Description
本発明の課題は、複数の室内機を設置したオフィスビル等の物件において、問題がある室内機を特定し詳細を確認する作業を容易にする空調機管理装置を提供することにある。
本発明に係る空調機管理装置では、多数の室内機の運転データが蓄積されていき、対象となる室内機のうち問題がある複数の室内機を視認できる第1画面が生成される。また、特定の一の室内機に関する運転データを視認できる第2画面が生成される。さらに、第1画面において問題がある複数の室内機のうちの一の室内機が選択され所定のボタンの入力が受け付けられると、選択された一の室内機に関する第2画面に切り替えられる。
これにより、複数の室内機に関する運転データから問題のある室内機が容易に特定でき、さらに、詳細情報を容易に確認することができる。
本発明に係る空調機管理装置では、複数の視点に基づいて問題がある室内機が抽出され、第1画面において、問題がある室内機が視点毎に切り替え可能に表示される。複数の視点とは、電力多消費、長時間運転、および快適性低下等の視点である。
これにより、問題がある室内機を視点毎に確認することが可能になる。
本発明に係る空調機管理装置では、運転データ表示画面において抽出された室内機の運転データが示され、発生日表示画面では、問題の発生日が表示される。
これにより、問題の発生日と発生日における運転データとの確認を容易に行うことができる。

以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係る空調機管理システムについて図面を用いて説明する。
〈全体構成〉
図1は、物件1における本実施形態の空調機管理システムの構成を示す。物件1はオフィスビルやテナントビル等のビルであり、複数の空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・と、空調機管理装置40とが設置されている。空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・はマルチタイプの空調機であり、1つの室外機と、室外機に接続される複数の室内機とからなる。
本実施形態に係る空調機管理システムでは、室外機11a,11b,11c,・・・に電源60が接続されており、電源60からの電力が電力供給線を経由して空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・へ供給される。空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・へ供給される電力(総電力消費量)は、電源60および室外機11a,11b,11c,・・・を接続する電力供給線の上に設けられている電力メータ70によって計測される。
以下、空調機管理装置40の構成と空調機管理装置40において管理される各問題とについて説明し、空調機管理装置40において各問題がどのように管理されるかについて管理画面を例示しながら説明する。
<空調機管理装置の構成>
空調機管理装置40は、室外機11a,11b,11c,・・・に接続されたローカルコントローラ20と、ローカルコントローラ20に接続された包括管理装置30とからなる。ローカルコントローラ20は、室外機11a,11b,11c,・・・を介して、複数の室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の運転データを取得する。包括管理装置30は、ローカルコントローラ20が取得した運転データを包括的に管理する。ここで、運転データとは、運転履歴に関するデータおよび運転状態に関するデータである。運転履歴に関するデータとは、室外機11a,11b,11c,・・・にそれぞれ接続された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電源のオン・オフ、サーモオン・オフ、運転モード(冷房モード、暖房モード、送風モード等)、設定温度、室内温度(吸込み温度)等に関する情報をいう。運転状態に関するデータとは、空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・に取り付けられている各種センサで検知された値である。運転データに基づき、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の運転時間、室内膨張弁の開度等の情報を得ることができる。なお、本実施形態において運転時間とは、具体的に、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・のサーモオン時間である。ここで、サーモオン時間とは、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が冷温熱供給を行っている時間をいう。以下、図2Aを用いて、ローカルコントローラ20および包括管理装置30の構成についてそれぞれ説明する。
ローカルコントローラ20は、主として、通信部21と、記憶部22と、制御部23とからなる。
〔通信部〕
通信部21は、入出力ポートからなり、空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・および包括管理装置30との間で信号の授受を行う。
〔記憶部〕
記憶部22は、運転データ記憶領域22aと、電力消費量値記憶領域22bとを有する。
運転データ記憶領域22aには、後述する情報取得部23aが空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・から取得した運転データが記憶されている。具体的には、運転データ記憶領域22aは、図2Bに示すような表形式のデータベースであり、「機器ID」、「時刻」、「電源ON/OFF」、「サーモON/OFF」、「運転モード」、「設定温度」、「室内温度」、および「湿度」に関する各フィールドが設けられる。その他、図2Bには図示されないが、膨張弁の開度や各種センサで検知された値に関するフィールドも設けられている。運転データ記憶領域22aは、運転データを所定の期間(本実施形態では30分)記憶しておくことが可能な程度の記憶容量のみを有しており、新しい運転データが取得されるたびに、順次最も古い運転データが消去されてゆく。
