- 石炭焚ボイラに酸素製造装置から供給される酸素を導入しつつ、再循環される排ガスを一次再循環排ガス及び二次再循環排ガスとしてミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入し、該ミルで粉砕された微粉炭を前記一次再循環排ガスによりバーナへ搬送して前記酸素及び二次再循環排ガスにより酸素燃焼させる酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御方法であって、
石炭焚ボイラへ導入される全ガス量に対する酸素濃度即ちボイラ持込酸素濃度を計測し、該ボイラ持込酸素濃度が所定範囲内に収まるようトータルの再循環排ガス流量を制御する酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御方法。 - 前記ボイラ持込酸素濃度の範囲を25~30%とした請求項1記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御方法。
- 石炭焚ボイラに酸素製造装置から供給される酸素を導入しつつ、再循環される排ガスを一次再循環排ガス及び二次再循環排ガスとしてミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入し、該ミルで粉砕された微粉炭を前記一次再循環排ガスによりバーナへ搬送して前記酸素及び二次再循環排ガスにより酸素燃焼させる酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御装置であって、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される酸素のO2濃度を検出するO2濃度計と、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される酸素の流量を検出する流量計と、
前記ミルへ導入される一次再循環排ガスのO2濃度を検出するO2濃度計と、
前記ミルへ導入される一次再循環排ガスの流量を検出する流量計と、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される二次再循環排ガスのO2濃度を検出するO2濃度計と、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される二次再循環排ガスの流量を検出する流量計と、
前記ミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入されるトータルの再循環排ガスの流量を調節する流量調節器と、
前記各O2濃度計で検出されたO2濃度と前記各流量計で検出された流量とに基づき石炭焚ボイラへ導入される全ガス量に対する酸素濃度即ちボイラ持込酸素濃度を算出し、該ボイラ持込酸素濃度が所定範囲内に収まるよう前記流量調節器に流量制御信号を出力する制御器と
を備えた酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御装置。 - 石炭焚ボイラに酸素製造装置から供給される酸素を導入しつつ、再循環される排ガスを一次再循環排ガス及び二次再循環排ガスとしてミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入し、該ミルで粉砕された微粉炭を前記一次再循環排ガスによりバーナへ搬送して前記酸素及び二次再循環排ガスにより酸素燃焼させる酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御装置であって、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される酸素のO2濃度を検出するO2濃度計と、
前記石炭焚ボイラへ導入される酸素の流量を検出する流量計と、
前記ミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入されるトータルの再循環排ガスのO2濃度を検出するO2濃度計と、
前記ミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入されるトータルの再循環排ガスの流量を検出する流量計と、
前記ミル及び石炭焚ボイラへ導入されるトータルの再循環排ガスの流量を調節する流量調節器と、
前記各O2濃度計で検出されたO2濃度と前記各流量計で検出された流量とに基づき石炭焚ボイラへ導入される全ガス量に対する酸素濃度即ちボイラ持込酸素濃度を算出し、該ボイラ持込酸素濃度が所定範囲内に収まるよう前記流量調節器に流量制御信号を出力する制御器と
を備えた酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記ボイラ持込酸素濃度の範囲を25~30%とした請求項3又は4記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの燃焼制御装置。
