 ), one buzzer button (2), one microphone (3), one loudspeeker (4), one or more micro switches grading connected (5), one amplifier (6), one frequency decoder (7), one intermediary relay for electromagnetic bolt (8), one electromagnetic bolt (9), one 12V battery accumulator plus one battery- charging rectifier (10), one microphone - vibration detector (12), one 3G system photo /video camera and one 220V power supply (11 ) - fig. 2. One big problem of our days is to protect the private houses and enclosed areas against burglaries. This invention will solves precisely this problem without to pretend to remove the phenomenon. There is an advantage for any owner located at any distance by his property by being called and be able to communicate with the person which are ringing or simply knocking at the front door. After interrogation of ringing or knocking person, the owner can action properly: either call a neighbor or friend being closely, either call police emergency phone number. Due to the fact the system contains one or more switches, any unauthorized door or other access ways opening also shall cause the owner calling. Should the owner owns a phone with photo camera or 3G system telephone, then he can see the ringing / knocking person. Beside, due to the fact in the system exists a frequency decoder, the door can be locked or unlocked from distance by the owner by introducing a secret code, known only by him. Through this invention, the block of keys or even the right keys will be eliminated as access ways. Even a family member will ring or knock the door and the owner after identification of that family member, introducing the pre-established code will permitting the access in- house. Either the owner, either the mobile phone operators shall keep secret the calling number of the phone kit. Adding to this system one smoke detector and one water detector, the owner will be called in the case of fire or flood, too. The system can be extended to remote control other inside electrical systems, like: heat system, HVAC, internal / external lighting, etc. The system can be implemented in any vehicle, having the same function, respectively in the moment when one of the vehicle doors is open, the owner will be called instantly being able to communicate with the ones around / in the car. The owner will introduce the secret code being able to stop the engine, to block the doors and electrical windows or any other established function control by intervention codes - fig. 3. In the mean time, the owner using this system can control the engine starting from distance, can lock or unlock the doors, turn on / off the lights and any useful functionality. Also, by adding a smoke detector, the vehicle being in the parking, the firing of vehicle from electrical reasons will be prevent by calling the owner. Through this invention, in the future a car with automatic gear box could be remote driven by phone. In the case of applying on the car, the following devices will not be part of the system: one buzzer button (2), one microphone (3), one intermediary relay for electromagnetic bolt (8), one electromagnetic bolt (9), one battery-charging rectifier (10), and one 220V power supply (11 ).

Description

TALK-BACK PHONE CIRCUIT WITH DOOR LOCKING / UNLOCKING DEVICE
The system is referring to the possibility to protect and control the access into an enclosed area, like as: house, office, store, vehicle, etc).
While a person is ringing at the door pushing the buzzer button (2), the phone kit (1) will also dial the owner phone number connecting him with that standing person in front of the door. The communication is made through the microphone (3), the loudspeeker (4) and the amplifier (6) mounted somewhere on the door case - photo 1.
Should the person is not ringing and knocking only, the microphone - vibration detector (12) will function like the buzzer button (2) and dial the owner phone number.
Should the door will be open without permission while the owner is talking with the ringing / knocking person, the owner will be called second time afterward he decides if he will call a neighbor or a friend or even call police emergency phone number. Should any of access ways (like windows) will be open without permission and avoiding to ring or knock, then the owner will called also due to the grading connected microswitches (5) mounted on all access ways.
Should either the phone kit, either the owner phone are working in 3G system or have a photo camera, the owner has the possibility to see the standing person at the front door.
The system contains also one frequency decoder (7) which support the owner to send certain commands through phone kit simply introducing established codes known only by him.
Then: The door of the enclosed area could be fitted without the classical keys ( latch lock) having for access only an electromagnetic bolt (9) actuated through an intermediary rely.
Thus, simply dialing the phone number of the phone kit and the unlocking door code, the door can be open for authorized persons or should the buzzer is used, after the ringing person is identified by the owner, the access is possible by simple dialing of unlocking code.
Through the smoke detector (13) a fire can be detected and the phone kit will dial the owner phone number.
Through the humidity detector (14) a flood can de detected and the phone kit will dial the owner phone number.
While the owner is inside the enclosed area can use this system like talk-back phone circuit or reset it till he quit the area when he will set it again.
The whole system is powered by a 12V battery accumulator, a battery- charging rectifier (10) and a 220V power supply (11). While one of access ways (doors or bonnet) is open by an unauthorized person, one of microswitches (5) will signal the phone kit (1) and then will dial the phone number of the owner. The phone kit is discretely mounted inside the car. The owner can speak with the opening person through the microphone (3) and loudspeaker (4) connected with the amplifier (6). Through the frequency decoder (7), the owner can stop the engine, lock the doors and electrical windows or any other chosen command by simply introducing a certain code known only by him.
This system can be implemented either in mobile phone networks , either in wire phone networks ( only digital exchange units).

Claims

C L A I M S
The invention is defining by the use of one phone kit connected with one buzzer button, one microphone and one loudspeaker, so whenever the bell is ringing, the owner will be automatically called by mobile phone, no matter the distance between he and property, in that moment.
Moreover, the owner can communicate with the ringing person and should the owner has a 3G mobile phone, he can see that person.
Also, any unauthorized opening of any access way (doors, windows, etc) is signalized by phone kit to the owner having the possibility to take the necessary actions to protect his property.
Beside, this invention is defining by eliminating the classical latches and slit- type shuttes and using electromagnetic bolt only which can be controlled by mobile phone, after taping a certain established code. By established codes, also, is possible to remote control by mobile phone other internal electric systems, like: heat system, HVAC, internal / external lighting, etc.
Adding to this system one smoke detector and one water detector, the owner will be called in the case of fire or flood, too.
The system can be implemented in any vehicle using the mobile phone as remote control using different established codes at his choice.
