Claims (10)
- シガレットのための包材を形成するウエブを走行させる工程と、
前記ウエブの走行過程にて、前記ウエブの一方の面に液状の燃焼抑制剤を塗布し、この燃焼抑制剤のバンド層を形成するための工程であって、前記バンド層は前記ウエブの幅方向に全幅に亘って延び、且つ、前記ウエブの走行方向に所定の間隔を存して配置される、工程と、
前記ウエブの走行過程にて、燃焼抑制剤塗布される前又は後に、前記ウエブに水を塗布する工程と、
前記燃焼抑制剤及び水が塗布されたウエブを乾燥する工程と
を備える、シガレットのための包材の製造方法。 - 前記水を塗布する工程は、前記バンド層が形成される前に実施され、水は前記ウエブの前記一方の面にその全域に亘って塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記液状の燃焼抑制剤は、水に比べて高い粘性を有する、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記液状の燃焼抑制剤は、アルギン酸ナトリウムの水溶液である、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記水溶液は、2~4重量%のアルギン酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記水を塗布する工程は、前記燃焼抑制剤が塗布された後に実施され、水は前記ウエブの他方の面にその全域に亘って塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記水は、前記ウエブの前記一方の面にて、前記燃焼抑制剤が塗布された以外の前記ウエブの領域のみに塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 液状の燃焼抑制剤は、グラビアローラ及びスクリーンローラの一方を使用して前記ウエブに塗布され、
水は、塗布ローラを使用してウエブに塗布される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 液状の燃焼抑制剤は、スクリーンローラを使用して前記ウエブに塗布され、