なお、記憶部22は、上記領域の他、後述の制御部23が読み出して実行可能な管理プログラムが格納される領域を有している。
〔制御部〕
制御部23は、主として、情報取得部23aと、送信部23bとを備えている。情報取得部23aは、通信部21を介して、空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・からの運転データを所定間隔毎(本実施形態では1分毎)に取得する。送信部23bは、運転データ記憶領域22aおよび電力消費量値記憶領域22bに記憶された情報を、所定間隔毎(本実施形態では1分毎)に通信部21を介して、包括管理装置30に送信する。
包括管理装置30は、主として、通信部31と、入力部32と、記憶部33と、制御部34と、表示部35とを備える。
〔通信部〕
通信部31は、入出力ポートからなり、ローカルコントローラ20との間で信号の授受を行う。
〔入力部〕
入力部32は、ユーザからの指令を受け付ける。入力部32で指令を受け付けることにより、当該指令に対応する処理が包括管理装置30および/または包括管理装置30を介してローカルコントローラ20で実行される。例えば、入力部32で空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・の電源オンの指令を受け付けた場合には、ローカルコントローラ20を介して空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・に電源オンの指令が送信される。また、入力部32で所定期間の入力を受け付けることにより、後述する包括管理装置30で行われる処理の対象となる集計期間が決定される。なお、後述する表示部35に表示された画面にユーザからの指令が入力されることにより、入力部32で指令が受け付けられる。
記憶部33は、運転データ記憶領域33aと、電力消費量値記憶領域33bと、平均値記憶領域33cと、基準値記憶領域33dと、対応策データ記憶領域33eと、判定値記憶領域33fとを有している。
運転データ記憶領域33aには、ローカルコントローラ20から送信された空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・の運転データが記憶されている。運転データ記憶領域33aは、図2Bと同様、表形式のデータベースであり、「機器ID」、「時刻」、「電源ON/OFF」、「サーモON/OFF」、「運転モード」、「設定温度」、「室内温度」、および「湿度」に関する各フィールドが設けられる。
電力消費量値記憶領域33bには、電力消費量に関する情報が記憶される。電力消費量に関する情報とは、具体的に、ローカルコントローラ20から送信された空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・の総電力消費量に関する値(総電力消費量値)および後述する按分部34aによって算出された各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電力消費量に関する値(電力消費量値)である。総電力消費量値は、上述の電力消費量値記憶領域22bに記憶された総電力消費量値と同様の形式で記憶されている。すなわち、図2Cに示すような表形式のデータベースに記憶されており、データベースには、「時刻」および「総電力消費量」に関する各フィールドが設けられる。各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電力消費量に関する値(電力消費量値)もまた、図2Dに示すような表形式のデータベースに記憶されており、データベースには、「機器ID」、「電力消費量」、および「時間」に関する各フィールドが設けられる。
基準値記憶領域33dには、後述する基準値決定部34cによって決定された電力消費量値の基準値が記憶される。

判定値記憶領域33fには、入力部32でユーザから受け付けた所定の値が記憶される。
制御部34は、按分部34aと、平均値算出部34bと、基準値決定部34cと、抽出部34dと、補正部34eと、対応策選択部34fと、第1画面生成部34gと、第2画面生成部34hと、表示切替部34iとを有している。
按分部34aは、電力消費量値記憶領域33bに記憶されている空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・の総電力消費量値を、運転データ記憶領域33aに記憶されている運転データに応じて按分し、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・電力消費量を算出する。具体的には、特開平5-157336号公報に示されるように各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の膨張弁の開度等の情報に応じて総電力消費量値が按分され、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電力消費量値が算出される。なお、按分部34aによって算出された電力消費量値は上述の電力消費量値記憶領域33bに記憶される。
基準値決定部34cは、運転データ記憶領域33aおよび電力消費量値記憶領域33bに記憶されている情報に基づいて、電力を多く消費している室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を判定するための基準値を決定する。詳細については、後述の<対象となる問題と判断基準>の欄で説明する。なお、基準値決定部34cによって決定された基準値は上述の基準値記憶領域33dに記憶される。
補正部34eは、抽出部34dによる抽出結果を、入力部32で受け付けた指令に応じて補正する。ここで、補正部34eによる補正は、電力消費量値および快適性低下の抽出結果に対して行われる。電力消費量値の抽出結果に対する補正とは、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の空調能力を考慮して各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電力消費量値を補正することを意味する。ここで、空調能力とは、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の馬力あるいは容量(kW)等である。補正部34eは、指令に応じて、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電力消費量値を馬力で除する。本実施形態では、電力消費量値の補正はデフォルトで行われるようになっている。快適性低下の抽出結果に対する補正とは、快適性低下の発生率を考慮した室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の順位付けである。補正部34eは、指令に応じて、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の順位付けを快適性低下の発生率を考慮して行う。具体的には、快適性低下時間×(快適性低下時間÷運転時間)の式を用いて、発生率を考慮した快適性低下時間を算出する。
第1画面生成部34gは、記憶部33に記憶された各種の値に基づいて、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の情報を表示部35に表示するための第1画面を生成する。第1画面は、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を、視点毎に切り替え可能な画面である。詳細には、第1画面には、複数の視点(電力多消費、長時間運転、および快適性低下)のそれぞれの抽出結果を表示するタブが形成される。各タブには抽出結果の詳細が表と散布図とを用いて表される。第1画面は、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・全てが視認できる画面であって、後述の抽出画面に相当する。
表示切替部34iは、入力部32によって受け付けたユーザからの指令に応じて、表示部35に表示されている第1画面を、第1画面上で選択されている一つの室内機についての詳細を示す第2画面に切り替える。すなわち、表示切替部34iは、ユーザからの指令に応じて、表示部35に表示される画面を、室内機の抽出結果を示す抽出画面から、抽出画面で選択された一の室内機の詳細画面に切り替える。
<対象となる問題と判断基準>
次に、本実施形態に係る空調機管理装置40で抽出される室内機の所定の問題、すなわち、電力多消費、長時間運転、および快適性低下について説明する。
(i)電力多消費
電力多消費とは、電力消費量値が多いことを意味する。空調機管理装置40は、電力多消費に関する基準値を決定し、基準値を超過する電力量を消費した室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を抽出し、さらに、電力消費量値の多い順番に表示する。なお、上述の補正部34eによる電力消費量値の補正があった場合には、補正部34eによって補正された値に基づいてこの順番が決定される。
長時間運転とは、一日あたりの積算運転時間が所定の判定値を超える運転を意味する。所定の判定値とは、ユーザによって設定される所定の値である。本実施形態においては、空調機管理装置40は、集計対象期間において、長時間運転の発生日数が1日以上の室内機を抽出し、さらに抽出した室内機を長時間運転の発生日数が多い順番に表示する。長時間運転の発生日数の算出方法は、図3に示すように、まず、1日の積算運転時間[時間]を算出し(ステップS1)、次に、積算運転時間が所定の判定値以上であるかを判断する(ステップS2)。その後、ステップS2において、積算運転時間が判定値以上である場合に、長時間運転の発生日数に1日が加算される。ステップS2において、積算運転時間が判定値より少ない場合には、日数は加算されない。
快適性低下とは、室内機で設定した温度に吸込温度が到達しない場合であって、一時間あたりの吸込温度の平均値と、一時間あたりの設定温度の平均値との乖離値が所定の判定値以上である状態をいう。本実施形態においては、空調機管理装置40は、集計対象期間において、快適性低下の状態が1時間以上あった室内機を抽出し、さらに、抽出した室内機を快適性低下状態にある時間が長い順番に表示する。なお、上述の補正部34eによる補正があった場合には、補正部34eによって補正された値に基づいてこの順番が決定される。快適性低下の時間の算出方法は、図4に示すように、まず、サーモオン時間が60分以上続いているかが判断される(ステップS11)。サーモオン時間が60分以上続いている場合は、吸込温度が設定温度に到達していない状態が60分以上続いていることを意味する。ステップS11において、サーモオン時間が60分以上続いている場合には、吸込温度と設定温度との差が、所定の判定値以上であるか否かが判断される(ステップS12)。ステップS12において、吸込温度と設定温度との差が、判定値以上であった場合には、快適性低下時間に1時間を加算する(ステップS13)。
次に、空調機管理装置40の表示部35において表示される画面について説明する。なお、図5から図10では、本実施形態の説明で電力消費量値として説明したものを電力消費量として示す。
図5は、問題のある室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が抽出された抽出画面である。符号501で示すように、抽出画面には、上述した電力多消費、長時間運転、および快適性低下の3つの視点から、問題がある室内機がそれぞれ抽出されている。図5が示す抽出画面では、電力多消費のタブが選択されており、電力消費量値が多い室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が抽出されている。ここでは、符号502で示すように、2007年8月1日(水)~2007年8月31日(金)を対象に集計が行われている。この集計期間は、ユーザによって変更可能であるが、デフォルトでは、直近の2週間が設定されることになっている。さらに、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の抽出に際し、ユーザは対象グループの選択を行うことができる(符号503参照)。ここで、選択されたグループに属する室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の集計期間における1日あたりの電力消費量値の平均値が基準値を超えている場合には、基準値を超えた室内機が抽出部34dによって抽出され、表504およびグラフ505に表示される。表504では、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の名称が電力消費量値の大きい順番に表示されている。また、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の名称とあわせて一日あたりの電力消費量値と一日あたりの運転時間とが表示されている。グラフ505には、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が、電力消費量値と運転時間との関係でプロットされており、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の分布がわかるようになっている。また、グラフ505には、平均値算出部34bによって算出された平均値が直線で表され(グラフ中の平均電力)、基準値決定部34cによって決定された基準値が破線で表されている(グラフ中の判定基準)。符号506で示す場所には、電力消費量値を馬力で補正するか否かのチェックボックスがある。デフォルトでは、図5に示すように、チェックボックスがオンになっているため、補正部34eによる補正が行われる。従って、表504に示される結果は、電力消費量値が馬力で補正された値に基づいて表示されている。なお、符号506のチェックボックスがオフにされることで、入力部32へその旨の指令が入力され、補正部34eによる補正が無効になる。すなわち、馬力で補正されていない電力消費量値に基づいた抽出結果が表示されることになる。なお、表504において特定の室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が選択されると、グラフ505中の対応する室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が強調色で表示される。
図7Aは、図5あるいは図6の抽出画面においてタブが切り替えられ(符号701参照)、快適性低下として判断された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が表示されている。表702は、快適性低下として抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が集計期間における1日あたりの快適性低下の時間の期間平均値が多い順番に表示されており、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の名称と、集計期間における1日あたりの快適性低下の時間の期間平均値と、集計期間における1日あたりの運転時間の期間平均値とが表示されている。グラフ703には、抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・がプロットされており、縦軸が快適性低下時間の期間平均値、横軸が集計期間における1日あたりの運転時間の期間平均値である。
さらに、抽出画面の下部には、詳細表示(符号705)、抽出条件設定(符号706)、画面印刷(符号707)、および閉じる(符号708)のボタンが設けられている。画面印刷(符号707)のボタンを押せば、表示されている画面が印刷され、閉じる(符号708)ボタンを押せば、抽出画面が閉じられる。抽出画面の各表504,602,702等において特定の一の室内機が選択され、詳細表示(符号705)が押されることにより、ユーザからの指令が入力部32で受け付けられ、表示切替部34iによって、抽出画面から、選択された特定の一の室内機の詳細情報を表示する詳細画面に表示が切り替えられる。以下、詳細情報を表示する詳細画面について図8A、図8B,図9を用いて説明する。
図10には、抽出条件の設定画面を示す。この設定画面は、上述した電力多消費、長時間運転、および快適性低下の3つの視点で抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を示す抽出画面(図6~図7C)の下部に設けられた抽出条件設定ボタン(例えば、図7Cの符号706)を押すことにより表示される。
<特徴>
(1)本実施形態において例示したオフィスビル等のように、複数の室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を含むマルチタイプの空調機が複数設置されている場合、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の運転状況を把握する管理者は、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の情報が集められる空調機管理装置40で全ての室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の情報を確認することになる。この時、例えば、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が効率よく動いているか、あるいは、無駄な運転がされていないか等を確認するため、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の一つ一つを確認するには、相当な時間と労力を要する。
しかし、本発明に係る空調機管理装置40は、各室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の運転履歴に関するデータおよび運転状態に関するデータを取得し、これらのデータに基づいて、所定期間における一日あたりの電力消費量値が基準値に比べて高い室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が抽出される。すなわち、設定温度や運転時間等も考慮した結果が抽出されるため、省エネ可能な室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・を容易に特定することができる。
(3)また、本実施形態に係る空調機管理装置40は、快適性低下として判断された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・に関し、上述したように、快適性低下の発生率で補正した値に基づいて抽出結果を表示することができる。例えば、一日あたりの平均運転時間が8時間である場合に、快適性低下として判断された時間の平均が3時間である場合と、一日あたりの平均運転時間が4時間である場合に、快適性低下として判断された時間の平均が2時間である場合とでは、後者の方が問題の程度が大きい。したがって、発生率で補正した値に基づいて抽出結果を表示することにより、実質的に問題の程度が大きい室内機を上位に挙げることができる。
(1)本実施形態において空調機管理装置40は、ローカルコントローラ20と包括管理装置30とから構成されていたが、空調機管理装置40は、ローカルコントローラ20および包括管理装置30に備えられた機能を有する一つの装置であってもよい。
(2)本実施形態では、一つの物件内で一つの空調機管理装置40を用いて複数の空調機10a,10b,10c,・・・を管理する空調機管理システムについて説明したが、図7に示すように、複数の物件1a,1b,1c,・・・にそれぞれ設置された複数の空調機管理装置40a,40b,40c,・・・が、それぞれの物件1a,1b,1c,・・・に設置された空調機100a,100b,100c,・・・を管理し、当該空調機100a,100b,100c,・・・を、通信回線6を介して遠隔から管理するような遠隔管理システム1000に採用してもよい。
(4)本実施形態における運転時間は、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・のサーモオン時間であったが、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が動作している時間を運転時間としてもよい。この場合、室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の電源がオンになっている時間を運転時間と判断し、ファンのみが動いている場合も運転時間として考慮する。
(5)対応策選択部34fは、抽出部34dによって抽出された室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・の設定温度、運転時間等の運転データを考慮して、各問題に対して適当な対応策を選択するが、一つの問題に対して複数の対応策が記憶されており、抽出結果に基づいて複数の対応策から一つの対応策が選択されてもよい。
(7)図8Aおよび図8Bの詳細画面における、期間平均の運転状況を示すグラフ(符号803a,803b)と、特定の日における運転状況を示すグラフ(符号804a,804b)とにおいて、例えば、問題が発生している時間帯の色を他の時間帯の色と変えたり、問題が発生している時間帯に何らかのマークを付したりすることにより、問題が発生している時間帯を強調して表示させてもよい。これにより、問題が発生した時間帯を一層容易に特定することができる。
さらに、図9における問題発生日の詳細を表示する画面において、各表901,902,903で一の発生日をクリックすることにより、その発生日における運転状況を示すグラフ(符号804a,804b)を表示するように設計されていてもよい。これにより、問題の発生日における運転データを容易に確認することができる。
さらに、図13に示すように、抽出条件の式を直接入力して、当該式のパターンを記憶できるように設計してもよい。これにより、複数のパターンを記憶させておき、所望するパターンを選択的に用いて問題がある室内機を抽出することができる。
(9)本実施形態に係る空調機管理装置40では、抽出画面に表示される表504(図5参照)において特定の室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が選択されると、グラフ505中の対応する室内機12aa-12ad,12ba-12bd,12ca-12cd,・・・が強調色で表示されるが、強調色で表示される代わりに、あるいは強調色で表示されるとともに、点滅するように設計されていてもよい。
以上、本発明の実施形態について図面に基づいて説明したが、具体的な構成はこれらの実施形態に限られるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で変更可能である。

Claims (8)
- 多数の室内機の運転データを蓄積する記憶部(32)と、
前記運転データに基づき、対象となる室内機のうち問題がある複数の室内機を視認できる第1画面を生成する第1画面生成部(34g)と、
特定の一の室内機に関する前記運転データを視認できる第2画面を生成する第2画面生成部(34h)と、
前記第1画面に表示された問題がある前記複数の室内機のうち1つが選択され所定ボタンの入力を受け付けると、選択された室内機に関する第2画面の表示に切り替える表示切替部(34i)と、
を備えた空調機管理装置。 - 前記問題がある複数の室内機を複数の視点に基づきそれぞれ抽出する抽出部(34d)をさらに備え、
前記第1画面は、前記問題がある複数の室内機を、視点毎に切り替え可能に表示する、
